“We recently took our family to Andreas Steakhouse in Allen, and while the menu might be a bit more geared towards adults, it was a great experience overall. I had a fantastic ribeye, and my wife raved about the scallops. The lobster mac and cheese was a hit with our girls and our son enjoyed the chicken parmesan.The service was top-notch, exactly what you'd expect from a high-end steakhouse. Just a heads up that they do have a dress code, and there's valet parking for the front spots which we weren't quite expecting. Overall, it's a perfect place for a nice date night, but would probably work best for older kids or those with more adventurous palates. We'll definitely be back for a special occasion!“

“My wife and I had a date night and wanted to try out Steve Fields Steakhouse in Plano Tx. I must say the atmosphere was perfect for an elegant date night. The drinks were perfect as well. My wife had the Steve’s Old Fashion and I had a Remy Martin VSOP. We started off with the Waygu Meatballs for our appetizer and it was fantastic. The sauce that accompanied the meatballs was lip smacking good! For our entrees we went with the fillet Mignon and New York Strip with a side of the loaded mash potato’s and fried onion strings. I ended up ordering the Steve’s Old fashion since the sip I took from my wife’s was delicious. We finished off with an espresso martini, which tasted like a dessert. It was sweet and creamy, a perfect to end the night. Our waiter Nolan treated us like it was a world class restaurant (which it was!). We will definitely revisit this establishment again! The manager also made sure everything was going well and we were enjoying ourselves. Kudos to you Mr. Steve Fields for a wonderful establishment. I loved it here, and will bring my family to enjoy the experience as well.“
“Zach provided outstanding service as our waiter; he was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of meeting Michelle (the manager), and Rebecca (the MIT). Our meal was delicious! The bread was nice and warm when it was brought out. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and wonderful! The sirloin was as delicious as always! Just a delightful dining experience!“
“The service again was average. Forgot drinks and slow with water refills. We have been to this Eddie Vs 6-7 times since they have opened in Plano. The first 4-5 times EvERYTHING was phenomenal but the last 2 visits there has been serious decline in service. Love this place and the downtown location as well and hope they get it back on track“
“I love this place! I thought it had shut down due to the failure of the nearby mall—but noooo! This place is hopping! The restaurant interior hasn’t been updated in a looooong time (if ever), but the food is great and the staff are so caring and kind and they will always try to make sure your meal is the way you want it. They really do try. I particularly like the two bartenders I know, Austin and Gary.“

“The food was fantastic but Sam our waitress elevated the dining experience to a new level. She was attentive but not pushy. She answered all our questions, even what type of grapes the ice wine was made with. The true star is a carrot, served as a tribute to his mother. The steaks and duck were great but the carrot was extraordinary. Most places can cook a prime cut steak but this carrot. It is simple and tender. Sweet but not overdone. I have eaten Berns in Tampa and Christner's Prime in Orlando and this place is on an equal footing.“

She was by herself and handled all the restaurant drinks and took care of everyone sitting at the bar. The arugula & black fig salad is really good the steak frites was really good too. “We ate at The Saltgrass Steakhouse last night. 3 of us had steak, my wife had the Salmon. I had the Brussels sprouts with my Ribeye and they were very flavorful.It was all delicious. Their special bread was a big hit, and the fried mushrooms appetizer were good too. Oh I had the Blue Cheese butter on my steak, added good flavor.It’s not a cheap night out for 4 people, but the food quality is a good value. It was my son’s birthday dinner, so had to splurge a little.“

Visited for the first time last week and I must say I am a huge fan.Atmosphere is nice, wait staff is not only great, they take extra time to explain their menu. They informed me that they are known for using extra seasoning on their steaks and they like to give you a heads-up in case you aren't a fan of the extra flavoring.I chose the "Outlaw Ribeye", seasoned the way they prefer to make it. It was amazing! Has the Caesar salad (amazing) and the fried okra which they cut into spears and not circles (my favorite now). Got a margarita and they brought the shaker along with the drink so I could refill the glass a few times.I'm not a guy who has been to many upscale restaurants and eaten the steaks at places that charge you $200 to walk in the door lol. For me, Longhorn Steakhouse is just right.Hope your experience was as good as mine!“
