“I recently visited Phone Dien, and it was easily one of the best pho experiences I’ve had. I ordered the small #3 with brisket and beef, and it did not disappoint. The meat was incredibly tender, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

I also tried the salted lemon soda, which was super refreshing and paired really well with the meal. It added a nice, unique touch to the overall experience.

Service and atmosphere:
Service was friendly and quick.
The place is located in the area that has a few different eateries next to each other which gives it food hall like vibe but in a good way. The food is served at the bar area.

Food and drinks:
The pho soup was good and didn't disappoint. Soft noodles and thin sliced meat. The broth was balanced and had good amount of garnish. A bit of chilli sauce did the trick too.
Spring rolls were good but the peanut sauce was too salty.

Pricing:
Just right.“

The Beef Marrow Porridge is a must get. I don’t think I’ve seen many Vietnamese restaurants sell this dish but it has me hooked. The bone marrow/meat is fatty (melts in your mouth), savory, and rich. And with the onions, cilantro, and pepper on top- chef’s kiss! I wish I had asked for some chili oil from the waiter but honestly, the dish by itself is already fantastic. Chao Tuy Bo is very nutritious and gentle on the stomach- such a comforting dish!

As for the pho, this wasn’t anything special in my opinion but the egg rolls that came with it were hot, crispy, and fresh! Lastly, the cafe sua da is always a nice sweet treat/beverage.

The service was nice/fast, the food (speciailly the beef marrow porridge) was delicious and I can’t wait to come back and order more next time.“

“Food was great, as always. We always get #16, Phở Tái Chín - Noodle soup with eye of round steak and lean brisket. Broth is always delicous, meat is always great. No complains there. The spring rolls are also delicious, specially adding sriracha to the peanut sauce and mixing it. The only downside was one time I went and when i asked for extra limes (was only given 2 slices to start off with), they said they couldn't give me extra, or if they did they'd have to charge me. Given that I only ask for Limes and Jalapeños, not the extra veggies, i didn't think i should be charged. In the same visit, i asked for extra meat, and never brought it out. How i know? My wife ordered the same order, without the extra meat and both looked identical. They then brought it out when i was almost finished eating (this was after we told them not to bring it out anymore, we did advise them of the missing extra meat). We haven't gone back since; but will probably try again, maybe this time i'll take my own limes. xD“

“Pho Danh is conveniently located inside the Hong Kong City Mall. Even though we've passed by countless time, we've decided that now one be a great time to give it a try.

To start off, the restaurant is extremely spacious and quite clean. It can easily accommodate large groups if needed. Service was prompt and friendly, we have no complaints whatsoever.

For the food, we've kept it simple and ordered two dishes.

Pho Tai - broth was tasty and flavorful but the dish only had a moderate amount of meat

Bun Bo Hue - the broth was a bit light on the seasoning, we had to add fish sauce and sate to spice things up. Also had a moderate amount of meat.

For the overall experience, we would give this restaurant an above average rating. While nothing blew us away, the food offerings are very solid. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to shop and eat at the same place 😊“

“We were there last weekend and they were the best and most authentic tasting noodles we’ve ever had (and my husband and I have tried many places)! The service and atmosphere was great and the staff were kind and patient despite my son crying much of our time there. “I dont have any pictures of the food cause all 6 of us dug in as soon as the food came out! Everything was fantastic! I tried the pho broth from my friends order and it was fantastic!! Loved the bahn mi (wish they had payee as an option on it, but the bread and pickled carrots were perfection! The spring rolls were huge and the inside was perfectly equivalent on ingredients. (Sometimes the spring rolls are nothing but noodles)

“Been to pretty much all the Pho and this one is definitely top five. when ordering your food try to get the fresh noodles which is going to give you the best chew experience and observe the flavors better than generic standard noodles. This is one of the places to offer fresh noodles not everywhere you get this level of quality. Broth is very nice flavorful and tasty. If you like beef tendon, then get their meatball, brisket, tendon combination, ask for the chili oil it’s going to give you a nice flavor boost.“

“I've been about 3 times for lunch since 2020, and they've each been good experiences. It's a little quiet during lunch, so waiters and waitresses are attentive and the wait isn't too long, but they don't check in much until you seem ready for the check (this is a good thing, in my opinion). The atmosphere is really nice, and the prices are fair for the amount of food you get. Rarely am I able to finish my food!

“I’ve been here many times for the Hanoi grilled pork noodles — the food is good, and the fresh pho noodles taste just like Vietnam.
