“We had a wonderful experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House! We ordered the 8 oz filet and lobster off the Chef's Summer Selection, as well as the lamb chops. Both were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For sides, we enjoyed the creamed spinach and the sweet potato casserole (our all-time favorites here), and they did not disappoint. A special shoutout to DeAnna, who took great care of us and made the evening even better. Everything was delicious, and we highly recommend dining here!“

“There fish are usually cooked and tastes delicious. The last two times I had it , it was not so good. The fish tasted fishy I don’t know where they getting the fish from now but it not good. I usually eat fish from them every Friday. I had big bones buffalo 3 weeks ago and last I had catfish steak and fillet. I just don’t buy 1 plate . I buy 3-4 plates. Please work on buying fresher fish . Thanks“

At first I didn't like it but my husband let me know that I didn't ask for any seasoning and that I need to get seasoning next time. Boyyyyy was he right (Also was pregnant at the time so probably taste buds acting funny),I got lemon pepper hot and it was SMACKING. All my 29 years of living,I never had a seafood place where im addicted to.But Low and behold I did💜.

It was DELICIOUS!! We got the Philly Cheesesteak eggrolls, the Alfredo pasta with shrimp, and their catfish!! PHENOMENAL! Everything was INCREDIBLE! We have raved about this place since leaving and will definitely be back!!!! Only critique I’d like to add is maybe not have 2 totally different music choices playing between FOH & BOH. “Let me start by saying that we have always had great experiences at the Capital Grille, which is why we decided to celebrate our anniversary at the Memphis location. Upon entering, we were greeted very nicely and taken to our table. The server took quite some time to get to us to bring water and take our order. I ordered a filet medium, and my husband ordered the special filet medallions medium rare. Our dinner took at least 45 minutes to come out and our teas were only refilled once for the entire time we were there. When our dinner came out, my steak was so rare that I was not able to eat it, and my husband's was overcooked. Perhaps she had the orders transposed, but at this point, we did not want to wait another 45 minutes for them to recook our meals and the other items to get cold. We also noticed the server waiting on the table beside us carefully went over the specials, brought a sampling of the special, and the signature cocktail. We received none of this special treatment. I was very disappointed in our service there that night. So disappointed in what should have been a special meal and celebration for us.“

“Usually everything in Hollywood fish market is good, I love the fish, always cooked right, crispy and not greasy. Today somebody went heavy on the grease, greasy cabbage and the corn bread, grease too heavy on the fish; my favorite was dripping grease and to top it off for my first bad experience there, the young lady at the register, and she was also the bagger, bagged candied sweet potatoes instead of my favorite Mac and cheese. I was disappointed when I got home to eat; soggy and greasy and to top it off no Mac and cheese. I might give them another chance, I mean you're entitled to one bad day.“

“I took my wife for her birthday! My waiter was paige and she was absolutely amazing with her service. We ordered the charcuterie board, it was one of the best I've ever ordered. The croutons were different and tasted amazing. We ordered the porterhouse steak as well as the steak and spicy shrimp which was grilled shrimp in a garlic butter sauce and the steak had bacon. The steaks were amazing everything we had was brought to us in a timely manner. This is a premier steak house. I think I found my go to steak house in Memphis outside of mortons. Only thing you could possibly say at all is maybe a little more variety with sides and thats nitpicking. As a chef myself i stamp this place check it out“
