“We had the pleasure of being served by Mondo (or Mando, I believe)! I was visiting Fort Worth from London, and he kindly asked if I was from Europe. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!“

“If the world took every single aspect of what a customer experiences at this location, and all locations I’ve ever been to. Just indoctrinate all of society to treat all people with the “can do it” attitude that is so prevalent it’s palpable. I am always amazed when it happens, whether you walk inside or as you roll down your window to a smiling face. They give a honest and sincere human interaction that seems to be very lost in our lmmmmmmmmm“

“Everyone knows Chick-fil-A, but this Clifford Street location always stands out because of its amazing staff and consistently good food. The food never disappoints, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. “I love this chicken. If there is a Gus's in a city I visit, I will go there. It has a little kick to it that I love. Batter is a thin crispy style that I don't find often. Fried pickles are a favorite and I never pass on greens. I have been to 5 or6 Gus's and found the chicken to be the same awesome product.“

It was literally, just the two of them, but even with them being super slammed, they managed things effortlessly! “I came here to brag about the staff working on 1-30-24 @7pm. we live in Granbury and our chickfila is currently closed so we stopped in Benbrook on our way to Ft Worth. From the sweet girl who took our order to the drive through window team, all were happy and friendly. Having fun at work and getting the job done! Mgmnt team must be doing something right. such a pleasure to see smiling faces,laughter and getting the order right! well done 👏“
