“I recently ate here while visiting from out of town! It was the best meal I’ve had in years! The rolls were fresh and melted in my mouth! The meatloaf was amazing, able to taste every ingredient! The broccoli was steamed and perfect for my taste! The dessert was ice cream with blackberry cobbler! It was divine!!! My only bad thing was I would have enjoyed having a spoon instead! There was one waiter taking care of the front part of the restaurant that was on point the entire evening! He was very engaging with all of his patrons and kept everything clean! I can’t wait to find a location close to my home!“

“The staff was very helpful and I got my food in a good amount of time. Nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed the pickle that came with my chicken salad sandwich as well as the cute little frosted cookie. The cookie reminded me of those pink and blue sprinkled cookies that came in the multipack at the grocery store as a kid. The chicken salad itself (I ordered the seasonal pickle one and popular one that has the apples, pecans, and grapes in it) was okay. Nothing to ride home about but still good enough to eat. I ate it all; I was very hungry lmao. I wouldn't get it again.“

“We visited Mason & Dixie for lunch today based upon a recommendation from a foodie friend. We were there for a reunion with other long-time friends that we hadn’t seen in many years. We live in Fort Worth, so we took Texrail which made the commute to Grapevine nearly effortless. We were delighted. The place is casual, comfortable yet very nice. Shannon, our server, greeted us at the door and made the entire visit special as we reminisced with our party. She gave excellent wine and food suggestions. The menu is a mix of lighter and heavier dishes that seemed to satisfy everybody. We started with a charcuterie board and followed that with individual lunch choices. Shannon provided extra plates for us to exchange bites of our delicious choices with one another. We finished with a spectacularly decadent bread pudding. Many of the other tables seemed to be having as much fun as we were. We highly recommend Mason & Dixie for anyone looking for delicious Southern food to share with friends and family.“

“This is our 4th time at this restaurant and every time was a wonderful experience. All the waiters and waitresses make a comfortable and relaxing environment. My family and I came here for my daughter’s birthday and they treated her warmly. They kindly offered her a dessert for the birthday occasion and were insistent on it. The waitress that served us last time, Staci, gladly welcomed us and treated us kindly, like family. Thank you to the manager Vonda, for checking in on us and our visit and making sure we were enjoying our stay. “Solid above average chicken tender joint. Very similar to Canes or Layne's, but better. The food is well seasoned and has a plethora of more sauces than other similar establishments. Every time I go there the service is great and I get my food quickly. The rewards app is BS but aside from that I have no complaints. It isn't the best chicken in the world but for fast food its pretty darn good.“
