“Chicken and all food was excellent. Service issue was the online order system was down so my order was not ready. Which I am paitent guy, no big deal except they still won't immediately make my order even when I present my receipt and order on my phone, which the staff was following their training. However they had to wait manager to approve the order. So i got to wait an extra 20+ minutes for what took them in 2 minutes to put together. The manager did not check on the situation with or offer an apology either. The rest of the staff was very nice but the manager needs some training in regards to customer service / order of priorities.“

“We visited this location at noon, last Sunday and it was PACKED and the drive through was wrapped around as well. Standing room only inside however we managed to get a table and gave ours to an older couple when they were walking in as we were done. Anyway, I just wanted to say our first visit here was nothing short of amazing. All of the employees looked to be younger and they were all so friendly, all had genuine smiles and our service was excellent with a very small wait time. Great job!“

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“My husband ordered chicken strips which are always good. I ordered the chicken strawberry salad which is usually pretty good but tonight it was EXCELLENT. The chicken was cooked perfectly, tender and seasoned well. The salad was great, with Romaine lettuce, Spinach, other veggies, chopped almonds and perfect fruit. Every bite of strawberries, blueberries and pineapple was delicious. This is the best "deal" in town, and it also includes a side of their own quality brand of cottage cheese, dressing and croutons. “Try the Avocalada-you won’t regret it! Way better than Smoothie King when it comes to texture, flavor and definitely when it comes to price. I probably will never get Smoothie King again if there is a Tropical Smoothie nearby. Very clean inside. This matters! So many places let the cleanliness of their business go and it always irks me. I have no interest in eating somewhere that’s dirty. Can you say cockroaches? Yeah, hard pass. None of that here! Professional employees and they put my smoothie out really fast. “Chick-fil-A never disappoints, but I have to give a special shout-out to their mac & cheese and chicken nuggets. The mac is creamy, cheesy, and perfectly baked on top—comfort food at its finest. And the nuggets? Always crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. Pair them with the Chick-fil-A sauce and it’s a perfect meal. Service is always fast and friendly too. “I enjoy this location and the food very much. I mostly order from the drive-thru and order the same item each time: Chili Burger (Taco Burger). One of the best food items, with shredded cheese, to order. Feeling extra edgy—add sliced jalapeños. I will warn you ⚠️ this Burger can get messy, keep extra napkins handy 😆. Well worth it! The drive-thru does get popular during certain times of the day, but the wait is worth it. The inside of this location is nice, we'll litted, easy to read menu. This Taco Casa is located next to an HEB, small shopping center and across the street is a Buc-es.“

“There's plenty of McDonald's around this area, but this one has the highest reviews for a reason. Your food is made to order and hot. The chicken nuggets and fries were exceptionally scorching hot. I love it. The restaurant is also clean.“

“In the past week, I’ve visited the Coit location in Plano twice. Both times I’ve had unresolved issues. Today, I went into the restaurant to report my concern to the on duty manager, Christina. On 09/04/23, I went thru the drive thru and order the Caniac Combo with no coleslaw and no toast, but with extra fries. I repeated my order 4 times. 3 times at the drive thru kiosk and once at the window. I even had the crew members repeat my order back to me and they still got it wrong. So, I pulled up and went inside to have them fix it, only to get home and find the replacement items hard and cold. On 09/08/23 my wife went by to order me the exact same thing. When she got home, there were no extra fries and the drink order was wrong. I’ve been eating Canes for the past 10 years and have never experienced this before. Your food is too costly to have these types of mistakes and poor customer service. So today, I went into the store and spoke with the on duty manager. I explained my concern clearly and she in turn explained that she had several new employees and some were still in training. She offered to make the order again herself. Which I said ok. However, I wasn’t expecting that I would be charged this time around since I’d previously paid for wrong orders. As opposed to refusing, I paid and decided to contact corporate. As minor as it appears, I need a resolution to this issue.“

“I really like Chicken Express, as does my whole family. I love the fact that it's a fast food chicken place that also serves catfish, all the time. You can't go wrong ordering either one.The chicken comes either on the bone or as chicken fingers. The catfish is all filets. The chicken and fish are 5 star level. The fried okra and hushpuppies are great too. The other sides are just ok. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that none of the food feels healthy at all. The corn on the cob is always kinda mushy and overcooked. The green beans are ok. I know that most fast food chicken places feel super greasy, but most others have large salads and other sides to add a little bit of something healthy as an option. They don't really.“

“We had our sons birthday party at the McKinney location. The staff was absolutely amazing! They had our food ready for us, made sure it was set up & checked on us throughout the party. The food was perfect, the kids loved the playground & they had the heaters on outside due to cold weather. Great atmosphere for any meal.“
