“We had such a wonderful Saturday date night to Little Coyote. We put our name on the waitlist about an hour before getting seated. While we were waiting we played cornhile and the staff were very attentive checking in on us and asking if we wanted any drinks. We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was wonderful. They had heaters and great music that was at the perfect volume level. Our server Devon was so kind, friendly, and accommodative. He ensured what menu items were okay for my dietary restrictions (being dairy and gluten free). I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable he was about the menu and how comforting his energy was. He was the cherry on top of our evening. The food was delicious as well. The menu has very unique flavor pairings and delicious smoked meat offerings, but make sure you go to dinner earlier in the evening because the were out of several items by the time we ordered. Devon helped us navigate the menu and we took his advice on what items to get and we were rewarded! “We used to go to the one in Ooltewah, it was our go to place when we was out of ideas, or we wanted cheap food quality Mexican food. This was our first time at the one in East Ridge and it didn't disappoint! The food was the same super quality as we know it from Ooltewah and the service was the same great service. “Definitely the BEST mexican Restaurant we have been atleast 6 times since they have opened up. Not only does the food hit the spot but the cheap margaritas they have are absolutely perfect! The place is such a vibe cheap,good food ,good people and clean!!“

“Not as good as all it had been hyped up to be. It wasn't bad but it was really just bland. Fresh and bland. Even the salsa Verde was mild and milder with not even a sour or lime or vinegar kick to it. The steak was really the worst. Extremely bland, not grilled or charred on iron. Had almost a gray color and not seasoned. Had a burrito, 2 of 3 kinds they serve. Wonderful guacamole dip, worth taking home. One burrito was in queso, also bland. Supposed to have salsa Verde on it but I saw none. Staff was very friendly. Lots of homeless in area as always at Miller Plaza, but saw no issues.
There is limited seating. Maybe 15 seats. Design is for mostly carryout.“

I have had several favorite Mexican restaurants in the Chattanooga area, from La Bamba to El Fogon...but there's very little chance that any place would displace my newest and "bestest" favorite, Spanglish (previously Las Morelianas). I went there yesterday with three friends, we all had completely different dishes, and we were all 100% completely satisfied. Although the tastes of each dish (we all had a bite of each other's) were all perfectly appreciated by all, the big kicker for me was that the manager came around, after my other three friends had been served their entrees, and explained that he was sorry that mine was delayed, but that it had come out of the kitchen on time, but he was not pleased with the way it looked, so he sent it back and had it remade. THAT is customer service, and THAT is what makes a restaurant a cut above the rest. I am sorry that I can't remember our lovely waitress's name, but her attention to our need (including refilling our drinks before we even asked) was top notch. I can't say enough good things about this place; everything was not only a cut above the rest, it was all simply perfection, and all four of us agreed on that. Eat Here! You won't ever regret it.“

Seems like a small staff but they all do their part and definitely pay attention to customers. Food was great! The red wine sauce on my veggie burrito was really good, not standard enchilada sauce. Atmosphere felt like it might have been a nightclub at one point, but gave space without the feeling like you were just out in the open. It had character. It is upstairs and I didn’t see a way to get there other than to climb them. So probably not a good idea for elderly people. Parking was street parking and a little hard to come by. Overall really enjoyed our dinner. Chips were nice and thick.“

“Excellent food and service. We were in Chattanooga and stopped in mid afternoon. I had the Birria Tacos and a side order of their Mexican street corn. My husband had chicken fajitas and we shared their house fresh guacamole. Big portions. Everything was SO tasty! Service was good. The restaurant was bright, festive, clean and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend and come back.“

“My sons and I came here in pursuit of Mexican food as good as what we ate when we lived in Austin, TX. It was amazing! My boys absolutely loved their beans and rice! The tortillas on their bean burritos were tender and slightly crispy on the outside. Their sauces were incredible! I had three tacos, all of which contained beautifully complex and incredible flavors. We highly recommend!“
