I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“Stopped into Finn MacCool’s Pub and it felt like a proper Irish pub—dark wood, cozy corners, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! Then Kim texted me my picture with Andrew and invited me back. What a nice group of people. It was my first time in Burleson, TX and I felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were great as well. They offered to make my margarita in a fun way in a martini glass and it was phenomenal. Not to mention the complimentary homemade chips we devoured and the fresh batch of French fries we had at the end. Our drinks were about $18/person, which in our opinion felt right for the attention and service we received. Would much rather pay that amount per drink here than some other busy place that barely waits on you for a $20 drink. Will definitely be coming back!!“
