“I heard several people recommend this place, so I had to check it out. The Tacos de Pescado (Fish Tacos) are the best I’ve had in a long while. So good in fact, I came back 2 days later to get tacos for the whole family. Second round… Everyone agreed they were delicious! “WOW! Just WOW! We love ourselves a GRUMPS burger night! EVERYTHING including the BLUE BELL ice cream floats are superb! If you haven't had a GRUMPS FRESH grilled burger, you haven't truly lived! The sweet potato fries are great too! Grump is at the top of our family list for a favorite, oldfashioned, scratch made, burger! Family friendly atmosphere too! Oh! And, nothing like having an ICE COLD beer schooner when ordering in-house on a Friday night! Run, don't walk, to GRUMPS today!”

“First visit here and we enjoyed it. The patio is dog friendly and heated although we sat at the far back of patio which was open, uncovered and heated by Mother Nature. It is nice to sit out there and watch the ducks, geese and such float/fly by. You can also buy duck food from the gumball machine if you want to feed the critters. You order and pick up at the counter then if ya have a hankering for fixin's on your burger stop at the condiment/veggie station and load up. I had a 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger with onion rings, onion rings were nice and crisp and they weren't stingy with the nicely cooked bacon. Others at table had Tacos Furioso, unfortunately they were a bit stingy with the chicken on this one, more like a veggie taco, veggies were good but would like to see a bit more chicken. Another had the Buffalo Chicken tacos which were good but noticably short on the yard bird here again. We also had a Bloody Mary and Margarita. The Bloody Mary is very salty, basic and good and the margaritas was pretty basic but good as well Overall good food and drink. I do have one recommendation, dog friendly space is awesome but what if you had options available for your furry companion? Water bowls for instance, doggie menu with a basic chicken breast, hamburger or hot dog. I know we would always order from that! We will come back!”

“I have been a frequent customer at Dana’s for a few years now. My wife and I love her teas and our boys love her shakes. Dana has also told me about the body scans she provides for free to her customers. I can say from experience this provides invaluable insight and motivation in your getting healthy journey. It does not solely focus on weight but provides a complete break down as you can clearly see your progress in losing fat and gaining muscle. It’s a truly supportive perk that helps you stay on track with your health goals!”

“We celebrated my mom’s birthday last night with all our family and had the best time here! They were so nice and accommodating and the food was amazing!! We all enjoyed music by Kendi Jean as well! The kids loved the play area and there was plenty of seating for a large group of 15 and lots of shade! I can’t recommend this place enough! We will be returning.”

“Nice employees, clean location, easy access to online order and great pizza. This is not an eat-in restaurant. Our pizzas usually cook well except for the very center. We usually order thin crust large or family size and cook at 425 for about 13 minutes. It’s still delicious, just not crispy in the center. Cooking on a pizza stone would fix this issue if you have one.”

The pizza is always fresh, the Crazy Bread never disappoints, and the store stays clean and well-run. Whether I walk in or use the portal, it’s always a smooth experience. Definitely one of the best fast food spots in town!”

“We honestly hadn't been in awhile because the service was slow. We went in today and the burgers were so large and delicious! My mushroom and Swiss was outstanding. The amount of fries was a little skimpy, but they were delicious too. Great food. We will be back soon!❤”

“I vibed with the sweet young lady who cashiered for me. Super informative and thorough. I appreciate people like her, especially because it was my first time here. The food was great. They don't have normal sweet tea, but they have amazing peach tea that's sweet. Oh, I will say I needed a sauce for my Philly cheese sub because I'm a saucy kind of girl, but otherwise it was delicious. I even got a brownie and that was a 10/10 for me! Soooo good! ? My coworkers enjoyed their food too. One got the same thing I did and the other got a calzone.

Kid-friendliness: I saw on the way to the restroom that they had really good high chairs that have the fabric padding and everything. I thought that was super sweet.”

