“Ms. Melody!!!!!! She is such an angel!!! She has a way to make you feel that you’ve known her, FOREVER! She is warmth, love, joy and just an all around wonderful person! She is such an amazing part of this Starbucks location!! Please give her her flowers NOW!“

“This place has the nicest staff! Always kind and love their personalized messages or pix on my cups. They are also very consistent with their coffee! Some Starbucks are a hit and miss but this location always makes excellent drinks. Their Pike roast is so good.“

“Superior staff almost make up for the mounting frustrations with Starbucks; they have signage up for weeks of drinks that are “out of season” yet they’re still advertised, I drove to 3 different locations in attempt to get a Tom Mozz flatbread but Target/Kroger Starbucks don’t carry them, and this location “hasn’t been receiving lunch items”. Debbie was considerate and offered alternative suggestions, which frankly was the primary redeeming quality of an otherwise dissatisfactory experience.“

“The atmosphere and customer connection is super exceptional. Justin and Josephine went above and beyond making sure our food and coffee was served timely. They meet the customers needs and know how to connect and strike up a good conversation. Despite being a busy store, they take the time to treat every guest amazingly. My fiancé and I got off to a rough morning start and the baristas definitely made our day. We will be returning again soon :)“

“I came to this location, Sunday 6/29. I wanted to recognize the 2 workers in the afternoon around 2ish. They were doing their best to keep up with the orders. They stayed positive, smiling, greeted customers, and working together to get the job done. I had to wait, but I did not mind. A coworker called out that day and these workers were doing their best under the circumstances. I hope their management sees this and recognizes them in a special way and possibly strategize so workers are not stranded when these situations come up.“
