“booked a birthday party for my son for the ultimate vr experience and was so disappointed when we didn’t have a room as promised and just a table for an hour that we were rushed before the hour was up by our host . overall it was a horrible experience and i was ready to never have a party there again the only reason i will recommend is because the supervisor Lety was super accommodating and apologized and helped us as much as she could and turned our experience around some . so definitely recommend her amazing customer service experience and professionalism 👏 but will not do a birthday party there again most likely 320$ or so down the drain pretty much thanks to the experience prior to meeting lety and her offering some assistance.“

“I recently hired Gator's Bar and Grill to cater a small private party held on Tiki Island. Gator's owner, Marjorie Morgan was awesome to work with. Her and her team are experts when it comes to catering. I asked for a more upscale menu palate. I know, most think of Gator's as a casual dining experience but Marjorie and Chef Lena delivered exactly what I was thinking. From the initial contact, to the location walk through, the meal prep, table set up and then the meal served, they made it stress free. I asked for a girly salad- a strawberry, walnut spinach with a delicious balsamic vinegar dressing. The main course was grilled 6 oz beef tenderloin filets- grilled on site with a yummy garlic parmesan potatoes with a creamy peppercorn sauce and sauté asparagus. Dessert was a cheesecake mousse. It was all fantastic. Dinner was planned to be served outside with a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the lovely coastal sea fog rolled in just as Dinner was to be served. Marjorie and her staff quickly switched gears and flawlessly moved main course inside. Our guests were very impressed with how they perfectly executed all of our requests. If you are thinking of catering an event, Marjorie and Chef Lena are who you should call. Don't let her restuarant name fool you into thinking they only do bar food. They were a class act that will rival any high end restuarant. Thanks again, Marjorie, Chef Lena, Corey and Keith. You all made our small event a success“

The bacon was crispy and that was perfect! There weren’t many options but it was still pretty good. The manager waited on us and was just the right amount of attentive. The entertainer was great!“

Based on my conversation with him, he really values customer service. Which makes me want to go back and eat there again in the near future. This is exactly the kind of mindset every managers and business owners should portray and I comment Topwater Grill to have this kind of management. Thanks so much! “I went to Manhattan in May and went to about 25 of the top pizza places. Village Pizza sits along those easily. It has such a distinct flavor I guess I can understand why someone wouldn't like it. I guess. But man is it spectacular. Is it greasy? Yep. But something about it is just amazing. I would love to try other toppings, but unfortunately he plain peperonni is so good, I just have to get that everytime. The greek salad is also hands down the best salad I have ever had in my life. A great deal too. Also, if you have never tried the cheeseburger sub, then you are missing out. its so good, i cant even describe it. Try it. then buy it 100 more times. It that good. “Love the patio, listening to live music and/or watching a game. The stuffed Jalapeños are one of our favorites, along with CFS, shrimp cocktail, crawfish (when and season) and so much more. Great servers, managers come and check up on you too. Sometimes we like to just sit at the bar for a drink & appetizer.“
