“Incredible venue and great staff that made our All 80’s High School Reunion a huge success. Addison worked with us every step of the way and the the hotel blocked dozens of rooms for a discounted rate for people who wanted to stay the night. Food was great and The bartenders were awesome. If you want the best Old Fashion in Fort Worth, just ask for Kat to make you one. Planning an event it is all about venue and menu. Lot 12 checks those boxes.“

“We had a birthday party for my granddaughter here in October. It turned out to be all that she could have wanted. The kids had so much fun and the staff and entire setup was perfection. Shout out to Jazz who made this an unforgettable experience for our girl. Highly recommend for parties and just anytime fun. You made it all worth while Jazz. Again thanks so much.“

“I visited yesterday (3/5/2026) for the first time after The Happy Armadillo was recommended by someone I meet at No Frills in Burleson. Lo and behold, she was actually there during my visit, which made my visit all the more eventful and enjoyable.
There weren't that many people, because it was about lunch time, but I absolutely love this place. It's a small, quaint, and the people are amazingly friendly. It encompasses everything I imagine when picturing a neighborhood bar.
I'm so glad the bartender (Gretchen) said they served Banquet. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone. I wish they had it on tap, but the bottles did the job 😁

“Heard this place was a rough spot for years and finally tried it. Staff remembers my name and drink order every time I walk in, regulars are about as friendly as a dive bar gets, the owner is usually there and is a really cool guy and a veteran to boot. Don't be a jackass and you'll probably have an amazing time!“

“I visited for the first time due to Andrew Sevener performing and loved the atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I walked in. One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! Then Kim texted me my picture with Andrew and invited me back. What a nice group of people. It was my first time in Burleson, TX and I felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were great as well. No doubt I'll visit again. Highly recommend!“

Great atmosphere, great service, ALOT of pool tables to choose from, whether you want to do the quarters table or if you wanna do the hourly table, which the hourly tables are 6 dollars an hour, and you get your standard regulated 9 foot table. Owner is very chill and laid back, played pool with us. They have karaoke, the bar is a good size, they play music all night of all kinds, it's pretty much a great hole in the wall spot to play pool, cheap good drinks, and good food. And great people. No fighting, no shootings, everyone there is there to chill and just have a good time with no drama.“

“This place sure is a WHOLE lot better on the inside than it is on the outside. Yes, there is smoking but we actually did ok because there was no one around us smoking. The band was good and the dance floor is a decent size and in good shape. Drinks are cheap. On Band nights there is a small cover charge“
