“The place is beautiful. I appreciate that they enforce the dress code, which is what I like to see in a restaurant like this. Every staff member was so nice. Our particular servers in the smaller dining area, were great. Very knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. The bartenders deserve recognition as well for the fast and friendly service. I regret that i haven’t tried this restaurant before but i will definitely be back.“

“I recommend that they stop serving old hard fried chicken wings & large thighs w/all that fat on ToGo orders so when U drive all the way home you're stuck with a bad order. I bought 3 orders Fifth Ward Specials $36.60 & 1 Red Bean w/Rice + 1 Macaroni w/Cheese $6.69 which was not good at all. Tasted old & we don't live very close by but my church is near by & does a lot of business with Frenchy's but for me & mine we will not do business with Frenchy's. This was at your East Fwy. Store“

“In town visiting friends from Atlanta.Great suggestion the food was on point. Huge menu hard to choose. Our waitress she was really nice. She was on point and professional. It was cute. They had the little robots. My husband and I would go back crab legs on point Mashed potatoes, catfish shrimp. Fried Ribs not so good for us little over done. Great place!!! On point!!!“

Whatever the combo was it was good and my wife and mom both enjoyed it as well. “Monica put her whole heart into the food here! Visiting from Washington state and stumbled in by happy accident! The Oxtail and Grits may have been the best I ever had. Husbands Gumbo was perfect. We even got all the kids to try Gator bites. Best part was the atmosphere she creates, made it feel like we were having a meal with family.“

“My husband & I have been trying different places every weekend for weeks. We tried this place today. I will start with the appetizer. We had the boudin trio. It was good. It came with a dipping sauce. My husband liked it, I did not. We also ordered the crawfish special buy 5 get 1 free. They were so small. The smallest I have seen all season while other places are large right now. The flavor was great. The 6 lbs was definitely not there. The small bag maybe had 3.5 lbs and that's a big maybe. I don't have a scale but an avid crawfish eater knows what 5/6 lbs should be and this was definitely short on the lbs. this was so disappointing because the size and the full 6 lbs was not there. if the size was bigger and we actually received the full 6 lbs it would have been worth it because the flavor was great“

“Had the Gator Po Boy. So tasty! Quiet during the week. Fast service for lunch. The Po Boys are fantastic! Cajun fries to go with it were nice and spicy!
Music is low enough you can talk over it. Comfortable place to have a business meeting or just a minute for yourself.“

“I love going to this restaurant when i’m on a budget for seafood boil. You get what you pay for a more. I love their Eazy to Peel shrimp combo along with their fries. The customer service was great as well. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star is because the potatoes from the boil could be a hit or miss. Sometimes, it has a metallic taste but most of the times it doesn’t. Overall, great restaurant when you’re on a budget for seafood boil.“
