“Cedd and Dreka exemplify award winning customer service. I’ve been to many Panda Expresses and this location is by far the best one, clean, quick and efficient and kind. Plus it’s the only location on the South side of Houston that has the new chili 🌶️ crispy chicken (my new favorite dish)!“

“I stopped by a little bit after 11AM for a 2 meat 1 side plate and drive thru man was patient while I ordered , food was all super fresh only the chicken breast and green beans could have been hotter like my orange chicken was. “I gave service 3 stars because after 15 mins of waiting for our order we placed at drive thru and it was a wait on a food choice I had to go in and get it from employee that stated to pull up and we will bring it to you. They were busy so I understand.“

“This was the best panda express experience we have ever had. My six-year-old daughter wanted a zoo day for her birthday and to go to Buffalo wild wings. The Buffalo wild wings upstairs was permanently closed and we were very hungry so we just went to panda express instead. The manager and the rest of the team made her experience Extremely special. Personally the food was okay. I had chow mein, it was not tasty enough for me. Like there was something lacking in it.

I had orange chicken. It was okay too.“

The one downside of not just this location (although it happens 100% of the time at this location) is when going through the drive thru, my food never seems fresh. It's always soggy and mushy. When taking out like this occasion, I always get much better quality product.“

The food taste amazing, but it seems to be a hit or miss depending on kitchen staff sometimes they're over cooked. “This is one of the Best Panda Express locations. Here they serve you a ton of food. I've been at other P.E. locations & the servers were very stingy with the spoon scoops. Here is not the case. I ordered the 2 entree with 1 side plate. Orange Chicken/Teriyaki Chicken with a side order of Fried Rice for $10.39. It was worth every penny.“

He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, making sure we got exactly what we wanted and never felt rushed. His positive attitude and warm personality made the whole visit feel welcoming, and you could tell he truly cared about giving everyone a great experience.
