“We were in this plaza and this restaurant caught our eye. We are so glad we went in for lunch. It was amazing. Steamed bagel sandwiches. Never had them before but they were so good. They have breakfast options that are available all day. I got the Reedy Reuben on an everything bagel. My husband got the Steamenstein on an Asiago bagel (corned beef, pastrami, Swiss & spicy mustard).
We then each got a Tiger Paw for dessert (plain cream cheese on a French toast bagel with cinammon sugar).
Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring it out to your table. If you get a drink, you serve yourself at either the soda fountain, fresh coffee, or sweet or unsweetened iced tea.
We will definitely return often when in Johnson City.“

“Was having a late-night (mom was in a nearby hospital w/cancer for months then passed and now my dad having health problems) I live about 45 minutes away, but when I do come to Johnson City and I'm in the mood for a sub, I come here they’re always awesome and fast and efficient only thing. I’m not happy about is the Jimmy John’s mustard going away Extremely disappointed about that ? but I'll live I ordered online they got it. It was finished quickly and I left a telly do it every time and they’re open late. Another reason why I love them because this town doesn’t have anything to eat late nothing that’s ordering online easy with the app the rewards are cool and you just walk right in and pick it up their station peasworth anything anyway ??♀️? tonight was my birthday night so I figured I’ll just get some Jimmy John’s And be on my way home Ordering online easy with the app the rewards are cool and you just walk right in and pick it up their station“

“Excellent service. Every team member was very friendly, attentive and efficient. I got the #8 Club Sub regular on rosemary parm bread. I love that JM fresh slices the meat for the sandwich. Can definitely taste the difference in freshness. Very clean and our meal was delicious.“
“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“I used the drive-thru. The employee was very patient very courteous went down the list with each sandwich and got everything exactly right and went over it to make sure it was exactly right I would highly recommend that Subway with that employee working unfortunately I can't remember her name.

“It's clear the management and owners don't care about their employees. It was scorching hot on a hot day inside subway. We asked why it was so hot and the employee told us that the heating and air was broken, so basically it was 86 degrees in this subway. The employee was so kind, the food was great, but the owners and management need to get their act together. It was an unsafe working environment at that temperature and in NO world should they have been open to the public. Even food trucks have fans and AC! Get your act together, Subway. Pay your employees more for dealing with that overheated BS!“

“Ate the best pizza sub I ever had in my entire life here. The crew working here is small but hospitable. Come here eat and go on down the road. Quick and easy. Fresh and delicious.
Parking: 4-6 spaces very limited parking
Kid-friendliness: Just bring em along.

“I just wanted to say that my family has loved Jersey Mikes for YEARS it's definitely a household favorite, but after my pops passed it's been extremely hard to eat here. It's been about 4 years since I've ate here, I recently became pregnant and have craved nothing but Jersey Mike's, so I decided it was time to grab me a sub, I didn't realize how hard it would be to walk into the building but I did it anyway, as I'm trying not to cry, because of so many hormones and memories replaying, the entire crew consoled me, making me feel comfortable and acknowledged. None of which they ever had to do. They literally took the time out of their busy day to make me feel validated. And I would just like to say thank you! This speaks volumes of what kind of crew is at this specific location. They should most definitely also be valued as an important part of this team! And I hope each and everyone of these members have the greatest life <3 thank you! Also the sub was always a 10/10 absolutely delicious!“

“The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! You may even see an increase in sales and satisfaction with speed of service? #dobetter“

“First time eating here and loved the food and service! I made my second visit back today a week later and brought friends.
Food: 5 stars - I got the Philly, and the first bite was a taste bud explosion with flavor.
Service: 5 stars - Extremely friendly and make you feel welcome.
Atmosphere: 3.5- counter service and drink choices are out of a bottle cooler (as opposed to table service but food is brought to the table after ordering), and a more casual, contemporary style and decor, no music very quite(there is a TV)
Overall, it's a great place to eat. I will continue to come back it's definitely worth it, and I highly recommend it!“

“It was late and I was out with a couple friends so we decided to check this place out. I been to many Charley's but this one was one of the best! Food came out super hot and they really fill those sandwiches up! Definitely will be going there again.“

“The reasons I'm giving this Subway a five-star where I would never give a Subway restaurant a five-star unless they went over above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of personally professionally and his best as possible and I will say this they have an employee by the name of Addie. The first time I went in there she helped me sort out the app which was incredible as I was lost tbh. Then on my second trip here she remembered me not by name but recognition all the same which is crucial to me especially when judging a restaurant so from me to you Addy 5 stars over above and beyond the call of service. This reflects back to the mgmnt that made sure that this person was trained appropriately so 5 starts for seeing a very important person that could help take this company far if given the right opportunities along the way Thank you Subway and Thank you Addy. We used the app on our second trip here and great experience would highly recommend but, don't take my word for it try it out yourself and let Addy know that you came in because of this review.
