“Went here on a Friday evening with a couple friends and had a pretty good time. The place had a relaxed vibe without being too loud, which made it easy to actually have conversations. Bartender was friendly and gave a few solid drink suggestions. The cocktails came out quick and tasted great. We also ordered some appetizers and everything was fresh and hot. It did get a little busy later in the night, but service still stayed decent. Not the fanciest spot around, but it's somewhere I'd definitely come back to for drinks and a chill night out.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“Incredible venue and great staff that made our All 80’s High School Reunion a huge success. Addison worked with us every step of the way and the the hotel blocked dozens of rooms for a discounted rate for people who wanted to stay the night. Food was great and The bartenders were awesome. If you want the best Old Fashion in Fort Worth, just ask for Kat to make you one. Planning an event it is all about venue and menu. Lot 12 checks those boxes.“

It’s the kind of place where you can grab a pint, actually hear the people you’re with, and not feel rushed out. The food and drinks we ordered were excellent! It appears the front desk is on the 24th floor, between the elevators and the lounge so don't feel you got off on the wrong floor. Because of how hard staff worked to take care of us, in spite of being short-handed, they didn't complain and took good care of us. We plan to return.“

We can't wait to return. Sidenote... We're in our mid 60's. This hip, boutique hotel made us feel young!“
