“Super friendly staff and the management team is helpful. Went through the drive thru and at some point between paying and getting my food I could not locate my card or my receipt and couldn't remember receiving my card back so figured staff still had it. They were so kind to look everywhere but unfortunately they could not locate it. When I was able to finally go through my whole car, I found it had slipped through one of the cracks on the side of the seat. Super grateful the staff tried to put my mind at ease even though they didn't have to.“
“I was pleasantly surprised at this visit as I was actually greeted with a smile and treated with respect which was entirely different from past enteractions. I ordered, whent to the restroom, than sat in the dining room to eat my breakfast and felt utter bliss ibeing left alone in my own world of thoughts, planning my day ahead.“
“It was good. I had a pretty big order and it came out pretty fast. The only thing is when I got home they forgot my 3 tacos. But it was too far for me to come back and tell them about it. Besides that I've never had a problem with them.“

“The location next door on Gaston and Paulus just opened. Strange a little slow but food definitely came out hot. The breakfast menunis on the wall to the left of the counter vs up with the main foods so you can miss it. Lobby is very small. Not a big space between the front door and counter so I am guessing they want people to get in and then out. Its good food overall.“

“After I took a friend to DFW airport at 5 a.m. this morning, I did not want to drive all the back to my home in way south of Dallas because I had a business meeting to attend at 10 a m. in way north Dallas in Richardson.
The night before, I called all sorts of fast food restaurants in the area near my meeting venue looking for a place that had Wi-Fi so I could work on my computer for four hours before my meeting. Only What-a-burger answered their phone, and they told me that none of their restaurants have Wi-Fi for their customers. 😭 I called 6-7 Jack in the Box restaurants. Only ONE answered their phone, and that woman hung up as soon as I asked about Wi-Fi. I also wanted to know what exactly "open 24 hours" meant. Did that mean dine-in or only drive-through? I had to go blind. When I got there at 5:30 a.m. the front door was locked and would not open until 6 a.m. I knocked on the drive-through window while standing in front of the window. The manager looked at me from a distance and waved me off, pointing at his watch. 😭
At 6 a.m. I went in and asked about Wi-Fi. Yes, I could use it. Yes! 👍 But in the middle of my work, while eating a delicious sausage "sandwich" and drinking coffee I had purchased there, their Wi-Fi went down and never came back. 😭 I asked if they could restart their Wi-Fi hardware (in my previous life I did IT work in a library and did that periodically). They said, "No." 😭 Lastly, they had many wall plugs all through the restaurant--but ALL HAD PLATES COVERING THEM so there was no way to plug in and get power. This was done to prevent the homeless in their neighborhood from plugging in to charge phones. 😭😭
The food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Suggestions for Jack in the Box corporate:
1) Publish in the business overview result in a Google search:
1A) What "open 24 hours" means, and spell out when the front door opens.
1B) Do they have free Wi-Fi for customers?
1C) Tell prospective customers that there are or are not wall receptacles to plug into for power.
2) Provide a working phone number that WILL be answered by staff.
3) If the drive-through is really open 24-hours, don't have the manager look at his watch and wave the customer off.
It all sounds pretty critical. Sorry. I got my work done by switching to the tiny screen on my phone to look at large documents on the websites. Fortunately, the batteries in my phone and computer were fully charged. If the staff had been mean and unhelpful (fortunately, I was not homeless but looked professional and was well dressed and well-spoken), they would have gotten less than four stars in this review.“
“We went just the other night and spent almost $20 on one combo meal and some cheese fries. They had the nerve to charge $12 for a burger that was thrown together and had next to nothing on it. We get stuck eating here a lot because the hours are convenient for our late night schedules but we find ourselves eating here less and less for reasons like this one.“
“The service is almost always great most or the people who work there are very helpful and willing to help me. If I ask for lots of hot sauce or any other sauces they almost always huck it up a few or the workers there go above and beyond making my experience so much better when they are there. Besides that food is good and always what you would expect from a jack in the box. Only thing the area dose have lots of homeless walking about.“

“Hi Guys! I don't say this very often, BUT every now and again you FIND a real diamond in the rough when it comes to a fast food restaurant. And this particular Jack N' the Box is it! Just something about it. For starters I've never been there and seen anyone working there under the age of 35. All responsible, hardworking adults that WILL NOT, it seems, serve you anything that they themselves wouldn't want to eat. So that's a plus in my book! Second, the food itself IS ALWAYS; hot, fresh, fast and made to order. Whatever you're looking for on your sammich they'll serve it up that way to you. And finally, they always have the nicest attitude and presentation that you'll ever want to encounter! I'm certain that there are other places like that in and around the DFW, BUT for mine and my family's hard-earned money this JNTB is money ? ? ? ? ? ? well spent. Come see um!! Drive-thru is open 24/7, 363 days a year!
Parking: This particular store is located near the point of an island/pensula situated between the large, lengthy roads/streets known as Forest and Skillman. Space at the point is tight and limited, but it's all worth the adventure to check out. Do be careful though; entering, exiting or going through the parking lot and space. P. S. If you elect to use their drive thru there be advised that it is very close and extremely tight to the building and property as this JNTB is sandwiched between a service station and tire shop and a car wash -- both locations are themselves extra busy as well! Navigate with caution.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is an ADA accessible and compliant location throughout with handicap parking and ramps near the main entrance.“
“Had gone threw drive threw. Used a receipt to call and do the servay to get a free breakfast sandwich thing. Wasn't working for the first time but luckily the workers there helped and was able to get my free breakfast sandwich with purchase of one. So all worked out like normal. Staff was nice easy to deal with, problem was fixed fast and easy food was good. Will return.“

