When I pulled around to pay she was quite the same extremely sweet and pleasant to deal with... I was so shocked to actually have a good experience at a drive-thru window for the first time in don't even know how long that I had to ask her her name and tell her I was going to leave her a review.. you just don't ever have decent experiences in drive throughs anymore..u especially don't have pleasant ones that leave u smiling and thinking wow what a sweet girl... “The city is closed down due to the winter storm, so very few places were open. Wendy's to the rescue. They had constant traffic at the drive thru, but the lady at the drive thru window was super nice! I had a bad day and her attitude made my day! Definitely recommend the Wendy's on Poplar and Perkins.“

She was a good person and took my order, took my money then wash her hands in front of me and made my order. She was smiling and happy with good customer service the whole time I was there ... “The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min (which is normal after dark) they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Although if u are a regular customer this is expected, sometimes it can be pretty frustrating because at the point of finally reaching the window you are ready to pull off and leave... Not back up and waut a little longer. Wendys is not like this in the morning or at lunchtime. Only nights have this issue, so its unusual that i go at night now. Whatever timer system that they are trying to 'beat' is a little irritating to the customers. Maybe it would be a good idea to simply move the line in a timely manner as they do in the daytime so that this method wont be necessary.“
“Ms. Chea at store 9704 did an exceptional job with my order. I noticed her seeing that the chicken was not up to par before she gave it to me. As I went in to purchase a drink she noticed who I was from the drive-thru and greeted me at the counter. The store was exceptionally cleaner than any other Wendy's that I've been in. I also notice that her crew really did respect her by their punctuality in the care of others food. I will let others know about this location.“
“My lifemate and I went through the drive thru around 7:15pm tonight. The line was sooo long, and I thought it looked impossible. But it went by pretty quickly for it being the dinner rush. I got the Classic Big Bacon Chicken Sandwich, he got the Spicey Asiago Ranch Club. Oh man, it was so good! That sandwich was a hot, tasty mess. The fries were extra good. They were out of diet Coke. Pro's and Cons of going during the dinner rush. He ate all of his too fast for me to take a pic. I could only manage half, but hey! That's lunch for tomorrow.I'm including pictures of my food, and Al the Begging Cat. Al doesn't really want to eat the foods, just smell it. He always runs off afterwards. Big weird handsome cat.“
“Wendy's workers need to have a staff meeting before it opens to assign who does what to make the service work smoothly. Not discuss work problems while customers are in the line waiting for a meal. If they are having an employee problem not to shout across the work line the workers short falls but pull them off the line into the managers office to discuss problem or write them up or excuse them for the day, away from the customers. Offer a curse jar to payback each time they curse each other and customers out to stop the behavior.Vegetarian options: Offer a vegan burger, chili without meat also.“
“This location has excellent service in all areas service, food and atmosphere. The team work is definitely making the dream work. Managers and the District Manager, we're polite, professional and yet courteous. The store counters are clean, bathroom is fresh and has paper towels. I highly recommend this location for good food and excellent service.“
“Wasn't a long wait, cashier was nice but my bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon on it and the meat was cold. Had to go back to get it corrected. Cashier gave me fresh french fries with it so I'm still giving them 4 stars. It's really a good thing when they don't treat you like YOU messed up the order!“
