“This store has restored my faith in humanity. (6/5 8pm so the right employees get credit) They were friendly, efficiently working together, and made exactly what we ordered. The person handling the order out front actually checked the board to make sure the order was right. Nobody bothers to actually check anymore! I love you Friday night shift Wendy's!“

“Outstanding service, clean and friendly atmosphere, I love wendys chili, especially when I gets lots of burger or meat, it sometimes settle at the bottom of the pot. I love there fries, they say the fries have sea salt on them, and there various sandwiches are delicious to me, ill definitely be eating there today, lots of restaurants to choose from. That's really convenient. I also love their loaded potatoes. ?“
“My dad, daughter, and I stopped in for lunch and received the best service ever. Ms. Brenda was phenomenal, polite, and the whole team was amazing. I definitely will return.

“Went to Wendy's today. They greeted me within 10 seconds of walking in. The cashier was very polite. I believe it was the assistant manager. Who said she would accommodate my order. Since I had to wait a while. Instead of a single burger I received a double burger. The restaurant was very clean.“
“I went through the drive thru but service was pretty good ...nothing bad to say. He even allowed me to switch flavors of my last soda...everything was fixed as requested, fresh, tasty and hot. No complaints!!

“The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min (which is normal after dark) they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Although if u are a regular customer this is expected, sometimes it can be pretty frustrating because at the point of finally reaching the window you are ready to pull off and leave... Not back up and waut a little longer. Wendys is not like this in the morning or at lunchtime. Only nights have this issue, so its unusual that i go at night now. Whatever timer system that they are trying to 'beat' is a little irritating to the customers. Maybe it would be a good idea to simply move the line in a timely manner as they do in the daytime so that this method wont be necessary.“
“My drive through experience was awesome. The young lady took out order got everything correct had a very nice attitude. We got to the wonder to pick our food up. The people at that window were very polite. And make sure that we had everything that we needed before window. And our food was fresh and hot and my peppermint frosty was delicious.

“Kind of hit or miss. The chicken biscuit.... Rubbery, but crispy chicken, pretty good biscuit this trip. Just grabbed something til I got home.. tried it because word of mouth. Fast food is not only not fast, but in some cases not very good 😊“
“Wasn't a long wait, cashier was nice but my bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon on it and the meat was cold. Had to go back to get it corrected. Cashier gave me fresh french fries with it so I'm still giving them 4 stars. It's really a good thing when they don't treat you like YOU messed up the order!“
“Tonight I did something I haven't done in years, and that's have a great experience at the Highland Wendys. The lady at the window was extremely nice and helpful, and the man who made my food was really nice too and everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Their awesome attitudes and service make all the difference in the world.“
“The grilled chicken wrap with baked potato is my new favorite from here. I've probably gotten it 10 times in the last month. I usually order on the ap and my order is correct every time and hardly every have to wait. Please keep this item on the menu“
“The cashier who waited on me was very friendly. The other employees seems to be happy at work which was good. The restaurant was clean, parking lot also. The only down side was that the chicken nuggets were warm, the fries also and the food just didn't taste good especially the chicken nuggets tasted to process which I should have expected for the price I paid. But overall all I would give my visit three star's out of five.
Parking: Restaurant has it on parking lot. Also it has a shopping center in it. Plenty of parking available.“
“I had a issues regarding my order. In a calm friendly manner they addressed my issues resolving it problem free. “My daughter and I went to the drive through window and ordered some fusion sundae. The lady that took our order was very kind and professional. When we approached the payment window, the lady that took our payment had the most pleasant attitude and was very sweet. I’m going to assume she’s the one that took our order also. We drove up to pick up our sundae and the lady that handled our food was also very pleasant. This is not the first time i experienced this at this same location. I think it’s time to share it to everyone that this is the Wendy’s to visit. I hope they keep up this type of service.“
