“My daughter was meeting some friends here. While I was there, I witnessed such a beautiful moment. One of the baristas was engaging with a gentleman with special needs who was in a wheelchair. She knew what drink he liked, his preferences, and was such a beautiful picture of kindness and service and she went above and beyond to extend hospitality to him. She was also an amazing example to the other Starbucks team members. What a wonderful leader she was!!! I was blown away! Well done Starbucks!“

“This starbucks on montvue rd by the mall is a hit or miss regarding service. One time they may hot the mark and the next time blame me for the lid not being on tight when I went to get my coffee and burned my hand,leaving it dark pink and sore skin for 24 hours, and then forgetting I had food, all the while never offering to comp anything and telling me to go to the bathroom and run cold water on my hand. The batista saying it's no big deal, I burn myself on the daily." Well, I don't work there and wear gloves all day long passing instruments to my doctor so when my hand is burned and functionality impaired, it is a big deal.“
“I recently visited Starbucks and was delighted by the welcoming atmosphere from the staff. The exceptional service from the manager Mr. Jeff the store manager who went out of his way to get to know me and ensure I had everything I needed. The warm, inviting environment and outstanding service made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back for more than just the coffee!“
“We love Starbucks in Turkey Creek! We feel comfortable meeting here for our business - sometimes an hour, sometimes several hours. Yesterday, we sat outside and it was hot, but they do have umbrellas for shade. The restaurant is always clean and service is great!“
“I come here early mornings to pick up my drink, since it’s right on the way to the dog park. The barista always makes my drink perfect, just how I like it. Always an excellent experience here. “I've been to this store about 5 times in the last year, bc my kids go to school near there. Every single time I go, the people at the window are sooo cheerful. The workers seem to get along and speak very kindly to each other. Today, Selihom was at the window, and she was just really pleasant and helped start my day off on a positive note. I got a triple white chocolate mocha and a bacon gouda sandwich. The drink was tasty, and the cheese pull on the sandwich was fire (as the kids say). They did great all around!“
“Normally I make it my choice never to go to a Starbucks. I was actually impressed that the baristas did not have an attitude like they always do at every other Starbucks I have been at. I do not like the fact that you can't tip off your GPay and I did not have my cash on me. So after I got our lattes I went back and got cash and ran back up to Starbucks and tipped them and thanked them for their hospitality and kindness. The lattes were great by the way.“
“Located inside the Hilton Knoxville. Ordered an Iced Carmel Macchiato and and egg white wrap with feta. Wrap was ok, had to wait awhile for it to cool, too much ice in the macchiato, and took longer than expected. Staff was pleasant. There is seating outdoors on the patio.“
“I was on a very long road trip up I-75 from North Georgia to Southern Ontario and stopped at this location. When I entered, Traci was dealing with a difficult customer who took a long time to make an order, leaving me waiting in line for quite a while.
She handled the customer with patience, kindness, and professionalism and showed excellent customer service to me afterwards. I was very impressed with how she handled the situation and wanted to pass along a positive review!“
“It's a nice Starbucks. The coffee is decent, the average Barista is very polite and friendly, and the wait is never too bad, but a shift manager(?) there named Corey (big white guy with beard) gets very pissy when people order their iced coffees with light ice, so if you go there for an iced coffee, BE SURE TO ORDER IT WITH LIGHT ICE!!!“
“Starbucks located inside Target, haven't been to impressed with the cleanliness in the past but is really clean now and looks great. Really nice staff who made us a very good Iced White chocolate mocha with extra shot and Bacon Gouda Egg sandwich. Grandaughter along this time, she really liked her Summer Skies drink and grilled cheese sandwich.“
“I usually go in and use my dad's Starbucks ID because the app doesn't work on my phone so the girls know my order by heart now - after only about a month of going there (with half their team being new staff). “Well I went in on 8/2/24 and it was one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The barista was so polite and friendly and competent. I really do wish there were more workers like her. Also my iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk was an 11/10“

“This is our Go To place when we are in Knoxville until heading south for the winter. We feel close to the manager and staff who know us and our daily order. We enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of customers coming off of I-75. No matter how hectic, the staff keeps smiling and making orders. See you next spring!“
“Kailei is the sweetest, most kind, professional and thorough Team Leader this location has had, in my opinion! She always goes above and beyond for Starbucks customers. This job isn't easy, even in a small "kiosk type" coffee shop like this one, but she tries very hard and especially when working alone! Dealing with the public isn't always easy, especially "post-Covid" but if she makes a mistake, and we all do, she will happily correct it. Her knowledge of Starbucks menu items is second to none as is her kind personality! ? ☕“
“As another review has mentioned, a barista by the name of savana was absolutely phenomenal! She was so nice and made me a scrumptious green iced tea with lemonade, sweetened (highly recommended ?). It was one of the best I've ever had. The service she provided was amazing.“

Vegetarian options: I like that there are several options because I am a vegetarian and it is so nice that there is actually a sandwich available among many other choices
Parking: Always plenty of spots even up front spots everytime I go even Black Friday busy time

She has the magic touch! I wish I could remember her name. I know she is originally from Michigan. She's just a great people person!“

Great service! very kind barista name was (lynda or lindsay) and quality and fast despite her appearing to be the only person working. i felt welcome and still was on my way and got to work early. My new go to in the mornings.“

When winter began to end and I started coming by to pick up coffee grounds, they're always ready to give what's on hand and never sigh or complain. Whether for coffee grounds or coffee this is one of the best stops in South Knoxville.“
