“Last night we decided to go to the Hoffbrau Steak and Grill House for dinner. If you are ever in Amarillo, don't go here expecting German type food. But please try it anyway for some awesome American-Texan food. I had the Smoked Sirloin with corn on the cob and Tonya had the Shrimp and Grits. Both meals were great and the service was very good also. Tonya also a Pretty in Pink drink (which was a little too tart for my taste, but she really liked it) All in all, I would rate this place a 10 out of 10!”

“We always like to try new places when we travel around the world. This place is nowhere near the centre of Amarillo, it's out in a new development area sout of the town, but it was well worth it. The sombre lighting provides a nice atmosphere as does the decor. Emily took great care of us and the manager came over for a chat which was appreciated. Food was very good, the meatballs, steak etc. The whole evening was very pleasant”

“We were having dinner with some new acquaintances so we stayed several hrs. Our waiter MAX was amazing. Very attentive and interacted with us well. He did not rush us but took care of our needs. We also met the manager Don who was seated next to us. He introduced himself and visited with us a few minutes. The overall experience was A+. Our new friends from AZ loved the food and enjoyed how friendly Texans are.”

“I found Toscana to be an amazing dining experience! I ordered the Caesar Salad for starters, and was a generous portion, well dressed with shaved parmigiana cheese and crispy croutons! The main course I chose, was the Braised Short Rib, Vegetables and substituted for the mashed potatoes! This was served beautifully, and the short rib was, fork tender. There was a light brown gravy which was ok, but I'm not a fan of gravy overall, but had a nice flavor. I ended with their homemade chocolate chip gelato, a generous portion and was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant!”

Her recommended choices from the menu were perfect and her sweet and bubbly aura enhanced my dining experience. BRAVO Jadynn!!! The food is DELICIOUS and the drinks are SPECTACULAR!! Thought my fault for not just going in. Yesterday in Amarillo Got the edible salad Lettuce was not even chilled. It was room temp. Ruined the whole salad. Bought a large container of the spicy ranch and a big bad of chips. When I got home and sat down to enjoy the spicy ranch and chips the Spicy Ranch was like water! So disappointed, please don’t start going downhill. I love y’all’s food. Keep your quality. It’s definitely having a few issues”

“What can I say, been going here since my senior year of high school, 1983. 40 years and it’s always been outstanding. I’ve been going 2-3 times a week lately and I think they have the best wings in town! Their buffalo chicken strips are the bomb too. Don’t pass up the Turkey sandwich either, add some bacon and fries and onion rings and you are set! The waitstaff is number 1 as well! Highly recommend! Heather is the best waitress ever and always takes care of me.”

“A wide variety of potatoes as well as other items to choose from, Potato Factory has a large menu whether you like potatoes or not. Many of the items are really cheap too for the size you are getting on their potatoes. Overall a very friendly staff and cool atmosphere makes this a place a regular for me”

“We are always quick to complain but neglect giving credit when it is due. We love the Plaza and food, but nobody is perfect. We had an out-of-town guest who'd never eaten at the Plaza, so of course with our rave reviews we had to get takeout. The person who took our order was obviously in a hurry but did correctly repeat our order. We picked it up and on arriving home our guest did not get what was ordered. Disappointedly I called and "Tony" answered the phone. The result being Tony gave us a credit for what we should of had on our next order. We used it promptly a night later and all went well and was delicious. We want to tip our hat to Tony for handling this situation so well and maintaining our business while gaining a new customer. The Plaza is fortunate to have such a fine and credible employee!!”

“This is a great place, very welcoming. I had an iced macchiato and a sausage breakfast burrito to go. The prices are very good as well! My coffee was so good, I finished it not too long after driving off. 10/10 recommend the burrito is probably the best I’ve had in town and out of town. They have a great menu and have added a few new things. I will definitely be back!! Get up and go to 6th/Virginia and get you some good food and coffee!!”

“Tortilleria Lupita is a gem! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The chile verde gorditas were absolutely delicious and had the perfect amount of spice. The homemade tortillas were amazing—I had to buy some to take home! I can’t wait to get back to Amarillo to eat here again and stock up on more of those tortillas. Definitely worth a visit!”

Do not let the outside look fool you, the food is worth every bit of it. Our family had Pho, Hu Tieu, Pad Thai, and chicken fried rice, every dish was authentic to the taste. We were very pleased, definitely a must try place. Thanks to the cook. The service was also exquisite, very polite and friendly. So happy we were blessed with the opportunity to eat here.”

“We had an amazing experience at Spicy Mike's BBQ! When we arrived, first thing we noticed was several local people eating their lunch there - a sure sign of good food and fair prices. Seeing this, we ordered the 3-meat plate, and it was fantastic! And the portion was generous, perfect for two people to share. I'm a big fan of smoked ribs, I eat them everywhere I can find them (they’re rare in Europe!), and I can confidently say that all the meat at Spicy Mike's BBQ is EXTREMELY good!

What truly made our visit special was that Mike himself came to our table (and others too) to check if we were enjoying our meal. We ended up having a delightful chat about our two-week road trip across the U.S., trying to explore as many states as possible! We even took a photo with Mike!:)

And last but not least - another customer overheard our conversation with Mike about our trip and he bought us a desert!:) What a lovely, kind gesture. We will remember this visit for a long time for sure and will be grateful forever for the warmth and generosity we experienced at Spicy Mike's BBQ.”

“My family and I love this place. The last time we were was before the huge flood that happened a couple of years ago and decided to try it today for breakfast. We got the same experience we've always had. This place makes you feel like you are family. Our server Olivia was upbeat, happy, and very friendly.
