“I hate the new order on the board thing. I would much rather talk to a person. The food is good. It is McDonalds and it is reassuring that everywhere I go in the country it is the same.

“This place was great. The girl Erica was one of the friendliest servers there. She smiled the entire time I and really went above and beyond to make sure people were happy. When she wasn’t helping a customer ,she was helping staff.

“Best McDonalds. The fastest service I've seen at a McDonald's, and I've worked at 4 of them. On a previous visit I lost my wallet, and employee ran into the parking lot to return my wallet that had fallen out of my pocket. I was surprised that they had to get security because of delinquent behavior. This show that the management and owner care for the daily running of the restaurant and customer safety in general .
Vegetarian options: Salads of good variety add fries are good.

“For being just a Walmart McDonald’s I will tell you it’s the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The staff is always friendly even though they are always packed. I honestly feel like it’s the busiest McDonald’s in Austin but they always have smiles on their faces and most important I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count since moving to Austin from Uber Eats or just grabbing food after grocery shopping and they have never messed up my order. I appreciate everyone that works there“
“Rolando is a manager here and provides the best customer service, always with a smile on his face. Besides him everyone here is very pleasant. They keep the interior always clean and atmosphere very nice.Unlike any other McDonalds.Like the coffee here very much.“
“This location is quick on food orders at the counter and drive thru but very slow in pick up orders and app orders. Also they don't participate in free fry Fridays. Staff is nice and bathrooms stay pretty clean. Its super hot at this location and due to high homeless population i wouldn't bring kids here. They will ask you for food or money. I am okay with that but not everyone is and it's super hot right now.“
“My order was messed up due to a miscommunication! The manager helped me out and replaced my whole meal exactly how I wanted with no additional charge. This manager was very kind and really heard me out! If you have any problems they’ll fix it :)“

“McDonald's is not great tasting food but they have a bathroom and coffee that is decent most of the time. I also like the biscuit sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches.I was having car trouble and was waiting for the tow truck so this was a good place to just wait.“

“I wish I could have gotten the their names but I stopped by after a 5 mile walk, I know I know…but I wanted to use all of my points before the new year bc I’m cutting out McDonald’s. Anywho, I was kind of annoying bc I ordered with points, every fifteen minutes. The way the staff took care of me, I was so shocked. They went above and beyond for me. I had to make a review. “As McDonald's goes, this location is clean, kid-friendly, well maintained, and well run.Menu and food quality is what one would expect for any McDonald's's.Staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and respectful. The team is on their game, consistently, as well as reliably attending to customers and keeping the dining area clean and well ordered.ADA compliant, with a drive through or dining in, along with plenty of parking, attached to a gas station and convenience store making it very efficient for travelers and locals alike.

I saw a group of petite employees eject a disrespectful customer out of the restaurant and had to give a 5 star review just for that. I think Ethel is the name of the employee that first stood up to the customer, but can't remember. Whatever her name is, she's a cool chick. They make tasty food too.“

“This place is okay, as far as the service goes. The food is great of course because it is McDonald's. The service needs work as far as being nice. Not very helpful with people. Ask questions and get the no or I do not know attitude. Being blind I can not see prices, but asking the lady at the counter, her answers were it is 2 something or 3 something. I stand there hoping she would look it up, but of course not. Asked somebody if they were going to make more sweet tea, just said no and walked away. No explanation or apology, just no.“

“I went to McDonald's with my grandson for lunch. It was our oast visit together before he returned home for the start of school. The lunch was at both of our favorite restaurant chain. I went to the women's bathroom and wanted to go somewhere else immediately! There was only one stall working. It smelled like a sewer and the seat of the toilet looked broken and it was dirty! The toilet paper dispenser way too close to the dirty floor, meaning germs transfer. But there was lots of soap and water, but the sink did look a bit grimey. I pointed the situation out to two employees and pointed at children who happen to be in the restaurant at the time and stated that I would never want my kids to have to use such a disgusting toilet and then they would touch their food. It makes me wonder where the employees go to use the facilities and if it's in the same condition. Because of the bathroom situation, I will not sit and eat inside ever again or be returning any time soon.
Kid-friendliness: There is an enclosed playground area that the kids can play in, and no one can enter from outside restaurant. The playground area is visible from any table inside the restaurant.“

“Very good treatment from the workers towards me.
The person who took my order was very friendly and had a very good attitude.
They gave me my order exactly as I requested, normally I order potatoes without salt and this time they were fast and gave me what I asked for, they met my expectation 100%.
Who bagged my food and when they delivered it to me, very good service and they put everything like my sauces and utensils.
I was able to talk to the manager, she was also very friendly and had a good attitude. I told her that I had had a bad experience before, but she was very kind and said that she is committed to changing that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND GOOD SERVICE“
“Love their coffee. This is one of the only places that will give you as many half/half’s as you need. Trust me up to 15 I believe. I only always need less than that. But that makes the difference, I always enjoy my coffee.
