“Came to Subway at 7:30pm overall store was Clean and Neat there was two employees the sandwich artist who made my sandwich was friendly could maybe smile a little more hardly got a smile out of him but he didn't get upset or fustrated when I mistakenly told him I wanted a foot long instead of a 6in. He was polite and fast at making my sub I was out by 7:36. Looked like they were putting away stuff already. I got the roasted chicken breast with American cheese, avocado on Italian herbs and cheese. 9.19 It Was Good!“

“This is my second time coming to this charley’s location and I finally wrote review, Stonie was my server and help me understand the 70 cent boneless wings deal which was delicious and Ashley got some more money out of me while trying the strawberry lemonade overall best charley’s in my opinion“

I didn't catch the young lady's name that helped me carry buckets to my car, but I appreciated the assistance. I would definitely drive across town to buy more, if I needed them.“

“Always good sandwiches here. Never been a fan of the pizzas so just sticking to their original sandwich is perfect. This location can be hit/miss with the consistency of the sandwiches. Sometimes I feel like I get more or less meat. Sometimes I have to re organize the items on the sandwich to balance it out. Cinnamon rolls are OK but definitely not fresh. Growing up eating Schlotzskys, I could’ve sworn I used to get a pickle spear with my orders. Now they are nowhere to be found. Ordered delivery here 50 times and not once got a pickle. Not a big deal but if they are supposed to come with one I feel robbed.“

“We had a late lunch there. I believe his name was Steve, the gentleman who took our order and was so kind to let us know the best way to order what we wanted to save cost. He helped me and my mom, even gave us an extra cookie with our order. He was so nice and helpful to us. I was going to use our receipt to review but my mom misplaced it and we think it was accidentally thrown away.“

“I visit this Jersey Mike's fairly often as it is close to my husbands job and Jersey Mike's is one of the few places he can confidently eat at on a keto diet. This location is my favorite. The staff is always so helpful even when I ask a million questions about carb counts on things. For me they have the best bread! At this store the parmesean rosemary is always on point.“

“Good sandwich shop. I prefer it to subway. The full size subs are essentially two meals which is great as a value. Nothing special about the interior but what matters most is the food is good and the staff are cordial- quick and professional. Good place for when you just don't feel like making a lunch.

Parking: Free parking lot shared with adjacent businesses.

Wheelchair accessibility: On a first floor with no stairs. There is a slightly elevated curb.“

“Ordered from the Burleson Location's Parking Lot (Run! Do not order from here...) after waiting 45 minutes for them to say that they were out bread- and our order was ready to go. Employees had a smiles on their faces and were pleasant to interact with! We have been to this location a few times with zero issues. Will be making this location our new go-to Jimmy John's!“

“I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“Came in a few before my shift at work and it was pretty packed, with three of us to one employee. He was extremely fast and efficient. It took less than 5 for us to start ordering, and even less for it to be made. He was great in making sure everyone was well taken care of. First time was great.“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

“Second time trying Jersey Mikes and this time it’s with the hot sub.

I ordered the Bacon Ranch chicken cheesesteak and it was pretty good. I do like the fact they took the time to cook it and finished it off with a crunchy piece of bacon. Overall the flavor was good. Just a little drippy with either the sauce or juices, so make sure you have lots of napkins. Also seemed a bit pricier than Firehouse given the size of sandwich I got, but it was yummy.

“I placed an online order. I got the skinny turkey combo meal with chips & a soda. It was ready at the time it stated it would be in the app. The sandwich was awesome and everything was as ordered. My order had not been put in the "Mobile Order" station so I had to get in line to ask for my order. None of the staff greeted me & the person that helped me didn't smile or say anything, just walked off, found my order at the other end of the counter & motioned for me to come down. Now, I'm 5' tall & could barely see over everything on the counter. The customer behind me had to let me know to go down to the other end. So, the staff needs a little bit more work on their customer service, other than that, it was great.“

“I always walk into this location super hot and tired as i work close by and there are a couple employees i would like to recognize for excellent customer service and always friendly. James is super fast and friendly. “Today as me and my family we’re enjoying our food at our local subway a man from the streets made a scene by yelling and making threats to the manager Heather and her coworker Chris. As there was many families in the store with lots of younger kids the Manager Heather kept her stored safe and told the man to leave many times as he got up from his seat to get closer to me n my family and the manager and coworker we feared for the safety of our kids and others n the store!!! With that being said the manager Heather SHE HANDLED HER BUSINESS and we felt protected as she ran him out the store! AWESOME JOB HEATHER! Me as a customer knows why Subway picked her as manager!
