“I am a retired professor, who has been going to Starbucks coffee shops for decades. This particular coffee shop is one of my regular hangouts to read and relax over a cuppa or three. Very friendly and courteous staff. Plenty of space (it is larger than many other Starbucks coffee shops I have visited over the years), and parking is a breeze. Raj“

“This location is amazing! I was running super late for work and thought I put my coffee order and Lo and behold I did not! I put it in,
when I pulled in the parking lot. When I walked in they were working on a HUGE coffee order and I said can I cancel? I don’t have time to wait. The barista said no worries I’ll make it right now!
In less than 5 minutes the coffee was in my hand and I was walking out the door. Despite the huge order! They are always friendly attentive and polite!

I stopped in on Red Cup Day, and despite how busy it was, she stood by the pickup counter greeting everyone with a smile and making sure each person got exactly what they ordered. Her kindness and attentiveness made such a difference during a hectic morning. Kid-friendliness: They always offer the children their own little drinks this place is nice.

“We love Starbucks in Turkey Creek! We feel comfortable meeting here for our business - sometimes an hour, sometimes several hours. Yesterday, we sat outside and it was hot, but they do have umbrellas for shade. The restaurant is always clean and service is great!“
“I usually go in and use my dad's Starbucks ID because the app doesn't work on my phone so the girls know my order by heart now - after only about a month of going there (with half their team being new staff). “All the negative nancy's in the review section....ignore them. I have been to many Starbucks locations with travel, work, etc and this is by far the best one I have ever been to. The service is fantastic, they are quick, and coffee is great. I specifically want to shoutout Staci (I really hope I have her name correct). She is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. So positive, so kind, and god forbid I ever see anyone being rude to her. With the dark nasty hateful world we live in, she is a breath of fresh air and makes my morning every time I go in. I am amazed at how she is always so positive, kind, and energetic. A lot of people can learn from her including myself. Starbucks has a good one and better treat her well cause she clearly gives it her all. I never leave reviews ever but due to her kindness I had to come on here and leave this one. “I come here early mornings to pick up my drink, since it’s right on the way to the dog park. The barista always makes my drink perfect, just how I like it. Always an excellent experience here. “This week I visited the Starbucks located inside the Hilton Knoxville several times. Each visit, the service was consistently friendly and fast. I ordered a Trenta Black Iced Tea on multiple occasions, and each time the drink was made just right.
What stood out was how efficient the staff were. Even on one morning when the line was long, the wait time was still short, and I had my order quickly. The team working here clearly knows how to keep things moving while still being welcoming.
Overall, a solid Starbucks location with great staff and reliable service.“
“Best store in the area if you want Starbucks. The atmosphere is nearly perfect (the acoustics are a bit echoey, but that’s a minor complaint), the service is top-notch, and the location is reasonably quiet despite being near a highway. They always get my order right and I never have any issues with their service.“

“This starbucks on montvue rd by the mall is a hit or miss regarding service. One time they may hot the mark and the next time blame me for the lid not being on tight when I went to get my coffee and burned my hand,leaving it dark pink and sore skin for 24 hours, and then forgetting I had food, all the while never offering to comp anything and telling me to go to the bathroom and run cold water on my hand. The batista saying it's no big deal, I burn myself on the daily." Well, I don't work there and wear gloves all day long passing instruments to my doctor so when my hand is burned and functionality impaired, it is a big deal.“
“Starbucks located inside Target, haven't been to impressed with the cleanliness in the past but is really clean now and looks great. Really nice staff who made us a very good Iced White chocolate mocha with extra shot and Bacon Gouda Egg sandwich. Grandaughter along this time, she really liked her Summer Skies drink and grilled cheese sandwich.“
“The lady that works in the mornings is super nice and she always knows what I want and how I want it. I went to a different Starbucks once and ordered the same drink and it didn't taste the same. She has the magic touch! I wish I could remember her name. I know she is originally from Michigan. She's just a great people person!“
“This is our Go To place when we are in Knoxville until heading south for the winter. We feel close to the manager and staff who know us and our daily order. We enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of customers coming off of I-75. No matter how hectic, the staff keeps smiling and making orders. See you next spring!“
“Stopped here for coffee & a bite before we headed out on I75 to continue our trip home to Canada. Was greeted my a lovely young lady called PJ. When she found out we were from Canada, she called us neighbor as she is from Michigan originally. She made us feel welcome and started out day off right. We need more PJ's in this world. A memorable experience.“
“I ordered a large mocha cappuccino last week the service was great and the cappuccino was made correct. It was the right mix between chocolate and coffee taste. It was slightly more of a coffee taste. Ask for more extra mocha if you prefer a more mocha taste.Plus this Starbucks is in a great area for shopping! You can get your favorite Starbucks drink as well as getting groceries, and West town mall is close by you can get everything in one trip. I will be definitely be back 95 A-“
“Well I went in on 8/2/24 and it was one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The barista was so polite and friendly and competent. I really do wish there were more workers like her. Also my iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk was an 11/10“
“Normally I make it my choice never to go to a Starbucks. I was actually impressed that the baristas did not have an attitude like they always do at every other Starbucks I have been at. I do not like the fact that you can't tip off your GPay and I did not have my cash on me. So after I got our lattes I went back and got cash and ran back up to Starbucks and tipped them and thanked them for their hospitality and kindness. The lattes were great by the way.“
“As another review has mentioned, a barista by the name of savana was absolutely phenomenal! She was so nice and made me a scrumptious green iced tea with lemonade, sweetened (highly recommended ?). It was one of the best I've ever had. The service she provided was amazing.“
“My drink of choice is the latte. People don't realize what a complex balance that requires with the sweet creaminess of the foam on top and the richness of the espresso underneath. This is my favorite Starbucks. Even when the foam falls flat it's still amazing. Excellent service too.“

“I went into downtown Knoxville to Starbucks to use my gift card. I saw online that there was a lot of seating and walked in and there was barely anything so I was confused but the deal is that if you buy coffee, you can sit in the hotel lobby area next-door, which is absolutely spacious, quiet, and beautiful. I was only bummed that I could not collect my Starbucks points for my purchase because they’re connected to the hotel so keep that in mind if that’s something that you want. other than that it was a great experience really nice staff. Such a great location and close to the marketplace.“
“I absolutely love this Starbucks. The staff are amazing and so nice, even when dealing with the sheer volume of morning coffee rushes before classes, pregame caffeine pickups, and post night out pick me ups. I’ve never had a bad experience, in fact, they’ve made a couple bad days better :)“
“Want to give a shout out to the team here at this location. I pick up large orders every day for my job and this team was able to make a huge order super quickly today. All the while they did it with a positive attitude and could not have been more welcoming while I waited. I met Claire, the manager and she went out of her way to even help me get the order to my car. It’s stores like this that keep you coming back every time. Just all around great people!“
“I’ve been getting my breakfast, lunch, & even cravings at this Starbucks location on Chapman Hwy for almost five years now just for these specifically three reasons great customer service, always getting everything I ask for even if it’s my very specific brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, & the most friendliest workers. I really like how everyone in this store specifically always have made my orders with no problem or giving food half cooked like the others not to name any stores but I’d like to spread awareness about it so the Starbucks that’s bad which is Cumberland Ave they absolutely are disgusting don’t go there unless you get a drink. I am so glad I found this place this is the best Starbucks in Knoxville I really think the Chapman store is amazing I hope this review they read and get to gloat about being amazing plus I love tipping everyone their bc they deserve it they are phenomenal with service so if you want Starbucks go to this location bc they are amazing they’ll make sure you get it how you like it with no problem plus make sure to tip fairly as well!“