“The service provided was excellent, as is usually the case. The newly introduced cremaccino was satisfactory, however, the chicken in the sandwich was unpleasantly chewy. Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident. Apart from this issue, I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.“
“Right now I'm upset Jack in the box is my go to place. I went inside I ask for two fresh tacos. I saw tacos sitting as I walked in. When I got my tacos as I got home they were really stale. I tried calling no answer. I was really hungry so I ate the tacos. SMH.“
“The food could be better when you order the food is some times cold needs improvement and you have to check your food cause you get the wrong food you didn’t order condiments are not always in the bag when you ask for them they only give you one ketchup one hot sauce or none at all they need to step up on there game and get the food out to people correctly and needs to be fresh food especially tacos not cold and stale other then that the people that work there I do know are friendly except for one guy that works there is rude!… the fountain drinks need to be check when there out of service or out of flavor nothing but water comes out cause I have dine in before and order through drive through and it’s the same thing and things need to change there most definitely!…“

“I went with my family one afternoon. Jeimy served me very kindly and very attentive. My order was two Jack's Spicy Chicken combo. I liked them a lot and from that day on they will be my favorite. My children ordered chicken nuggets with French fries. 100% recommended.“
“Jack-in-the-Box Tacos were the very first ones I ever heard of more than 55 years ago and I love them. Perhaps the drive-thru lady couldn't believe her ears when I specified "no sauce" on the tacos. Instead, I was given a super sloppy amount of hot sauce which caused me to have to discard much of each taco. But I ate them anyway, because they're SO GOOD!“
“Apparently still struggling with short staffing because this location will randomly close their dine-in and go drive-thru only in the middle of a normal weekday, but drive-thru service is efficient and courteous. I find this location to be much easier to get in and out of than the one a little farther east on NW Highway.“
“Unfortunately, they've STOPPED selling the Boneless Parmesan cheese. 😕 I got hooked on them. But there was a very kind lady who allowed me to order nuggets and she placed the parmesan cheese on them just for me. She, really really made my DAY!!! “So far my experience has been mixed about the place, I live around the area so trust me when I say this it can be a hit or miss. Depending on the time you go and to which employee your greeted by, you could have no problem at all or the complete opposite. 8/10 I have zero problem, food is just right my order is right, but sometimes Depending on the employee and how busy the drive through is, you might be kept standing. And I understand alot of the reviews, but at the end of the day it's a FAST- food place and over time the name doesn't imply to how fast food comes out anymore. Or the quality, ur buying food from a fast food place that keep in mind is busy so it ain't a restaurant. At night it can be a bother and around 12 can also be a pain. Anyways that's enough with my ranting

“I had a long day at work and since it’s a sketchy area I was expecting subpar service but when I came up to the speaker I was surprised by the amazing service MR angel provided! I ordered the wrong thing and when I came up to the window to try and change instead of getting angry, Mr angel switched it for me immediately and brought out my food in minutes . This man deserves a raise or to work at a more suitable location for his customer service and I’m not sure if I got his name correct but he works at night and runs the drive through!“

Jack in the box had closed their lobby the evening of May 28, earlier than posted for the following holiday, which I did not know because I am from Oklahoma visiting Dallas for my nephew's graduation. He was kind enough to let me inside to use the restroom, UNLIKE, the MCDONALD'S next door, who's door I was just at pleading for only the restroom.I am also a disabled military veteran, which I didn't even mention to this kind hearted sir. “Edit: did this location close permanently? There's dumpsters and an excavator. Edit: they have fixed the aforementioned problem of being closed all the time, and their quality of service has been back to top notch. Had an issue with my order today (it happens) and they were very good about resolving it. Always fast accurate and good, better than the other surrounding JIB restaurants too. It's been great having them nearby.“

“Starting a road trip and used the drive thru to quickly grab something to eat. There was no line to wait in and there was only a very brief wait while the food was prepared. The order was exactly as ordered. I haven't had their tacos in years. Ordered the Monster taco ( 2 for $3). No surprises. Tasted the same as always.“
“Breakfast was good . As a traveler trying it for the first time it was okay. The Lunch sandwich was pretty good as well . Rather in and out . A lot menu items . Becomes overwhelming lil bit .
