“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. “Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. “No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“First time trying this place. The pricing is not that bad at all i got alot of food and couldnt even finish it. The fried chicken was ok and had a little flavor to it I got half and half and was missing a piece of chicken. The tortillas was not cooked. The empanadas was eh and i was missing one. I really wanted to try the Yuca fries. But accidently ordered the cheese bacon fries. The horchata was really good. I might go back and give it a second chance for the yuca fries but missing major items that I paid for is unacceptable. And I was parked even though there was nobody behind me at the drive thru.

Update: I decided to give it a second chance and my experience was alot better this time around. Maybe it was a bad day when I went but today Everything i ordered was in the bag and even got extra sauces and I did not get parked the food was ready right when I got to the window and The food was alot better and the yuca bacon cheese fries was great something new and different i liked it.“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“Excellent service as always. The cashier took our order and was patient and kind with my seven year old while she said what she wanted. They forgot the toy with the kids meal and quickly fixed it.
Everything came as ordered. So easy! Good was great and the place was very clean throughout! I would absolutely go back.

“This is a great KFC location by Rufe Snow Blvd. Their staff services were excellent. We ordered the 12 piece Original chicken Bucket of Online order for $16.
