“I'm part of the Jr Panthers football organization and I always stop at the Valero for ice. One day there was a sign that read "be back in 5 mins". An employee from subway had stopped by the store as well. I told her I was in need of ice for the boys football team. She was sweet and provided ice for free. They have been helping keep our kids hydrated in this HOT weather and for that, I'm thankful“

“I've visited many times, never anything bad except maybe a wait, but that's to be expected. Usually the staff is friendly and talkative. Today was my first rude encounter. Ordered online, arrived 2 minutes after pick up time. They asked for my name, checked the orders on the counter, immediately told there was no order under my name. They asked if it could be under a different name, I said no, to which they repeated that they don't have a Valerie. Without even checking anywhere else, they asked if I was at the right location. After showing them my phone they finally decided to check around and guess what, it was in the area being made.Had they done that in the first place, they would've seen it.“
