“I actually pass a SUBWAY® in order to patronize the one in Piney Flats! I've watched the manager do on the job training with several different young people there. She is amazing! Everyone seems to really respect and like her and the quality of their food and service reflects that! Seems like she's hired a lot of good folks and I've never had a long wait.“

“We were in this plaza and this restaurant caught our eye. We are so glad we went in for lunch. It was amazing. Steamed bagel sandwiches. Never had them before but they were so good. They have breakfast options that are available all day. I got the Reedy Reuben on an everything bagel. My husband got the Steamenstein on an Asiago bagel (corned beef, pastrami, Swiss & spicy mustard).
We then each got a Tiger Paw for dessert (plain cream cheese on a French toast bagel with cinammon sugar).
Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring it out to your table. If you get a drink, you serve yourself at either the soda fountain, fresh coffee, or sweet or unsweetened iced tea.
We will definitely return often when in Johnson City.“

“I stopped here on 10/9/24 around 6pm and got the two slices of cheese pizza and a drink deal. Really good pizza! The kind you have to fold in half to eat, New York style. There was only one guy working (I’m guessing maybe the owner?) and he was really polite and efficient, not to mention really cute if I may say so myself. The pizza slices were really big and tasted great, a good deal for the price. Please stay in the mall, we need a good pizza joint!“

“Currently the best fast food subs in the industry right now. Luckily I usually use the app to order and go pick up my food. Pickups quick and on time every time.

If you haven't tried it, I recommend the Kang Crow special. It is roast beef and pepperoni. I do it Mike's way and add some mayo and a spicy pepper relish. It can get a bit messy but their bread holds up well and it's a fantastic sandwich.“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! “I used the drive-thru. The employee was very patient very courteous went down the list with each sandwich and got everything exactly right and went over it to make sure it was exactly right I would highly recommend that Subway with that employee working unfortunately I can't remember her name.

“The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! “WOW!!!! I was really amazed with the efficiency and quality service. The food here is always on point but this time the crew is what impressed me!!!! Satisfaction 100% I felt like I needed to leave her cash tip and 20% on the card. You don’t find people that actually will wanna talk most the time even when it’s almost time to close ( especially when you’re the only one there closing ) but my two friends I were all happy with our subs and I was happy she was able to close down shop right on time.

PAY TESSA MORE!!! She’s truly one you wanna keep. Especially in the days that everyone complains about not having loyal /hard workers. Treat the good ones you have with respect and kindness and see how much better your team can be. How much people will wanna work for you!! It doesn’t have to be a dog eat dog all the time. We are all just trying to survive and be happy in the crazy world we are in.

“This is the best subway in E-Town. Jerikka is awesome she is always prepared unlike some of the other subways around here and she always is so nice. This Subway is a little further to drive for me but worth it I recommend going there over the other subways around here. Thanks again for making my dinning experience here so good.

“This place is fantastic! I ordered 5 small sandwiches, all with different toppings and each one being a different sandwich. The girl with the glasses was very helpful when ordering and the tall man with long-ish hair was very friendly. They got out food out quick and hot. 10/10 would recommend. The whole family loved it!!!“
