Starbucks in Arlington

“Very busy location, delicious as usual. I'm not a fan of their food, but they do have some good stuff. But I am here for the drinks. The best is the Venti White Chocolate Moca! Yummy as always. Service was good, but not as friendly as other locations I have been to. I think they were just stressed out. It was very busy when I came in.“

“The workers are doing the best and always feel welcomed whenever I get my order. Maybe you should clarify if you're going to do a filming instead having a camera peeking out, not every starbucks is going to act the one you usually go to. Anyway people be normal to service workers ty 🩷🩷“

“Kendall is awesome! My daughter was having a hard time articulating which cake pop she wanted and Kendall took the time to show her each one and help her select. She didn't rush my daughter of seem frustrated at the slow down it caused. She was very kind and made my daughters day! Thank you Kendall!!!“

“It's cozy enough to lounge about or study in this place and it's very convenient that it's attached to the bookstore. Had no trouble using my gift card here once. I really enjoy their egg bites, those are my favorites. There are plenty of places to sit inside the Starbucks itself and outside where there are umbrella equipped table sets.“

“Love there drinks - fraps. Hate the restroom policy we're your not allowed to use it unless you buy something. Nor can u hang there or even just get water. They do not give out water unless you buy something. But the staff are amazing thats why I give 5 stars and the food is decent. Atmosphere sucks because of the new policy“

“I scheduled a meeting at this location, not having visited here before. Starbucks Coffee and Kroger Marketplace are a perfect match for me, and that is why I drove out of my way to meet for business. I really like the ability to plug in our devices and connect to wifi.  I was not disappointed with the way we were treated as we sat down to talk.The lady who took the order was very pleasant, and made sure we were happy with the order.  After the meeting I looked around to notice how everything seemed neatly displayed.  This Starbuck is in the same parking area as Petco, and not far from Fuzzy's Taco Shop, CVS Pharmacy. I will be back again for sure would recommend this location anytime.“

“Where do I start? This place is really great! I mean, you gotta give props to the staff because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They even recognize my order when I say "The Usual", which is a Mocha Cookie Crumble, which really makes the ordering quicker. The drinks get done in only around a minute as well! The staff is good, and if you had problems with the staff, please be nice to them and go there more than one time before giving an absolute review. And don't get me started with red cup day, which is a free cup, which I still keep to this day! The only downside is that when they are gone, they do take a long to get back, but the pros OVERWHELM the cons! You gotta try their stuff, and I truly recommend the Mocha Cookie Crumble!“

“We travel alot . This starbucks is the best . Danny B and Ariana J have the best customer service and can make any drink . I never have to go back to get a redo . And believe me I been to every starbucks between here n San Angelo and Odessa and had either bad service or bad coffee . I never have to worry going into Tom Thumb to get my coffee always a great drink and great service with a smile . Listen starbucks . “Tre in the Drive-thru just gave me the most amazing customer service I’ve had in a while. As I was taking the last few sips of my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, extra caramel, extra crunch with no whipped cream I noticed they or he wrote “You’re Fantastic! :)” How awesome was that?!?! “I have been coming to this location for over 7 years. This location has been my favorite! And I travel up I30 with at least 6 different choices. I’ve turned alot of people on to this location right off of 30. Only recently have I started experiencing problems which has led me to meet manager Craig. He is very attentive, great listener, professional, & transparent. Overtime we know staff come and go, hopefully through training, staff will continue to bring the best service to ensure we keep making that little detour off the highway.“

“My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks on our morning walk.. and now we go as often as we can, thanks to Alexis! She is the true definition of a gem!! She is SOOO friendly, so sweet and happy to share a suggestion. When she’s off or busy, Ashton and Nikki are always so happy to help us as well! They are all so welcoming. The drinks are always made perfectly! And it’s really just a great start to our day.

Seriously to have people like them representing your business, I could only be so lucky!?

“I like both UTA Starbucks locations, but this one is my favorite. I like that it looks more like a full Starbucks and the staff here are nice.The negative reviewers should remember that most of the employees here are students going through the stresses of classes and working just like everyone else. I've never experienced bad customer service here. If something is wrong with my drink I'll explain what I wanted and they're great with fixing it or remaking my drink.“

“It's Starbuck's for God's sake. It could be in the middle of a nuclear waste dump and still get 5 stars if you ask me! Food is over priced... But it's Starbucks... It's all overpriced. My favorite is an Iced Venti White Mocha and a Hot Venti White Chocolate Mocha. It's worth all five sips!“

“This location is usually fine, but this specific visit made me upset. Around 11:15am on June 30th I put in an online order, and by the time I got there, my app told me it wouldn’t be ready for 4-7 minutes, which I expected. When I picked up my order through the drive through, they practically threw my stuff at me and shut the door. My frappe was almost melted, and I didn’t get the extra toppings that I paid extra for. My sandwich was room temp, almost cold. This means they probably made my order too early and it was just… sitting there. I wish my app told me it was ready sooner or I would’ve picked it up at the temperatures that my products were meant to be. I wish I could reverse the tip that I gave them on my app.“

“This is the place where 9 years ago when I came to Texas, every morning I stopped by here. A cup of coffee, a friendly greeting, a smile, I was warmly welcomed in the cool winter and summer. It made me feel very comfortable to start the working day, sometimes the work was difficult, a sip of coffee also helped me overcome that difficulty. “They are VERY busy but still get the drinks out quickly. My pink drink was perfect! Just a warning to those who don’t want to learn the hard way like I did: this is the starbucks near the ice rink. Not the one in Barnes and Noble (they don’t call themselves Starbucks, they said they are the Barnes and Noble coffee shop). I ordered online and went to the wrong location.“
