“Stopped today for lunch. It’s been a while since we have been to Pal’s. I was very surprised that while most “fast” food has gone way downhill Pal’s actually has gotten better. The service was amazing, order was perfect, prices were great and food was hot. Well done!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“This Pals is has the most amazing employees. My aunt brings her dog Mocha and they go above and beyond when I buy him his sides of bacon. My mom and I go every morning to buy biscuit and gravy for my 18 month old. He won’t eat it from anywhere else. My mom’s favorite coffee in town is at Pals on West AJ Hwy in Morristown! So amazing!“

“I’ve worked in customer service for over 9 years and enjoy the occasional fast food pickup. I went to this Arby’s 11/7/2025 and had an amazing experience! I went though the drive thru and the worker who took my order and payment was amazing! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was so incredibly kind and quick! 10/10 believe people need to look to her for service!

“Yesterday at lunchtime, I ordered three subs to go. There was such a large amount of mayonnaise and/or dressing on them that they were soggy. They were almost impossible to eat as they fell apart when you picked them up. A major disappointment!“

“Worst service they gave me wrong food. Ordered Steak Nuggets they gave steak and cheese. Cashier ,Robin. Was terrible, she needs to find another job. We waited 45 minutes on them finally manager came out. Agreed to drop nuggets. Manager was very nice“

“When we go to Morristown, we stop by Krystals. Today is Saturday, May 30 and a big shoutout to the two ladies working the morning around 11. I LOVE, Love, love the cheese krystals and chili cheese pups. Fast, friendly and helpful. I would give it 10 stars today.“

“I just went thru the drive-thru at your Boynton Beach location. The line is usually long, but moves very quickly. Today a lovely girl (I don't remb her name) took my order. I complimented her turtle ring, and pulled up to pay. The gentleman (who looked like a manager) informed me that I had made an employee's day, and there was no charge for my food! I was pleasantly shocked, and inspired by that small act of kindness (especially after Wednesday's shooting) I asked if I could pay for the car behind me. Her total was more than mine would have been, but I asked the manager to please ask the woman to 'pay it forward' and spread the kindness. Good job Chic Fil A! ��“

“I love Zaxbys. But every time I go through the drive through. Someone messes up my order. I've had my drink missing several times. My son's sandwich in his kid's meal was not included in his meal. I've had wings missing and fries missing many times. The management at the Andrew Johnson location and the college square mall location have been very rude. I've had to go back inside to get my missing item because the drive through is extremely long. Zaxbys is one of my favorite places to eat. But you guys need to work on checking your orders better and have better customer service. I care about the people who work here. At the same time I am cheering you on. But something has got to change. I believe you can do better. Just giving my feedback!“

“We travel thru from Marykand and purposely stop here to eat. Sadly they only had drive thru which was not an option for us. was very disappointed and had to eat elsewhere. I am assuming this is due to a staffing shortage, and I feel badly for the employees.“

As a trucker (and keep in mind this place is literally attached to a truck stop) that kinda sucks. But here I was able to walk up for breakfast and dinner. So thanks for getting it right guys.“

“The manager Andy went above and beyond to make sure my order was fulfilled correctly, went out of his way to correct any mistakes, and did so with grace and integrity. Owners, if you’re reading this you need to give this man a raise because he is an invaluable resource for your restaurant and he deserves to be recognized for the exponential value he brings to your bottom line. “Best ever subway experience I’ve ever had not from the area I live over an hour away and was just passing through the guy who took our order was so thorough and helpful , he was very precise and double checked everything to make sure it was correct. Definitely recommend eating here I wish I would’ve caught the Workers name. Not sure what he makes but he needs a raise!“

“Pro tip: Order your pizza with extra sauce and use the rewards ap to save money. Saw reviews complaining about hardly no sauce, but most pizzerias skimp on the sauce, too. We do this every time. Just saying, this papa johns has never disappointed❤️ Way better than Dominos, Gondolier, and Little Caesars.“

“I had to use the tedious kiosk to order. An employee brought me the cup for my drink. In short time my name was called and I picked up my tray: grilled cheese steak burrito and nacho fries.
The burrito was hot and delicious. The nacho fries were barely above room temperature. Also, half of the fries rub was filled with pieces of fries not even an inch long. Kinda hard to dip those in the cheese cup.“
