“This is a neighborhood gem. Do not skip the “beef jerky” appetizer. It is not what you think of when you think of beef jerky. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

We only tried the zucchini carpaccio, which was salty goodness, the olives were amazing, the chips light as air, and they were perfect with cocktails. No other food tasted as we decided to walk next door and eat at Gemelle, which was equally delicious and delightful.“
