“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

The staff was wonderful and I cannot rave enough about the manager, David, who took the time to talk to us and give us feedback on our group (as we were filling the bar all night, every night due to a business trip). He was very informative and respectful, even when going around to each individual group to respecfully and kindly tell us that the bar is closed and that we needed to go. 10/10 will be coming back when in town!!“

“I visited for the first time due to Andrew Sevener performing and loved the atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I walked in. One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! Then Kim texted me my picture with Andrew and invited me back. What a nice group of people. It was my first time in Burleson, TX and I felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were great as well. Great atmosphere, great service, ALOT of pool tables to choose from, whether you want to do the quarters table or if you wanna do the hourly table, which the hourly tables are 6 dollars an hour, and you get your standard regulated 9 foot table. Owner is very chill and laid back, played pool with us. They have karaoke, the bar is a good size, they play music all night of all kinds, it's pretty much a great hole in the wall spot to play pool, cheap good drinks, and good food. And great people. No fighting, no shootings, everyone there is there to chill and just have a good time with no drama.“

“Absolutely amazing experience!! Eric was wonderful and very attentive. I loved the atmosphere and vibe, we felt welcomed and at home right when we walked in. They offered to make my margarita in a fun way in a martini glass and it was phenomenal. Not to mention the complimentary homemade chips we devoured and the fresh batch of French fries we had at the end. Our drinks were about $18/person, which in our opinion felt right for the attention and service we received. Would much rather pay that amount per drink here than some other busy place that barely waits on you for a $20 drink. Will definitely be coming back!!“
