They even gave us some baklava on the house to try. The Knafeh was delicious. Loved how it's not an overindulging/sweet dessert but instead light, crunchy with a pleasant honey touch. “10/10 service is always good and welcoming. I decided to try 3 new items since I usually stick to the same items. The maruchan preparada with hot Cheetos was a hit, so flavorful especially when mixing the noodles with the corn and chips, even the broth was great. The torta was delicious had ham, cheese, jalapeños onions tomatoes lettuce mayo and had a chipotle sauce that tied all the flavors together, topped with a sweet pineapple. The dessert I chose was Dubai chocolate crepe and it was phenomenal. So sweet and the pistachios were the perfect soft salty/nutty combination!“

“I was in downtown Arlington, for the Lightup Arlington festival on 7/3 and made my first visit to Insomnia Cookies. First, thank you for having vegan options, the sugar and chocolate chunk cookies were delicious! Also, much KUDOS to the awesome, young lady working there (wish I'd gotten her name). She was the only person working and had a consistently long line. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness! She greeted every customer that came in and assured them she'd be right with them. She bounced back and forth between putting cookies in the oven and serving customers efficiently, with a friendly and positive demeanor! She was fantastic, hope she is rewarded for her outstanding abilities in running the entire store! Great service and cookies, I'll be returning!“
