That being said — tonight might have been the closest to first I’ve ever had. Chance, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, easy going, brought some of the best plates when we asked “bring us what you like/anything you think we missed” literally 12/10 would recommend. Ask for Chance, he knows his shiiiiiiii* and made our night absolutely amazing and something we will never forget!”

“The brisket was ridiculously tender, seasoned just right, and you don’t even need sauce (but the sauce is still good). Portions are generous, the sides actually hit(that mac and cheese??). Not cheap, but 100% worth it.”

“I reserved online for my daughter’s birthday and got into town an hour earlier and they still were able to accommodate us. At the table with the menus was a birthday card with a really nice and meaningful note on the inside. Staff, drinks, and food were amazing! Definitely recommend checking this place out.”

“Very good breakfast sandwich, would not have expected it to work but it’s fantastic. I will certainly try to work this into my Austin visits from now on. You know you’re in Austin: sitting at a picnic table next to a guy with a man-bun, hydroflask full of coffee, working at his laptop, likely for hours. “We made a special trip from the DFW to visit the #1 and #2 spots. We waited in line at both locations, we arrived at L&L at 11am and sat down with our food at 12:30. Leroy and Lewis is hands down better than TM’s #1 spot. Their brisket was moist and very flavorful with a really good bark. We had their Barbacoa as our other meat option which had it own good flavor. Our side were the Frito pie and chiro-taters, both were good. We’ll definitely be back at some point to tryout more of the menu.”

“This is my new favorite beverage bar on the trail. The attention to detail is insane. Handmade, crafted, natural, and beautiful drinks. Yes, that is a pineapple slushy topped mocktail with a raspberry rosemary twist. The drinks are a large portion too. The smoothy was very filling and just sweet enough so that every fruit shined. This is not your average food truck. Everything this duo does is well thought out and passionate! See y'all soon as this is now a must stop for meeeee!”

“This is definitely my top BBQ truck in Austin. Everything is made with love and the meat is smoked to perfection. The ribs and amazing and the brisket and pork belly is phenomenal. Their cheesy noodles are also really good. The guys that work here are super friendly and knowledgeable about BBQ. Great outdoor trailer court location with TVs. I will keep coming back!”
