“The service was friendly and the store was clean. Bread was a bit hard on the croissant but I am not sure if that was normal I do not usually get breakfast there we were traveling. The wedge fries are always full of flavor and great. I would visit this location again if I was passing through.“

“Outstanding service, clean and friendly atmosphere, I love wendys chili, especially when I gets lots of burger or meat, it sometimes settle at the bottom of the pot. I love there fries, they say the fries have sea salt on them, and there various sandwiches are delicious to me, ill definitely be eating there today, lots of restaurants to choose from. That's really convenient. I also love their loaded potatoes. ?“

“Went to Wendy's today. They greeted me within 10 seconds of walking in. The cashier was very polite. I believe it was the assistant manager. Who said she would accommodate my order. Since I had to wait a while. Instead of a single burger I received a double burger. The restaurant was very clean.“

“I went through the drive thru but service was pretty good ...nothing bad to say. He even allowed me to switch flavors of my last soda...everything was fixed as requested, fresh, tasty and hot. No complaints!!

“My drive through experience was awesome. The young lady took out order got everything correct had a very nice attitude. We got to the wonder to pick our food up. The people at that window were very polite. And make sure that we had everything that we needed before window. And our food was fresh and hot and my peppermint frosty was delicious.

“The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min (which is normal after dark) they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Although if u are a regular customer this is expected, sometimes it can be pretty frustrating because at the point of finally reaching the window you are ready to pull off and leave... Not back up and waut a little longer. Wendys is not like this in the morning or at lunchtime. Only nights have this issue, so its unusual that i go at night now. Whatever timer system that they are trying to 'beat' is a little irritating to the customers. Maybe it would be a good idea to simply move the line in a timely manner as they do in the daytime so that this method wont be necessary.“

“I just had the best experience at the Poplar Perkins Wendy's. They seemed to be in the middle of a shift change with several employees available, some getting ready to leave. All of them were welcoming and kind. The manager was giving a a pep talk to those starting their shift and the energy was just so positive. I spilled my coffee when taking off the lid, and an employee was right there, immediately offering to clean up the mess I had just made, even though he was already off shift. I had to wait an extra minute or two for my French toast sticks, and they gave me extra for free and apologized for the short wait. Delightful!“

“This Wendy's is actually one of the better ones.
The food is always fresh and hot, the workers are pretty nice as well!
Only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star fast food restaurant is that the wait times are realllyy long. I don't mind tho as long as the food keeps being fresh.“

“Wasn't a long wait, cashier was nice but my bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon on it and the meat was cold. Had to go back to get it corrected. Cashier gave me fresh french fries with it so I'm still giving them 4 stars. It's really a good thing when they don't treat you like YOU messed up the order!“

“Man dressed as woman taking orders will deny you service for correcting him.made a 3 dollar breakfast meal into Mpd being called for a person who bring their feelings to work using their job to scrutinize people when business is scarce.You will see no cars hardly or employee cars on the parking lot business hours the full day.

“The grilled chicken wrap with baked potato is my new favorite from here. I've probably gotten it 10 times in the last month. I usually order on the ap and my order is correct every time and hardly every have to wait. Please keep this item on the menu“

“The cashier who waited on me was very friendly. The other employees seems to be happy at work which was good. The restaurant was clean, parking lot also. The only down side was that the chicken nuggets were warm, the fries also and the food just didn't taste good especially the chicken nuggets tasted to process which I should have expected for the price I paid. But overall all I would give my visit three star's out of five.

Parking: Restaurant has it on parking lot. Also it has a shopping center in it. Plenty of parking available.“
