“Went into this location Saturday and Cornelius was awesome. We had a pretty large order and he took his time to make sure everything was correct. The bread was fresh and the vegetables were fresh…the only thing they were out of was tomatoes. He was very patient and so much better than the last encounter I had at this location.“

She was very polite and kind.. 💯I was surprised to see her tip jar was not full💯, after all it was about 4:00pm... People quit being cheap and tip... 💯When there's a lady that makes you order correctly, and understands everything you're saying, (in other words gives you good customer service).. You should always tip 💯... You never know what that person is going through💯, and in this day and time every little bit helps 💯

“We had an excellent time at The Metropolitan on Main. The cocktails were very unique and delicious. The French fries with truffle oil really hit the spot. And the charcuterie board had a little bit of everything:berries, cheeses, meat, bread and fig jam. The staff were very friendly and helpful. “We've tried a few of their subs, the latest being their new Smokin' BBQ (smoked brisket, ham, and turkey with melted cheddar, bbq sauce, and coleslaw--VERY tasty), and have enjoyed them all. The free pickle is a nice touch, and delivers a nice crunch with a dilly bite. Staff has always been friendly.
A bit on the pricey side (hence the 4 instead of 5) but for a flavor packed sandwich with fresh ingredients, it is worth the splurge every so often.“

“The ladies that works there were amazing!!! It was my first time visiting Dallas (from MD) so I took the bus to explore the downtown area. I stop there to order some sandwiches and go back to the hotel. After ordered I went back to the bus stop right next to the subway. Two busses ? (230 line) didn’t stopped and after an hour I had no cellphone battery so I had to go back to subway. My cord didn’t work and those amazing ladies offered me a cup with ice and water and shared their fast charger cellphone cord that I used to check the time for the next bus stop. I made it back to the hotel thanks to them. They’re very kind people!“

“I've been here about 3 times now. The new ladies they hired are more hygienic and friendlier. I love that this Subway uses paper bags. I wish they would have the sweet and unsweet tea available as well but I also understand that they may not have the traffic as other locations. Other than that, they seem to be well-stocked and you have more drink options in the Tiger Mart.“

“I didn't get his name but whoever the young man was working between 11am -noon on Sun, Oct 27th was phenomenal. He was the only employee on shift at the time but he operated with calm efficiency, while greeting everyone that walked through the door and let them know that it would be a brief moment before he would take their orders. This gentleman was also very knowledgeable about the menu and all promotional offerings for the location. If he's not already, please consider this young man for a manager/leadership position because he's definitely demonstrated that he has what it takes.“

“Ordered ahead and got there a few minutes early. There was someone in front of me who also ordered ahead, along with I few people in line so I sat down and waited my turn; I could tell they were a little overwhelmed. The other customer who ordered ahead was being very rude the the staff about having to wait a couple extra minutes for his sandwich, it seems they got very busy because someone in line was ordering quite a few sandwiches at once. As I waited they finished they big order around the same the rude guy in front of me got his order. I still hadn’t told them my order, as to not overwhelm them, but before I knew it, the girl was asking my name and handing me my sandwich. All staff very very polite given the circumstances, and were very apologetic event though I only waited a few extra minutes. Sandwich was AMAZING, I could tell she really put effort into it.“

“I love the broccoli cheese soup. However, I recently had a terrible curbside pickup experience! I ordered hours in advance. when I got there at my allotted time, I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out!! I could have gone inside or through the drive thru quicker.“

I ordered some clam chowder and a lobster roll to go and when I got to the counter, I discovered that this location doesn’t accept cash (which I intended on using ) and they don’t have Apple Pay ( which they have at most of the other locations including the shop on Inwood Road just north of Forest that I patronized yesterday) ... so I looked at her and she looked at me and she said I tell you what this one is on us.... to which I said no no I don’t like that... so she gave me my food and I slipped $40 into the container that housed all the pens on the register counter for those paying with credit cards.... it’s the way the employee handled the awkward situation... A situation I created because I didn’t verify the methods of payment...a situation that was remarkable resolved. Diamonds are rare and valuable and that employee is a real gem!“

“Usually I go for breakfast to any place that sells a quick hot item so i can just grab and go. I'm used to the QuickTrip rack of already made breakfast items that have the texture of half dried Play-do and only tastes a bit better. But at this Deli select I was given a Dinner experience in a few minutes. The croissant sandwich I got was made in front of my eyes with fresh ingredients, seasoned, and agile quickness. Everything about it was great! Even burned my tongue mildly because I could not wait. Definitely the best breakfast croissant for me in a long time.“

“This Subway is located inside Mountain View College and Trinidad Garza ECHS’ campus. It’s pretty cute and cool, if they had one more worker it would be fast as heck. Don’t doordash or order delivery from here probably since the demand from the college and early college students is high. Really convenient for anyone on campus though.“

“Got a turkey and swiss on their Italian herb and cheese bread (their best one). Had to get a cookie too, macadamia...very good. The service wasn't the best, but there was only 1 person working and another just standing around looking at us all waiting. The restaurant wasn't filthy, but it was definitely not the cleanest.
