I celebrated my birthday at Randy’s Steakhouse, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty. As a solo diner, I wasn’t sure what to expect - but the atmosphere, the service, and the people completely blew me away.

Natalie, my server, was phenomenal - warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. She made sure every detail of my evening was perfect, and her energy was a gift in itself. At the end of the night, she even surprised me with a signed bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon as a birthday gift. I’ve never had a restaurant do that before!

And then there’s Randy - the owner himself. He personally checked on me several times, complimented me, and made me feel like I truly mattered. It wasn’t just good hospitality - it was heartfelt. You can tell he’s built something really special here. His presence alone added an extra layer of warmth and charm to the entire experience.

The food? Absolutely delicious. The crawfish-stuffed filet was tender and flavorful, and of course, I treated myself to a bottle of Veuve - and I’m so glad I did. The intimate room I was seated in had just a few tables, making the night feel cozy and peaceful. I left feeling full, glowing, and truly celebrated.

“I was immensely satisfied with my visit. I just finished my first ever one, and their service is amazing. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and friendly jokes from both the greeter and the cashier. I payed for my meal, grabbed a drink cup, and before I could fill it and fully sit down my plate was already delivered to my table.

The meal I got was the $15 lunch special. This included a beef brisket sandwich, a side of bbq beans, home made chips, alongside a cup with infinite refills (so long as I bring it with me on every visit). I also added banana pudding for another $4, bringing my total to $20 and some change. The food was good, but the brisket could’ve used a bit more seasoning. What really stood out for excellence was the banana pudding. If you’re a fan of home made and super creamy banana pudding, these guys know how to do it right.

The verdict: Every staff member I encountered was extremely respectful and kind. My server Mark answered every question I had, and gladly saw to me with a smile. As I ate my meal, I watched his co-worker Darrius respectfully waiting for customers to finish praying before serving them. A man named Ryan came to take my plate when I was done, and even he decided to chat with me and shake my hand. Seeing these workers focus on their service, treat others with kindness/respect, and do so while genuinely enjoying their work is a breath of fresh air. That shared mentality amongst the staff puts the quality of service in this place into a league of its own. The food might not’ve been the best I’ve ever had, but the quality of care and service makes up for any complaint I could possibly have regarding it. I will gladly visit again in the near future, and would advise others to do the same.”

I called the restaurant at 8:50 to see if I could still place a carry out order but got no answer. They called me back a minute later and cheerfully took my carry out order, and offered to provide the gravy on the side rather than dipping my sandwich there so it wouldn’t get soggy during the drive home. They were still cheerful when I picked up and even gave me a piece of chocolate cake, free! The sandwich was delicious, the fries perfectly crisp & hot and chocolate cake is always great.”

One small thing to note — the slices weren’t very sturdy, and the front part of the slice tended to droop, so I had to support it with my whole palm while eating. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning.

“Went for lunch . Homely restaurant , great behaviour by people . We tried tea, vada pav , jhol momo and roti sabji.
Everything even tea was made fresh on order. Tea was really good masala tea much required during the cold weather we went in . Jhol momo which we tried in veg was just amazing like how we get in any Nepali restaurant .”

“We came in at around 5:10pm. It was a bit of a light crowd and some that had gotten there right at opening were already eating. We had a table right by the kitchen and in sight all of the servers and the managers. NOT ONCE in the 10min we were there were we acknowledged. 5min later the group that was seated after us got their orders in and the waitress whom I assume was ours just past us and didn't say anything! We got up and left. I rarely do that and am very patient but when numerous servers pass us by and don't say anything or give.is their time, I'm not giving you guys my time (or my money) and may not do so again for a while I have never been so disappointed by Babe's”

A lot of food options from which we have tried biryani, Mysore masala dosa, appam with coconut milk, ghee idli. All of them turned out to be delicious.
This became our favorite spot in the area.”
