“Love, love, love Sully Steamers since we lived in South Carolina. But this location is superb. Ashley who waited on us at the front, fabulous! She is kind, informative and just has a great personality. The young gentlemen who cooked our food, gave me great recommendations for a new sandwich. I will also note I observed their shift handoffs and it was seamless. If you haven't tried their sandwiches - do it! You won't be disappointed! And this location is my favorite now. We will be back!“

“I am leaving a five star review because Jersey Mike's has Never made a bad sub for my family. Always delicious. Although I bought subs at this location and my entire family was sick for 24 hours. I won't go into details but we were very sick. We all had turkey subs....so....“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“Stopped in this location for a sub and the difference in this location and the other jonesborough and Johnson city locations I’ve been in recently is astounding. From the cleanliness to the food and the knowledge and friendliness of the employees, this place is top-notch!“

“Excellent service. Every team member was very friendly, attentive and efficient. I got the #8 Club Sub regular on rosemary parm bread. I love that JM fresh slices the meat for the sandwich. Can definitely taste the difference in freshness. Very clean and our meal was delicious.“

“Ate the best pizza sub I ever had in my entire life here. The crew working here is small but hospitable. Come here eat and go on down the road. Quick and easy. Fresh and delicious.
Parking: 4-6 spaces very limited parking

“Was having a late-night (mom was in a nearby hospital w/cancer for months then passed and now my dad having health problems) I live about 45 minutes away, but when I do come to Johnson City and I'm in the mood for a sub, I come here they’re always awesome and fast and efficient only thing. I’m not happy about is the Jimmy John’s mustard going away Extremely disappointed about that ? but I'll live I ordered online they got it. It was finished quickly and I left a telly do it every time and they’re open late. Another reason why I love them because this town doesn’t have anything to eat late nothing that’s ordering online easy with the app the rewards are cool and you just walk right in and pick it up their station peasworth anything anyway ??♀️? tonight was my birthday night so I figured I’ll just get some Jimmy John’s And be on my way home Ordering online easy with the app the rewards are cool and you just walk right in and pick it up their station“

“I can tell there were alot of brand new employees. Jasmine as the meat cutter was very professional and knows her job. But the other three.... the one prepping the subs (slow like a turtle) had to tell him three times what to put on my sub, the one cutting the sub, hands in her hair, chewing gum not professional in my opinion. Now for the cashier fluttering around had to ask to cash out she didn't know what to ring up, didn't ask if I was a reward customer, was on her phone texting (when there was a line ) she had no smile, basically no customer service. Come on cashier you are the last employee a customer deals with. Empress the customer to come back just a suggestion.“

“The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! You may even see an increase in sales and satisfaction with speed of service? #dobetter“

“Went in today at lunch and it was very busy. EVERYONE working was very pleasant and nice! Spoke with 2 of the female employees making my sandwich and very much enjoyed the conversation. Remember when you go into any business....Please treat the employees with Kindness! We are all human!
5/23/25 I did an app order. The app applied the wrong time. I called the store... as ALWAYS NICE, not a problem , no BS. They changed the time , food PERFECT! Thank you guys for being in this small town!!!“

“I just had the Philly Egg Rolls and Sweet potato waffle fries and both were absolutely delicious. This place is a great little restaurant that gets it right. If you want amazing food with great service hands down this is the place to come, you won't be disappointed.
P.S. The sweet potato fries are amazing with the homemade honey mustard dipping sauce. Sounds crazy I know, but you have to try it. Definitely will be coming back.“

“I used the drive-thru. The employee was very patient very courteous went down the list with each sandwich and got everything exactly right and went over it to make sure it was exactly right I would highly recommend that Subway with that employee working unfortunately I can't remember her name.

“The place was very clean! The food was typical good Subway quality and fresh. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. As we entered we were greeted with smiles and a polite “Welcome, what can we get for you today?” As we left they “wished us safe travels” and “have a good afternoon.” This is a good stop including a BP station and convince store. It has easy on and off of the interstate and is only .1 mile from the interstate. I highly recommend the food, service, restrooms and fuel!“

“It was late and I was out with a couple friends so we decided to check this place out. I been to many Charley's but this one was one of the best! Food came out super hot and they really fill those sandwiches up! Definitely will be going there again.“

“I wanted to thank this Subway location for being a supporter of Topper Swimming! I placed a large catering order for the High School Swim team to have dinner after a meet. The young lady was super courteous, very helpful in figuring out what to get and she did a great job preparing and packing it up on time. Everything was great, Thank you!“

“My boyfriend and I were in the Elizabethton Subway , the Ladies that were working on 5/8/25 were very nice and the service was Great! The one woman was in training,she did a great job on our subs! I had a roast beef sub and my boyfriend had a BMT. We will definitely be back when we crave a sub! Thank you for the great subs and service ladies!😁We were in the Subway on Over mountain Drive.“

“This place is fantastic! I ordered 5 small sandwiches, all with different toppings and each one being a different sandwich. The girl with the glasses was very helpful when ordering and the tall man with long-ish hair was very friendly. They got out food out quick and hot. 10/10 would recommend. The whole family loved it!!!“

“The reasons I'm giving this Subway a five-star where I would never give a Subway restaurant a five-star unless they went over above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of personally professionally and his best as possible and I will say this they have an employee by the name of Addie. The first time I went in there she helped me sort out the app which was incredible as I was lost tbh. Then on my second trip here she remembered me not by name but recognition all the same which is crucial to me especially when judging a restaurant so from me to you Addy 5 stars over above and beyond the call of service. This reflects back to the mgmnt that made sure that this person was trained appropriately so 5 starts for seeing a very important person that could help take this company far if given the right opportunities along the way Thank you Subway and Thank you Addy. We used the app on our second trip here and great experience would highly recommend but, don't take my word for it try it out yourself and let Addy know that you came in because of this review. Thank you again.“
