“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. Addison worked with us every step of the way and the the hotel blocked dozens of rooms for a discounted rate for people who wanted to stay the night. Food was great and The bartenders were awesome. I came in a complete stranger, and left with a few friends. I really enjoyed the Thursday and Monday night Open jams. Pork chop is a killer harmonica player, and Garret the Bartender is groovy on the bass. Sweet is an artist on the drums.

“One of my favorite bars in Fort Worth. Big space with multiple seating/vibe options. Sit at the bar to socialize with strangers, or find a comfortable chair with a view in the back. Dog friendly; Blue always makes a few friends. I normally stick to beer but the cocktails are expertly made, and every bartender is nice / knows what they’re doing.“
