“They have changed owners! These reviews are before the new owners took over. The waitress came over smiling and spoke to me in spanish.. I said I don't speak Spanish. Her smile disappeared and from then on she was so rude and disrespectful! I ordered 2 tacos, (the Taco plate). I asked for some sour cream and the rude disrespectful waitress brought a cup of sour cream! I only ate 1 Taco and it was nasty, the meat had no flavor, just plain crumbled hamburger meat and greasy. I go to pay and she says $18.00!! 2 tacos, dry rice and bland refried beans!!! She charged me $2,99 for sour cream! I told her I just needed a dollop of sour cream And she said well you should have said you only wanted a little bit! She was very nice to the other patrons but they were all Mexicans IF YOU ARE WHITE (CAUCASIAN) DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE CLEARMY RACIST!!“

“I looked this place up to see what the actual name was and all i found was pictures of people's plates! some were half-eaten but they still rated highly enough that people wanted to share pics! Hearty home cooking that is filling and delicious. No trip to Austin area would be complete without a side trip to this restaurant. I'm not sure how fast food joints can stay in business with food like this nearby. You can tell by the wonderful flavors that it is made with love and the pictures don't lie, their meals are wonderful! Prepare to have a new favorite place. Taqueria Krystal is a fantastic spot for a delicious and satisfying meal. We stopped in for lunch and were impressed with the quality of the food—everything we ordered was flavorful, well-prepared, and hit the spot. “I want to give an update. I have changed my rating based on my experience today with Beatrice. She actually did call me back. She offered multiple times to make the food for me herself. I am just not ready to try it ate Taco Bell just yet but when I asked for the money back she graciously agreed. I went up in person to get it back and I was unable to locate the credit card that we used for that particular order so she graciously offered to give me cash. There was also a very nice woman helping her with the refund process.
I am very thankful they were both very helpful. They were both very polite and professional.
I commented to them about the inside of the restaurant it looks absolutely bright and clean and very inviting.
One of these days I will go back because I have to admit I love Taco Bell!!
I think that's why it was such a bad experience because we hadn't eaten there and so so long we were looking so forward to it was right before Christmas it was our last little indulgence before all the holiday stuff and it was such a disappointment.
But I want to say they were great today and I will go back and try it again.

I am still calling the store and not getting anybody to call me back. I am not going to let this one go either because we spent $27 and it was just absolute crap there was nothing in that bag that was put together properly, it was thrown in there so badly and literally everything was just all over the place like we had to basically reassemble the tacos because they weren't even wrapped.
This incident happened right before Christmas I have literally been calling for weeks and weeks and I literally just called again now and was told by somebody named Beatrice after I said this is regarding a complaint that Elizabeth wasn't in today.
Elizabeth hasn't been at work for a month apparently...“
