“Very impressive for an airport restaurant. Generally speaking, food and service are similar to their regular restaurant locations which seems to never be the case with airport restaurants. His personall attention to our evening made us feel like a "king and queen." He chose 3 wines to pair with 3 of his appetizers. We can recomment all 3: The Bruschetta, the Humus, and the Calamari was our favorite! We had 3 tastes of different wines: a white, a rose' and a Bold Red. We especially enjoyed the light Chemin de Provance Rose' and we got an extra glass of his Olema Cabernet Sauvignon to have with our scrumptious Filet Mignon! What a night! We will be back and hope to bring our Wine Club from our Winery in East Texas, Moody Family Wines. Thanks again Craig for a memorable evening. Food was incredible, and atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious.

At one point a guest knocked off one the table settings and the ramequins broke. EMANUEL jumped into action and said, “it’s okay, no problem, we will fix it,” to ease the guests discomfort with causing a calamity. The setting remained calm and peaceful thanks to his kind demeanor.

His work ethic and high level of customer service should be acknowledged by his team and management.“
