We tried the Veggie Soup, Tofu Lettuce Wrap , Pad Thai and Mango with Sticky rice.

All three were really good. Very fresh and tasty. will definitely go back and will recommend.

So looked for a cupcake place near by and came across Smallcakes.

Thankfully they were open late so we stopped by. Everyone was friendly. Place was neat and clean.

I got a cupcake smash. Cut in two horizontally with a scoop of ice cream in the middle all in a cup. Was delicious.

Took a few more home for the family. Was a true treat. We’ll be back.“

They have gone out of their way to keep a solid menu and a full bar as well as the feel of a restaurant that is a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle upstairs. Highly recommended.“

“This is the most heavenly bread I've ever had in the US. I wish it was closer to where I live, but it's 100% worth the 2 hour drive. I got sourdough, and olive loaves. Both were super soft, delicious, perfectly seasoned, and they freeze extremely well. Because of the drive, we got enough bread for 2 weeks, so we froze most of it as recommended by the lady at the counter. This bread is free from preservatives so it spoils fast, but freezing it has enabled us to enjoy it for the past 2 weeks. It heats up perfectly (I place the slices on a hot skillet, but a toaster is ideal) and tastes just as fresh as the first day. Cannot recommend this place enough. They also sell other bakery items, and I especially recommend the sugar free raisin bread buns. I could eat half a dozen of those in one sitting.“

“We were staying at the resort and were told we had to try the Old Hickory while we were here.. no reservations available but Augustine i believe her name was, fit us in if we didn't mind sitting at the bar... you bet ! We were told to try the Artisanal cheese board to start.. when Joe brought it to us the description of each item was well worth the price ... AMAZING way to start dinner.. the wife had the bone-in Tenderloin and I had the Delmonico Ribeye.. both were excellent and cooked to perfection.. Keith the bartender was super helpful, a great guy was a perfect conversationalist... it was our Anniversary trip and he also made sure we tried an chocolate apple desert that topped the evening off.. WOW.... this is a great restaurant but what makes it extra special is the people that work here !! “I went to Olive Garden late last night to pick up a large order for my friends, family and I. When we got there they didn’t see our order, only for us to realize we accidentally made it for 11AM the next day. Chavan (forgive us if we spelled her name wrong) immediately said, “this is a big order, I know yall are probably all hungry so let me go ahead and put through the order,” without hesitation even though they were closing in 15 minutes. We were ready to walk out, but Chavan, all the chefs that were there on the night shift on 03/15/25, and Tyler (who gave us all our food) were kind and really pulled through for us.

“My husband and I ordered two signature cakes from Sugar Bee Sweets this past weekend. We chose a 2-tier lemon cake with the blueberry filling for the wedding cake, and a 1-tier chocolate cake with caramel buttercream and toffee crunch (with extra toffee pieces!) for the groom's cake. THEY WERE AMAZING!! They were picture perfect and tasted fantastic! “For the price, this place is basically a five-star restaurant. The food was excellent overall—great flavor, generous portions, and definitely a good value. The fajitas were tasty, though a bit on the tough side, which is the only reason I wouldn’t give a full five stars.

The experience was a little awkward at first. There wasn’t anyone at the front to greet us, and it took someone noticing the growing line to step in and seat us. Unfortunately, we were placed at a dirty table, but they quickly noticed, apologized, and cleaned it up right away.

We also almost ordered from the lunch menu but were informed it’s only available Monday through Friday. Not a big deal, just added to the slightly disjointed feel of the service.

That said, the atmosphere both inside and outside was very pleasant. Despite the minor hiccups, I’d definitely come back—especially considering the quality you get for the price. 20.00 per person approx“
