“I just have to say thank you to the team who is working this morning, 3/27/25. I was able to order a tall decaf coffee in a grande cup with cream, for three dollars. This is what I’m talking about. It sounds wild but at other locations, this is asking too much. At the Starbucks at Highway 3 and 518 you can’t get decaf coffee and at the Starbucks on E96 they charge you a dollar extra for extra cream. At 8:30 the line wasn’t long, it moved quickly, and the girl at the window was friendly. Well done you guys, I appreciate you!“

“I love love love this Starbucks location! Jessica is amazing and on point every time. Everyone who works at this location is so sweet and friendly, they really make the experience more personal. It’s a quiet store and is always clean. Coffee is great and served fast! If I could give the staff more stars I would because they really stand out from other Starbucks stores. Best in Houston by far.“

“Zainab was so sweet for helping me out. I got drink at another store and they definitely forgot my Carmel syrup so I stopped here on the way to school just to quickly get some from this location and she remade my drink and it really made my day. I was super sad that my coffee wasn’t made right and she remade it fast and it’s sooo good!!! Thanks girlie!!!!“

I came in on Sunday 8/10 and went up to the counter to ask for a pup cup because my 15 year old childhood dog was in the car with my mom and we wanted to grab her a treat before having to put her down. He was SO sweet. I thought maybe I’d have to pay for something, which I was 100% willing to do even though I had already been to the Starbucks in Giddings that morning, but he assured me that wasn’t necessary. He shared a quick story with me about his dog, grabbed the biggest pup cup, and wrote a sweet note. Max, if you’re reading this… thank you for being kind! Penny Lane crossed the rainbow bridge not even an hour later, but you contributed to her last sweet treat here on Earth. Thank you!

“I am visiting Houston for work and this Starbucks has been my go-to! The staff is so friendly. Mariah and Crystal and the morning crew are so nice and hospitable. They greet every single customer and some by name. Mariah even memorized my order after just two short weeks. I love when a place has good service like this. “I applaud their customer service. My drink was a bit too milky for me. So, I was going to just drive off but the manager overheard me talking to my daughter. I was complaining how I wasn't happy but it was ok. He walked to the window and instructed me to pull around the front. So, they could remake the drink and told me to just keep the other one. I think his name was Sean if I'm not mistaking but most of the employees there seemed to actually care about how they treated the customers.“

“This is a very efficient drive through Starbucks with a park and pick up in store option as well as a few tables. They get your other done correctly every time and not a long wait compared to some other Starbucks locations. Not the nicest of areas but this store is fantastic“

I am a coffee snob and if the coffee is not up to bar, I do not visit the facility anymore but these ladies, (Elois, Ashley and Evelyn) know me by name. this is MY lady baristas are amazing! “This Starbucks made my day great. I mistakingly placed an order for this store location when I was running late for work. I couldn’t drive to this location because it was in the opposite direction to my job. When I got to the Starbucks next to my workplace, they ignorantly told me I drove to the wrong place. I had to use my points to purchase another order, which I was trying to save up. After my shift I drove to this location, which is when I spoke to Mark. I told Mark of my situation, which he then happily and promptly remade my order. He informed that for future reference that the other location should be able to remake my order. I wish they offered me that when I went to pick up my order at the other location. Marks professionalism, kindness and understanding really made my day! The food and beverage presentation was also great, which is a reflection of this Starbuck’s high quality staff! Thanks to y’all for a good experience, and excellent customer service.“

“I came by for drinks and the gentleman taking our order saw my dog, and said my copilot. Asked if we wanted a pup cup. I laughed and said well we have 6 but sure. Whatever you can do. I wasn’t expecting all 6! We pulled up and the staff all came to greet us. We’re so happy to see all the dogs. They were incredibly sweet! The kind of customer service you always hope for but dont always get. These bright faces were so so kind. Gave us 6 pup cups and said how cute the dogs were. Told us to come more often. “We had a networking group whose event space fell through. We opted to try the Starbucks on Bay Area Blvd with about 15 people. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. The event was successful thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.“

“Just in case you're planning on coming to sit and study inside before work, I suggest you go elsewhere. There is a barista here - by the name of justin (i think) that you will still be able to hear with your headphones all the way up. I come here every morning before work, and as soon as they walk through the door, I grab my headphones. They are insufferable, loud, and obnoxious. I'm glad they enjoy their job, but customers are trying to focus, study, and enjoy a peaceful morning.“
