“Always a pleasure. Never a disappointment. Thank you! It is just the perfect, most convenient spot to pull in and grab a quick, delicious lunch when you are out working all day. The food is always fresh and hot, the drive-thru moves incredibly fast, and the staff is always so polite. It makes a busy work day a whole lot better when lunch is this easy.“

“On September 4, 2026 I placed a online catering order to be pickup September 6, 2026 at Jack`s Restaurant on 25st. in Cleveland Tn. This was paid for in advance & I received a confirmation number. When I arrived at Jack`s they had not been sent my order and had no knowledge of my order. The Manager & employees went right to work & filled my order quickly, they saved the day. Food was great & service could not have been better. Thank You.“

“This Zaxbys is THE BEST IVE EVER BEEN TO, we were so happy when we left it’s been a long time since we went into a fast food place and the food was delicious and the young people working were so kind and courteous!

I haven’t been here in about a year and a half and let me tell you so much has changed here since then, for the better!
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
My 6 year old spilled her entire cup of sweet tea and they happily gave us another, and the manager himself came out and mopped it up and talked to my children and I. He was very sweet and he told me about all the community events and outreach he has started at this location. I told him I could see such a difference. The service provided today by Jason and his team members rivaled that of the nicest Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been to.
The food was incredible, too. Great quality and I watched, each order was made to order. Nothing made in advance. Absolutely delicious.
Our burgers were juicy, and fresh, not hour-old, dried out hockey pucks you get served at some other fast food places. The onion rings were hot and fresh and incredibly flavorful. It was difficult not to order more when we were done, but we needed to save room for our sundaes, which of course were fabulous!
I love how this place has turned around so much. I hope the owner sees this and feels the pride he should having such great leaders and staff at this location. We will be back for sure!“

“My boyfriend and I went here around almost 2 in the morning and there was a sweet blonde lady at the window who was very very kind to us and was very patient with us while we were having card troubles. Her kindness didn’t go unoticed ❤️ I wish I got her name.“

“I ordered the $7 meal deal through the app and had a smooth experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I pulled into an open bay, gave them my name, and my food was brought out within a couple of minutes. The burger was neatly assembled and looked freshly made, the tater tots were cooked perfectly, and my Sprite was filled properly. The hot fudge sundae was a work of art. Overall, it was a solid, efficient visit with good food and service. Nothing was exceptional enough to rate this a five-star experience, but I would definitely order here again.“

“The crew that worked on Sunday morning, April 23rd did a fantastic job! We came in with about 25 people between our scouts and leaders. The food came out fast and delicious! Job well done Hardee’s on HWY 411 in Benton!“
