“Super friendly staff and the management team is helpful. Went through the drive thru and at some point between paying and getting my food I could not locate my card or my receipt and couldn't remember receiving my card back so figured staff still had it. They were so kind to look everywhere but unfortunately they could not locate it. When I was able to finally go through my whole car, I found it had slipped through one of the cracks on the side of the seat. Super grateful the staff tried to put my mind at ease even though they didn't have to.“
“After I took a friend to DFW airport at 5 a.m. this morning, I did not want to drive all the back to my home in way south of Dallas because I had a business meeting to attend at 10 a m. in way north Dallas in Richardson.
The night before, I called all sorts of fast food restaurants in the area near my meeting venue looking for a place that had Wi-Fi so I could work on my computer for four hours before my meeting. Only What-a-burger answered their phone, and they told me that none of their restaurants have Wi-Fi for their customers. 😭 I called 6-7 Jack in the Box restaurants. Only ONE answered their phone, and that woman hung up as soon as I asked about Wi-Fi. I also wanted to know what exactly "open 24 hours" meant. Did that mean dine-in or only drive-through? I had to go blind. When I got there at 5:30 a.m. the front door was locked and would not open until 6 a.m. I knocked on the drive-through window while standing in front of the window. The manager looked at me from a distance and waved me off, pointing at his watch. 😭
At 6 a.m. I went in and asked about Wi-Fi. Yes, I could use it. Yes! 👍 But in the middle of my work, while eating a delicious sausage "sandwich" and drinking coffee I had purchased there, their Wi-Fi went down and never came back. 😭 I asked if they could restart their Wi-Fi hardware (in my previous life I did IT work in a library and did that periodically). They said, "No." 😭 Lastly, they had many wall plugs all through the restaurant--but ALL HAD PLATES COVERING THEM so there was no way to plug in and get power. This was done to prevent the homeless in their neighborhood from plugging in to charge phones. 😭😭
The food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Suggestions for Jack in the Box corporate:
1) Publish in the business overview result in a Google search:
1A) What "open 24 hours" means, and spell out when the front door opens.
1B) Do they have free Wi-Fi for customers?
1C) Tell prospective customers that there are or are not wall receptacles to plug into for power.
2) Provide a working phone number that WILL be answered by staff.
3) If the drive-through is really open 24-hours, don't have the manager look at his watch and wave the customer off.
It all sounds pretty critical. Sorry. I got my work done by switching to the tiny screen on my phone to look at large documents on the websites. Fortunately, the batteries in my phone and computer were fully charged. If the staff had been mean and unhelpful (fortunately, I was not homeless but looked professional and was well dressed and well-spoken), they would have gotten less than four stars in this review.“
“The service is almost always great most or the people who work there are very helpful and willing to help me. If I ask for lots of hot sauce or any other sauces they almost always huck it up a few or the workers there go above and beyond making my experience so much better when they are there. Besides that food is good and always what you would expect from a jack in the box. Only thing the area dose have lots of homeless walking about.“

“They have a table with a large number of outlets for electronics. No dividers at that table and it's close to the registers but you do not have to use a charger box as long as you have a USB cord. Have a decent number of booths and tables to eat at.“

“Jack-in-the-Box Tacos were the very first ones I ever heard of more than 55 years ago and I love them. Perhaps the drive-thru lady couldn't believe her ears when I specified "no sauce" on the tacos. Instead, I was given a super sloppy amount of hot sauce which caused me to have to discard much of each taco. But I ate them anyway, because they're SO GOOD!“

The young man taking orders working the the window is amazing. Such well developed customer service skills and a genuine smile he treats you like family. Just something about it. For starters I've never been there and seen anyone working there under the age of 35. All responsible, hardworking adults that WILL NOT, it seems, serve you anything that they themselves wouldn't want to eat. So that's a plus in my book! Second, the food itself IS ALWAYS; hot, fresh, fast and made to order. Whatever you're looking for on your sammich they'll serve it up that way to you. And finally, they always have the nicest attitude and presentation that you'll ever want to encounter! I'm certain that there are other places like that in and around the DFW, BUT for mine and my family's hard-earned money this JNTB is money ? ? ? ? ? ? well spent. Come see um!! Parking: This particular store is located near the point of an island/pensula situated between the large, lengthy roads/streets known as Forest and Skillman. Space at the point is tight and limited, but it's all worth the adventure to check out. Do be careful though; entering, exiting or going through the parking lot and space. P. S. If you elect to use their drive thru there be advised that it is very close and extremely tight to the building and property as this JNTB is sandwiched between a service station and tire shop and a car wash -- both locations are themselves extra busy as well! Navigate with caution.

We get stuck eating here a lot because the hours are convenient for our late night schedules but we find ourselves eating here less and less for reasons like this one.“

But again no meat this time…it was fine with me because at least this time i had a good customer service experience with a team member named Dana or Dona…my mistake if i am wrong…but she was a nice professional hispanic woman who clearly explained what they had and apologized. She works over night. This is my second time having the pleasure to have been assisted by her and just let me say she needs to be recognized, rewarded etc. Anybody else working the night shift other than her is horrible. Depending on the time you go and to which employee your greeted by, you could have no problem at all or the complete opposite. 8/10 I have zero problem, food is just right my order is right, but sometimes Depending on the employee and how busy the drive through is, you might be kept standing. And I understand alot of the reviews, but at the end of the day it's a FAST- food place and over time the name doesn't imply to how fast food comes out anymore. Or the quality, ur buying food from a fast food place that keep in mind is busy so it ain't a restaurant. At night it can be a bother and around 12 can also be a pain. “Stopped in late at night as I was visiting out of town and having a good night. Wanted some late night Munchies and got a breakfast burrito. Breakfast burrito was cooked well and prepared correctly. We also got the mini tacos which were actually excellent. Probably would not get them sauce next time as it made it a little bit of a mess but that's not a problem. The only thing I did not like was the homeless person sitting outside of drive-thru window. Flipping me off and yelling at me. I'm sure they could have told him to move on or ask the police to escort him out of there. However, they were busy. Hopefully next time when I go through drive-thru I don't get yelled at and berated by a homeless person, but otherwise the experience of stopping through the drive-thru at Jack in The box was very pleasant.

I ordered the wrong thing and when I came up to the window to try and change instead of getting angry, Mr angel switched it for me immediately and brought out my food in minutes . This man deserves a raise or to work at a more suitable location for his customer service and I’m not sure if I got his name correct but he works at night and runs the drive through!“
