“Love this place. I am not a coffee drinker but LOVE coffee drinks. I have tried several different on the menu and they were all delicious but my favorite is the Big Tex. “The service and the coffee. I find that as a coffee place, the quality of the barista skills is paramount to a great cup of coffee. I am not a fan of eating there but the coffee and the beverage counter service is exceptional. I particularly like a young lady named Victoria (I think) who is exceptional at coffees and mock tails. “I absolutely love this place. I travel to Bergheim for work almost weekly, so being able to stop here always makes my day. Their iced coffee is amazing, as well as their avocado toast! Everyone is friendly & it is always clean & cozy. Joy usually makes my drink & she makes it perfect every time!“

“Oh my goshhhhhhhhh. these ladies were lovely. We went to check out the place before we scheduled a meet up with friends. They were busy. Wicked polite and as we were waiting, they kept up with wait times, alternative seating and the reality of sitting on the patio....TOO HOT for this northerner transplanted in Texas. Our waitress was super sweet and went out of her way when we asked if there was a way we could try some pastries. The 2 of us could not do a full tier platter because of the portion sizes, but golly!!!!!! Did they make our day with letting us have a few that are usually for afternoon tea exclusively. We will be back with another friend couple to experience the full afternoon tea!!! You really know how to make people feel welcome.“

“I recently decided to try out Dutch Bros because it was on my way to work. The staff has always been really friendly, and they're quick and efficient to get people in and out of the line. The coffee is great with a lot to choose from, and their lemon poppyseed muffin tops are amazing! Definitely my new go-to coffee joint.“

“This was my first time trying Dutch Bros, and I was really impressed! I ordered the Golden Eagle, which is a creamy breve with vanilla, caramel, and topped with caramel drizzle. It was smooth, sweet, and super delicious.
Honestly, I think it’s even better than Starbucks. The flavor was rich without being too heavy, and it’s definitely a drink I’ll be coming back for. Excited to try more of their menu next time!“

“This is the best Dutch brothers in San Antonio, by a long shot. The staff is hard working, attentive, and friendly. People need to be patient. Complaining that you waited 20 min because there were 30 cars in line is unreasonable. These drinks don’t just “appear” out of thin air.
The staff is very cognoscente and they always apologize if there is a long wait. Matt is the man!

“One of the better ones i've been to with an available and friendly staff and even though it didn't have all the fruit toppings, it did have the four complimentary kinds including cherries orange, lemon and line wedges. This location had the tasting cups that the one I went to with my aunt yesterday did not have as well as a lack of staff and friendly workers. Yesterday I took my aunt to one for the first time.And it was not a good experience at the other one.So thank you for giving her a better second experience today.“

“This morning I went in for a pick me up because I really needed one. I'm sure that I met an angel, Griffin greeted me kindly and saw me crying at the window. I must have been a wreck, as I just dropped off my son for pre-k and he was crying and so was I. I was met with the most beautiful peptalk, plus she made me laugh, shared her own experiences, and called me a great mom. It was such a gift to me in that moment. “I was visiting San Antonio on a work trip and needed a quick coffee fix. Not knowing what I wanted, a super bubbley and friendly batista named Kaylie stepped to the counter and helped me choose the best latte I have had in a very long time. She was so personable and showed great interest in my work, trip, and giving me some fun ideas and events to attend when I had downtime. Great job Kaylie, not only do you give me hope for the world as it is today, but her manners and how eloquently she spoke showed how she was raised! “Love coming here! Easily located off of 281. I've been here a few times and every time I come here the staff are super friendly and polite. I get the Thriller and my wife gets a cosmo, which is gluten friendly, and everytime is delicious and energizing. The coffee here is comparable in price to national chains but I think it exceeds in quality.“
