“Amazing experience this evening! Me and my wife were waiting on our food and the manager brought us out a slice of cheese cake for the delay. We didn’t even expect that and that was so generous. Brought the food to our table. And everything was so fresh!! Restaurant was very clean and quiet which we love!!“

“Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. I asked for an extra bag for one of the biscuits and gravy and he actually bagged it for me instead of handing me the extra bag like some people do when I forget to ask first. Thanks Hardee’s!“

“This place is a complete mess. There were a dozen people in here and not one person knew what was going on. The young man taking my money didn't know how to count money. They couldn't get our order or amount due straight. This is the very reason that I have stopped going to Chick-fil-A's in this area. The food is already overpriced and overrated. The service used to be wonderful, but now that's gone as well.“

“In a world that is going to hell, take a break and come to the Cleveland DQ. Abby was AWESOME!! She took our order and served us as each item was made. Excellent Service. Christian Music!! and the Restaurant was super Clean including restrooms. Thank you Abby, we'll be back soon.“

“I never dine in here but I assume it would be the same. All of my orders are online/to go, and I am always blown away at how good the food and service is here. Everyone is nice, food never takes long, and it's always hot/fresh. It's WAY better than any of the fast food burger joints and may be cheaper. It is SO refreshing to eat somewhere like this and actually not regret it, as opposed to those other places. I don't know if all Steak and Shakes are this good, but whoever is running this location is doing a FANTASTIC job. As long as things stay like this they have my business for the foreseeable future.“

“Stop doing right after what was obviously a big rush and I had to wait a little bit from the food but all in all it was a great experience food was great customer service was fantastic and like I said I obviously showed I'm at a bad time so that's on me. Great jobs Zaxby's keep up the great work“

“The crew that worked on Sunday morning, April 23rd did a fantastic job! We came in with about 25 people between our scouts and leaders. The food came out fast and delicious! Job well done Hardee’s on HWY 411 in Benton!“
