“Very busy location, delicious as usual. I'm not a fan of their food, but they do have some good stuff. But I am here for the drinks. The best is the Venti White Chocolate Moca! Yummy as always. Service was good, but not as friendly as other locations I have been to. I think they were just stressed out. It was very busy when I came in.“

“Love there drinks - fraps. Hate the restroom policy we're your not allowed to use it unless you buy something. Nor can u hang there or even just get water. They do not give out water unless you buy something. But the staff are amazing thats why I give 5 stars and the food is decent. Atmosphere sucks because of the new policy“

“Kendall is awesome! My daughter was having a hard time articulating which cake pop she wanted and Kendall took the time to show her each one and help her select. She didn't rush my daughter of seem frustrated at the slow down it caused. She was very kind and made my daughters day! Thank you Kendall!!!“

“It's cozy enough to lounge about or study in this place and it's very convenient that it's attached to the bookstore. Had no trouble using my gift card here once. I really enjoy their egg bites, those are my favorites. There are plenty of places to sit inside the Starbucks itself and outside where there are umbrella equipped table sets.“

“Where do I start? This place is really great! I mean, you gotta give props to the staff because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They even recognize my order when I say "The Usual", which is a Mocha Cookie Crumble, which really makes the ordering quicker. The drinks get done in only around a minute as well! The staff is good, and if you had problems with the staff, please be nice to them and go there more than one time before giving an absolute review. And don't get me started with red cup day, which is a free cup, which I still keep to this day! The only downside is that when they are gone, they do take a long to get back, but the pros OVERWHELM the cons! You gotta try their stuff, and I truly recommend the Mocha Cookie Crumble!“

“Shoutout to Destiny! I placed an order with Uber eats and when I got my order I was missing my drink. I called the store and explained my situation, Destiny did not hesitate to help me. The gentleman at the drive thru was very sweet and understanding. Thank you guys, yall made my day I was craving my drink so bad! Lol“

“We travel alot . This starbucks is the best . Danny B and Ariana J have the best customer service and can make any drink . I never have to go back to get a redo . And believe me I been to every starbucks between here n San Angelo and Odessa and had either bad service or bad coffee . I never have to worry going into Tom Thumb to get my coffee always a great drink and great service with a smile . Listen starbucks . “My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks on our morning walk.. and now we go as often as we can, thanks to Alexis! She is the true definition of a gem!! She is SOOO friendly, so sweet and happy to share a suggestion. When she’s off or busy, Ashton and Nikki are always so happy to help us as well! They are all so welcoming. The drinks are always made perfectly! And it’s really just a great start to our day.

“The staff here is wonderful and knowledgeable and communicates well and knows what they are doing. I haven’t always been a fan of Starbucks but they definitely put the bucks in the staff and service and atmosphere. I really enjoyed all of the drinks and food. They know how to make the everything good and I am not easy to please nor am I a simple type of person. Wolfgang knew the assignment and delivered correctly.“

“I like both UTA Starbucks locations, but this one is my favorite. I like that it looks more like a full Starbucks and the staff here are nice.The negative reviewers should remember that most of the employees here are students going through the stresses of classes and working just like everyone else. I've never experienced bad customer service here. If something is wrong with my drink I'll explain what I wanted and they're great with fixing it or remaking my drink.“

“They are VERY busy but still get the drinks out quickly. My pink drink was perfect! Just a warning to those who don’t want to learn the hard way like I did: this is the starbucks near the ice rink. Not the one in Barnes and Noble (they don’t call themselves Starbucks, they said they are the Barnes and Noble coffee shop). I ordered online and went to the wrong location.“

“It's not as bad as I thought tho. After reading the reviews I thought it's gonna be a very bad experience, BUT! hear me out, every time I go here, my experience gets better and better. I appreciate the hard of the baristas here, even tho they r students, they're trying to be good, and I appreciate that. Also, sometimes the lines are very long and there will be only 2 baristas available, so it typically takes more time to make your order at these kind of situations, so please do not accuse the workers in these situations, it's not their fault. Overall I think they can do more better and right now they are improving their work. Overall, it's a lovely experience.“
