“I recently ate here while visiting from out of town! It was the best meal I’ve had in years! The rolls were fresh and melted in my mouth! The meatloaf was amazing, able to taste every ingredient! The broccoli was steamed and perfect for my taste! The dessert was ice cream with blackberry cobbler! It was divine!!! My only bad thing was I would have enjoyed having a spoon instead! There was one waiter taking care of the front part of the restaurant that was on point the entire evening! He was very engaging with all of his patrons and kept everything clean! I can’t wait to find a location close to my home!“

“Good food & service but pretty pricey so not a good value. Even though charging premium prices, all condiments on table were of the cheapest kind, loaded with toxic high fructose corn syrup and a nasty butter substitute with soybean oil and a chemical cocktail of other ingredients. Lord only knows what kind of sub-par ingredients go into the food. For prices you charge, you can do better than this!“

“I went to The Henley with high expectations based on my past dining experiences with Executive Chef Patrick McElroy, which had always been strong.

During my visit in February, I ordered two petite filets, both medium rare. Unfortunately, they came out overly charred to the point of being crunchy and burnt. It was a clear miss on execution, especially for a steakhouse-level dish.

To be fair, the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent—attentive, professional, and did their job well.

After initially not receiving a response, I was later contacted by Food & Beverage Manager DeLance Woods. He handled the situation professionally, was polite, and took ownership in a way that reflects well on both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. That level of follow-up and accountability matters, and it changed my overall impression of how they handle issues“