“With our busy schedules, we don’t often get the chance to go out and enjoy a nice meal — but when we do, The Pub at McDonough is always at the top of our list! Yesterday, we treated ourselves to their shepherd’s pie and classic fish & chips, and of course couldn’t resist sharing a slice of their decadent chocolate cake. Everything was absolutely delicious (as always) and the service was second to none. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and one of the biggest reasons this place has become one of our favorite hangouts. They truly never disappoint! 🍻”

“Happened into this place for the first time last weekend and had a great time! There's a nice big patio out front for when the weather is nice, a dining area by the bar if you want to sit and chat, and a sweet stage in the back room with awesome live music. Food and drink were great- made even better by the fact that every employee served me with a smile. “We had lunch Wednesday Jan 12 2025 and enjoyed the Wednesday Enchilada Special. Our server Jenny was very friendly and attentive. We had chips and salsa along with relish and corn tortillas while waiting for lunch. Our meals were served fairly soon after ordering. It was piping hot and delicious. Again, Jenn took great care of us and we enjoyed our lunch.”

“Let me start by saying, it's a donut shop. Nobody expects donut shops to be the best place you've ever been to eat. That being said, this shop is quite amazing. The choices available are fairly broad, they get quite a bit of business so choose when you stop in wisely as near closing they may not have as much to choose from. However I have never been let down by the quality of the food, the pastry's are outstanding. I do enjoy a pig in a blanket from time to time as well, they are rather good. The people who run the shop are really friendly and courteous as well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants donut shop style food during the hours of operations. If you are just passing through sometime and you think of getting something quick to eat. You don't get much quicker than donut shops, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't regret it!

Parking: It is a shared parking lot with a few other businesses. I have never struggled to find parking at this location!”

“We have had lunch there several times and never been disappointed. The Palio's vegetable pizza is my favorite, along with a small Greek salad---heaven! Cheesecake to finish it off. I could eat there every day. My only complaint? Parking...but parking lots in Granbury weren't thought-out very well, so I don't hold this against them. If there were stars, I would give them a solid five stars.”

I've had several of their agua fresca flavors and they have each been delicious. The dessert? ALSO DELICIOUS. “It’s called Deja Brew for a couple years, with new owners. This is the absolute best place to get coffee and a pastry!! The owners roast their own coffee and will prepare it however you want! There’s always 2-3 drip coffee urns and you can refill your cup as much as you want! If you haven’t tried them it’s time! They have great lunches also!!!”

“They're great at getting my drink correct. most times I move finding a new Starbucks takes several tries and many different store shopping to find the right place to stick with. This was a smooth transition from my last love in Fort Worth. I will say the staff doesn't interact as much but I'm fine with a thank you and have a good day, especially when I'm already tired. my only complaint is that on a drink that costs $6.50 I shouldn't be missing an inch of the drink. It's not every time, but I've probably paid for 3 or more drinks I haven't received, since moving to town and today is one of them.”

We were hungry so we got omlets which came with home fries and excellent bread! Thick wheat toast and we got a muffin that was moist and flavorful. Made the start of the day easy!”

“My hubby and I finally tried this place out for the first time yesterday. We had reservations for 8:45 pm. Our table was ready and we were asked if we wanted to be moved to a quieter place since live music was going on. We actually enjoyed it. Music was a bit loud but hey, you have live music going on so what do you expect? Our waitress was very nice, service was excellent. We will be coming back.”

“We were seated immediately on a Saturday night. It was busy but there were still plenty of seats available. I ordered the chicken fajita burrito with queso on top, with rice and beans. The rice and beans were very flavorful, and the burrito was hot, tasty and did not disappoint! They have very tasty salsa too! It wasn't too hot or spicy, but had just enough to add to the flavor of everything. We went through a lot of it and bought some for home too. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. “I don’t go to ChicFile very often. But since the revamp I’ve now gone twice. And both times I’ve had something wrong with my order. Cobb Salad with Fat Free Honey mustard. The first time there was no egg in my salad. Went and asked for some and had 3 employees just stare at me and made me feel like they were trying to figure out if I was telling the truth or not. 10+ min later I finally got my prepackaged sliced egg. The second time I ordered the same thing and added chicken nuggets for my grandmother. I did not receive ChiFile sauce(for my gma) and never got my FF Honey Mustard. Just the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but it’s just super frustrating because I have a specific diet I’m trying to follow on my weight lost journey and not being able to follow through with the planned meal is very disheartening. Especially living 20+ minutes away it’s hard to go back just for sauce. I know eventually it will calm down and level out but little things like that does add up. And the little things do matter. But hopefully here in a week or two it won’t be so overwhelmingly busy all the time. Thank You!”
