“My food do be hot I come for breakfast and lunch. I get an ice caramel coffee lg.Every other day and love it. It’s fresh and with extra shot of caramel YAS!!!! The drive lady Patrica always greet me with a smile. She has great and short conversation. A pleasure worker, if there’s a problem she’ll fix it. Like I was given the wrong coffee. She corrected it bc I NEED MY COFFEE !“
“I walked into Jack in the Box expecting to get some tacos… I left with a new favorite person in the universe. Devvie, the absolute legend behind the counter, greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin who just won the lottery. My order came out so fast, I think they may have used time travel.
The curly fries were crispier than my credit score, the burger was so good it probably deserves its own Netflix special, and Devvie made sure I had everything I needed before I even knew I needed it. At one point, I’m pretty sure she read my mind — because BOOM, extra ranch appeared like magic.
If you’re thinking about going to this Jack in the Box… stop thinking. Just go. And if you’re lucky enough to have Devvie take your order, prepare yourself for top-tier service, 5-star energy, and possibly the best fast-food experience of your life.“
“The employee that worked tonight was absolutely amazing! One note tho, whoever manages this is specific location is the worst person ever. The poor employee was by himself, taking orders, making drinks, and preparing the orders himself. We were waiting in line wondering what was taking so long. We were joking the employee must be alone, and behold, he was in fact alone. I want to reiterate, the employee was AMAZING, but the manager should care about their employees much more.

“There are not too many late night food spots in that direct area so that is great always open to or three in the morning usually that's never crowded drive-through super fast unlike the Whataburger that is across the way from it that takes about 10 or 15 minutes to get your meal, they're very fast, friendly and useful“
“The 4 tacos were not even warm & had no lettuce on them. So I requested at least they put lettuce on& the top2 had lettuce on themBut the bottom 2 tacos had no lettuce at all.The bottom of each taco sleeve was filled with salsa.Very sloppy & messy.When I posted this...Jack in the box said"Glad you had such a great time."No one at Jack in the box cares what you have to say.“

My order was made Perfect and, everything was made fresh just like the pictures (I can't have meat and, they've always made my visit a pleasant experience) My experience prior to me driving to this location was awful. “I doordash late at night and I would like to give a shout out to the young man that works the late night drive-thru he is always consistent friendly and fast he always is courteous and has a great attitude no matter how long the line is or how late it is awesome worker. I asked him his name but he was too humble to give it so I hope he gets the recognition.“
“I have been going to Jack in the box for many years, and I can't remember of ever having my order mixed up the only thing I don't like is that they don't ask you if you need any condiments they have great food and okay prices.“
“I was pleased with this location today when I visited. I observed the manager cleaning and dusting the ceiling. I also looked inside the restrooms there well maintained and clean.
My food I orders was fresh and I noticed the fryer had fresh oil for frying.

“The food was fresh. Made incorrect I wanted it a special way and tried calling no one answerd the phone. The front counter the young man was very nice neat listen well. The title of Jack ln The Box struck me Mexican American?. Don't understand why they added this underneath the title..The Restaurant Clean. I will be back again Jack ln The Box is 1 of the best places I like to eat. Being eating here over 35yrs. Treat everybody the same . Trust In The Lord Always.“

“I dont get jack in the box very often as there isnt one near me, but any time i am near one, i have to stop and grab my favorite taco combo. I have a weird combo with the tacos not every place will make it for me, but these lovely ladies did! I have the 2 tacos with pickles in the tacos and dip it in ranch. Sounds so weird but tastes so good (at least to me).“
“Just ordered through the drive thru (Tuesday night 7:30pm shift). The manager (unsure) was on it! Doing his best to provide the best customer service, was hustling to make sure everyone got their food in a timely manner. Very friendly. Will definitely be back.“

Alisa, the manager I found out, was not only polite, she was on point , with just knowing that when they didn’t have what I ordered, kindly reminded me. Also, she’s at the window too!! “I visited the 2105 w seminary location Sunday around 6:30pm. Customer service was excellent!! When I arrived home, my food was still hot and fresh. Onion rings even still had the crunch when I bit into it. All the staff, especially the cook, deserves to be recognized. This was the best I’ve had. Kudos to the staff who worked this night. All I was hearing was “mmm mmm” from me and my family while eating. Thanks so much. Oh and they were quick, no backed up lines. ??????“
“I am not from the area and have never had the need to review a JIB. This is the best Jack in the Box I have ever been too. Ordered the 24 ult breakfast, it was hot and fresh, the hashbrown was hot, fresh and crunchy and the ice caramel coffee was thick with the perfect amount of sweetness and coffee. I am from the GP/Arlington/Pantego are and have tried JIB up and down i35 from the DFW to Corpus Christi... this is the best i have had. Not only the food but the guy that serviced us at the window was very kind. Definitely be coming back when I am in town again. This location ruined other locations for me. Lol“

“Sharleen (I'm so sorry for butchering the name) was AMAZING. I went to the drive through at 10pm on 5/29/25... She got my order correct and actually made it even better by giving me the sauce I almost forgot. She was super helpful and polite.
