“I was in town for meetings with the nonprofit I work for, Carpenter Art Garden and we had an executive lunch here. Apparently our Executive Director eats here very often and loves it. I really liked the wings, the collard greens, and the grits.
However, please note, that if you are lactose intolerant like me that it might not be such a good idea to eat the greens and grits at the same time ??.
Nonetheless, the food was amazing, service was amazing, and I am sure the next time I come back in town that we'll be going back.“

“I had the catfish plate and okra..Everything tasted good,only thing suggest is your change your grease more often I can taste the difference on my fish, other than that it was delicious..... And hot....When I pass through again I'll definitely stop by and get a plate....and to the young lady I talked to on how the food tasted thanks you were on point.....“

“Chick-fil-A has always been my go-to for fast food, and their Spicy Chicken Sandwich never disappoints. The perfect balance of a crispy, golden crust and tender, juicy chicken, with just the right hint of spice, makes it feel like real, quality food (I’m fast food standard).
On a recent Friday evening, we grabbed a quick dinner from this location. While Chick-fil-A drive-thrus are often packed during peak hours, this visit was surprisingly smooth. We had our order in under 10 minutes, and as always, their drive-thru operation was flawlessly efficient—something I’ve admired since the COVID era.
The sandwich was as delicious as ever, paired with perfectly crisp waffle fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and just what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A. A consistently great experience!“

“Taylor was amazing tonight !!! For some reason we had received an email 15 mins before our set pick up time saying it was canceled ?? We walked in told taylor what was going on and she replaced the ordered in store , and we were still able to leave with our original order with addition to us adding some grapes that looked too good to pass up ! “Today as of 03/27/25 I ordered the Olivia's old south to-go, chicken salad is always good but this particular day the lady at the counter with no teeth only gives me 5 packs of crackers. Note: what can I only do with 5 packs of crackers? So I go back inn and ask for more so I realize she has a cracker in her hands eating crackers while she is ringing people up. Do she suppose to be working or on her break. So now I see why they are limited on crackers cause she eating them all. Will I come back to this location? Maybe! Do better chicken salad chick cause they actually do have great chicken salad.“

“The service and food was outstanding! I honestly thought I didn't like Chick-fil-A because I don't particularly care for thick pieces of chicken because no matter where you get it, usually it's under cooked. But not thischicken... I decided to just try it. I got the chicken sandwich at the location on Winchester near Riverdale and it was delicious! It was not only thoroughly cooked it was hot, fresh and delicious !! The waffle fries are awesome! I've been going back since. No matter how long the lines are the food is worth the wait.“

“A big "Thankyou" and a "Hello" to Blake from Keith & Beverly (Scotland). Our phone was dying and our "pick up Driver" had gone partying leaving us stranded after visiting Graceland. He arranged us a "safe Cab" and we returned to our Memphis Hotel no bother. Should be made "Employee of the Month" !“

“This is the only churches I will go to in Memphis. Anytime I’ve been there whether afternoon, evening, or night my food has been hot and fresh. The employees are welcoming and very pleasant. The service has always been timely and the employees have always taken good care of me and a few of my friends too.
Parking: The parking lot and drive through are a bit small.“

“KFC/Graceland I'm glad y'all have upped your game. I have been wanting to try the new Chizza and paired with a Sweet Lightening did not disappoint. It just needed something green, basil leaves? Green olives? Grilled green pepper strips? I think the Chizza is a winning menu item.“
