“Got the sweater weather, iced Stars and stripes, and 2 hot chocolates. They were very delicious, and atmosphere gave good coffee house vibes. Sugar is not overpowering the flavor of the coffee. I wouldn't get the pastries, they are left out in the open and so they start to dry. The protein ball was still very tasty though. We went at noon, I wish they could possibly warm them up for a few seconds or something. The pastries was the only reason for one less star. We got two different cookies, a coffee cake and the protein peanut butter chocolate ball.“

“Awesome addition to downtown Rowlett. excellent pastries (huge variety) and breads. Fabulous coffee with house made syrups. They offer some unique coffee creations. I've enjoyed the Hot Turkish Coffee with cardamom syrup, the Mexican coffee with cinnamon and the iced horchata coffee. Great local vibe. Limited indoor seating but plentiful outdoor seating so I look forward to enjoying more coffee al fresco now that spring is here. Don't leave without a loaf of their sourdough bread. I ate a whole loaf by myself in a week. So delicious!“

“This is one of the best Starbuck’s! Smoothest latte I have had in a long time. Everyone is incredibly kind and thoughtful, making conversation with customers while keeping up with their busy jobs. No one had to wait long in this place even though it was slammed! They now offer real mugs and I saw them delivering those as well as food on real plates to the tables of those customers. A bit of a restaurant feel, in a good way. Way to go, Fate Starbuck’s! I live 35 minutes away, but will be back ♥️“

“I love this chain because you can actually taste the coffee. It's not like Dutch Bros where it's all creamer and syrups. They have seasonal change ups on their menu. It is priced like Starbucks, Dutch Bros, etc but its super easy to get points and they have promotions all the time. I've never had bad service there. Some people are more straightforward than others. I'm a fan of their baked goods like a warmed blueberry muffin and their egg bites are BETTER than Starbucks! But their sandwiches leave much to be desired for how much they are. Overall, a top 2 for fav coffee places!

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids drink menu with smaller sizes and cater more towards their pallette“

“We reside in Wylie and make the drive to Richardson for this location in particular. They are always polite, they never get our orders wrong, and the flavors of the coffees stay consistent. Kudos to the manager! Your staff have been trained well. The Starbucks locations here in Wylie on the other hand could use some work all around.“
