“Oh my goshhhhhhhhh. these ladies were lovely. We went to check out the place before we scheduled a meet up with friends. They were busy. Wicked polite and as we were waiting, they kept up with wait times, alternative seating and the reality of sitting on the patio....TOO HOT for this northerner transplanted in Texas. Our waitress was super sweet and went out of her way when we asked if there was a way we could try some pastries. The 2 of us could not do a full tier platter because of the portion sizes, but golly!!!!!! Did they make our day with letting us have a few that are usually for afternoon tea exclusively. We will be back with another friend couple to experience the full afternoon tea!!! You really know how to make people feel welcome.“

“My husband and I went in last Friday for a sweet treat to end our date and decided on cookies! We checked out TX Cookie Shop and were pleasantly surprised! We’ve had Crumbl and Dirty Dough and honestly have felt they are nothing to write home about (lol), just overly sweet cookies in various and indulgent flavors. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get cookies from either of these places. TCS was delicious, the butter pecan was the perfect balance of sweet and salty and the oatmeal cookie was equally as good! We got 1/2 dz so we could share with my kiddos and everyone enjoyed them!!! We will definitely be back!“

“I absolutely LOVE the staff. They are who keep me coming there, DAILY!! They are always upbeat, welcoming and friendly. Kamryn is the store manager and she is great. Has trained her staff well. The line can get a bit long so go with extra minutes to spare for the wait (its worth it) but I do see them work quickly to get those drinks prepared and handed off. They all are so personable and pleasant“

“This is the best Dutch brothers in San Antonio, by a long shot. The staff is hard working, attentive, and friendly. People need to be patient. Complaining that you waited 20 min because there were 30 cars in line is unreasonable. These drinks don’t just “appear” out of thin air.

The staff is very cognoscente and they always apologize if there is a long wait. Matt is the man!

“Continues to be a great experience. They are typically busy, but they work with their customers quickly and efficiently so there really isnt much wait time. Donuts remain delicious, and they offer seasonal offerings. The heart Donuts were so cute, and had to be bought for valentines. We will continue to be loyal customers.“

“One of the better ones i've been to with an available and friendly staff and even though it didn't have all the fruit toppings, it did have the four complimentary kinds including cherries orange, lemon and line wedges. This location had the tasting cups that the one I went to with my aunt yesterday did not have as well as a lack of staff and friendly workers. Yesterday I took my aunt to one for the first time.And it was not a good experience at the other one.So thank you for giving her a better second experience today.“
