“First visit to celebrate our Anniversary! Atmosphere and service was great. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The creamed corn-off-the-cobb was to die for as was the III Forks Salad. We were surprised by a complimentary Anniversary dessert too!“

“Overall the experience was very good. The service and ambience were both a definite 5. The food was very disappointing. The bread was fresh and tasted excellent. My 8 oz. Filet Mignon steak which I ordered as "medium well" was over cooked. Just a hint of the palest pink in the very middle. It tasted so salty (all 4 of us said this) and the taste of pepper was also very strong. The salt (especially) and the pepper overtook the taste of the steak. Ordered peppercorn sauce and Bernaise sauce for the steak. Bernaise sauce and peppercorn sauce tasted delicious, but the steak was so salty and peppery the peppercorn sauce was too much. as there was already far too much pepper seasoning on the steak. My sister who loves all au gratin potatoes didn't like them at all. I can only say what she said I didn't taste them. Said to me these were the first ones she didn't like. The baked potatoes were delicious. The asparagus was bad. Looked gross, very, very thick and undercooked hard to bite into. My wedge salad was fresh and delicious. The other two Caesar salads were all white and looked horrible. There should be a mix of green and white, these were all white. I ordered a Cosmopolitan drink which turned out to be very tart. So that was our experience. I am as honest as I can be for our experience.“

“Wonderful prime bone in ribeyes and filets. Sides were all delicious and still tasted well the next day. Bread is the best of the steakhouses in the area. Salads were very tasty and appetizers were enjoyed by our party. And desserts were Lucious. We celebrated birthdays and everyone enjoyed the environment and service as well as food. We just commented tonight the experience is worth the drive of over an hour and parking was easy. We agreed tonight one of the best steakhouse in DFW. Recommend Randy's and we love prime beef. Randy has 5 star rating and it is for a reason. His restaurant is excellent. We will be back for Christmas celebration! Kudos to Randy and his staff.“

It was an overall enjoyable dining experience—from the ambiance, server, chef and cooks that were extremely considerate, detailed and communicative regarding my food allergies and more. “We love Eddie V's. The food is great, the service is great, the restaurant is gorgeous and everything is always excellent in every possible way. I had the Yellowtail Sashimi for appetizer (perfect) and the Lobster tails. My husband had the beet salad and salmon as well as their smoke Old Fashioned and some white wine to pair with the salmon. He was very happy with his meal as well. The only thing I could offer to change or improve would be if Eddie V's offered individual bottles of Pelligrino for people like me who are dieting and not drinking alcohol right now and a sugar free option that isn't berries and cream, which everyone on the planet offers, would be greatly appreciated. It is easy to make an amazing sugar free dessert and surely there are many other people who would appreciate that option. I would suggest a sugar free cheesecake option that most of your diners would be interested in - not just those on sugar free diets. Other than that, it was a fantastic evening!“

“The food and service was great! Diamond was our server and she was awesome! The proprietor of the restaurant made time to meet us even though it is a weekend night and very busy. Our favorite was the steak and shrimp pasta…so delicious ! We highly recommend the Plano location!“

“The hostess was great and allowed us to be seated in a private area of the restaurant that allowed for privacy. The server Christine was fantastic and attentive even with us seated outside of her normal lunch section. The managers came by to check on us regularly as our server had been given a 25 top to wait on. Food, service, and price were all good.“

“My husband and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary tonight at Knife and we were very pleased with the atmosphere, food and the wait staff. I had a 6oz Filet Oscar style. When I say the crab was melting in my mouth, I’m not lying. It was very good. It did not have a fishy taste to it at all. Definitely worth the $20 extra for it. We shared the creamed spinach and roasted carrots. Both were also very flavorful.“

“We dined at Del Frisco’s for Thanksgiving lunch. We’ve made reservations for holidays for many years. This was our first at the restaurant. Best service and the best steak we’ve had. Such a great experience, we will be back soon!“
