“I just have to say thank you to the team who is working this morning, 3/27/25. I was able to order a tall decaf coffee in a grande cup with cream, for three dollars. This is what I’m talking about. It sounds wild but at other locations, this is asking too much. At the Starbucks at Highway 3 and 518 you can’t get decaf coffee and at the Starbucks on E96 they charge you a dollar extra for extra cream. At 8:30 the line wasn’t long, it moved quickly, and the girl at the window was friendly. Well done you guys, I appreciate you!“

“Once I get to work, I got to grab a hot cup of coffee and it has to be at the Starbucks in the Westin! I am a coffee snob and if the coffee is not up to bar, I do not visit the facility anymore but these ladies, (Elois, Ashley and Evelyn) know me by name. this is MY lady baristas are amazing! They remember my drink and makes it perfectly and always with a smile. I love this location, thanks ladies!“

“We stopped by Starbucks for a team outing on our PSA day and had such a great experience! I ordered the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it was delicious—sweet, chocolatey, and just the right treat. “Ordered an iced chai latte with less ice and horchata cold foam with cinnamon. They did not disappoint and actually listened to my customization requests unlike the many starbucks I’ve been to. “Stopped here for the first time to do work and drink coffee. The customer service was FRIENDLY and PHENOMENAL. The vibe here was really cool. “I just want to say that this is perhaps the best Starbucks locations I have ever been to.
The people that work here are so kind and friendly and take such care in their service.
I don't usually like Starbucks but I find myself wanting to stay there for awhile to be around them.“

“I've been going every Thursday for the past month and a half. The place has a good atmosphere and you can work online. The barista service varies greatly; the manager is super friendly, but the rest leave a lot to be desired. Also, it's also the only Starbucks I've seen that asks if you've eaten there before sharing the bathroom code.“

“Place is great but can we please stop letting dogs allowed in, especially if it is not a service dog. Lady came in with her dog and made a mess. Also I don't like having a dog on to of me while trying to enjoy my coffee. Staff was just allowing it, when it is not prohibited.“

“I enjoy coming to this location because of the service. Today, I witnessed something that confirmed my sentiments as Tammy provided impeccable to an indigent man. I was moved because she listened to him and did not ignore him. I told her that it touched me and she replied, “ I treat everyone the same.” I don’t know who’s reading this, but this is what service is about . I wanted to commend her for reminding me about the dignity of man and the hope that remains.

“Alanis, Arlenis, and Katelyn were fantastic! Always very speedy, kind, and courteous. Never had a problem with my order, and nor did I notice anyone else having issues. They were always ready to serve at the cashier and were always smiling!“

“I had some time to kill in downtown Houston but all the Starbucks I had been to last time were to go order only, no sitting area. I'm so glad I found this Starbucks with plenty of seating and super friendly baristas. I was able to get my work done while enjoying my coffee.“

“Had been awhile since I visited this location (we lived in that neighborhood from April until middle of June, 2021). The staff I had gotten to know were gone...I cannot attribute this to anything in particular, though I will say it's generally unusual for there to be complete store partner turnover in fewer than two years. Regardless, the partner who attended me was personable and professional, and got my order correct though a stranger to me (my order can be confusing to the uninitiated). The interior had been remodeled (nominally) with a slightly different layout and different furniture. This is not a drive though location, thus less money invested in updates/upgrades. The store traffic tends to be high, with associated noise levels. Don't come here expecting a "laid-back" experience.“

“I really do not understand this comment below me. I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year now. All the workers here know me by name and I love the service. Have my three drink orders out in less than five minutes!! I personally just feel that people need to vent out, but not like this. Giving out companies bad reviews and false information on their employees. Truly unbelievably sad. Hope things get better for Ms. Bass, and her lengthy one star reviews everywhere she steps foot in.“

“Frequent this place since it's opened because it's close by but find myself holding off getting drinks here due to them using so much ice. Just was curious one day so I poured my grande brown sugar oatmilk espresso into a measuring cup and sure enough only came out to 6oz of actual drink. Not worth the price at all. The ice they use also melts pretty quick so drinks get watery fast if that's something you don't like. I much prefer the clear cubes used at the Starbucks café locations.

Service is hit or miss depending on whose there that day. Most staff is great and is willing to accommodate you.

Went ahead and gave it a shot again today. Asked for lighter ice and they asked if I'd like the difference to be filled with milk so I went for it. No additional charge. Drink it as better than usual and turned this review from a two star to a four star while I waited for my drink in line this morning. My only other complaint is that my brown sugar oatmilk almost never come with powdered cinnamon on top which is kinda surprising. I thought that was part of the recipe.“

“I was in town for the holidays and stopped by the morning of the downtown Houston Thanksgiving Parade. The store was at a capacity, with orders flowing in. I heard one Barista state they had over 100 multi-item orders in the queue. The wait time exceeded 30 mins but it was expected due to the other locations being closed for the holiday. The entire staff worked effortlessly to get our orders out. I watched team members check in on eachother and give eachother kudos. This was a well ran ship and I appreciate the professionalism and kind customer service. The store manager should be proud of this team!“

“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Max (I hope that was his name, I took a quick glance at his name tag). I came in on Sunday 8/10 and went up to the counter to ask for a pup cup because my 15 year old childhood dog was in the car with my mom and we wanted to grab her a treat before having to put her down. He was SO sweet. I thought maybe I’d have to pay for something, which I was 100% willing to do even though I had already been to the Starbucks in Giddings that morning, but he assured me that wasn’t necessary. He shared a quick story with me about his dog, grabbed the biggest pup cup, and wrote a sweet note. Max, if you’re reading this… thank you for being kind! Penny Lane crossed the rainbow bridge not even an hour later, but you contributed to her last sweet treat here on Earth. Thank you!

“We had a networking group whose event space fell through. We opted to try the Starbucks on Bay Area Blvd with about 15 people. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. The event was successful thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.“

“I never thought I’d rate a Starbucks. Aren’t they all the same? Well this review doesn’t concern the menu or the decor. After visiting this spot a few times during my early morning walks, I felt it necessary to complain about an issue regarding the outside of the restaurant. The store employees gave me contact info for the store’s district manager, and I emailed her the next day with my description of the issue.

She returned my email the next day, thanked me for getting in touch, and went on to tell
Me everything she had learned about the problem and what they were doing to take care of it.

“There is a very special person who works here who goes by the first letter of her name, “Z”.I was on the ultimate walk of shame after a rough night where my wallet had been stolen and was in a desperate state in need of nutrients and hydration. Z could have rightfully kicked me out in my condition, but instead used her own money to help me when Apple Pay wouldn’t work. I’m convinced that her kindness saved me this particular morning and as a result I was able to find my way home. “The place has history but it I am not sure how cleaned up the place it. The restroom is terrible. WiFi is excellent and the furniture is very comfortable. Coffee is consistently good at Starbucks these days. That’s all I can say at this time.“

“I applaud their customer service. My drink was a bit too milky for me. So, I was going to just drive off but the manager overheard me talking to my daughter. I was complaining how I wasn't happy but it was ok. He walked to the window and instructed me to pull around the front. So, they could remake the drink and told me to just keep the other one. I think his name was Sean if I'm not mistaking but most of the employees there seemed to actually care about how they treated the customers.“

That drinks are always filled to the top, customization request met exactly as stated, and the drive-through workers are always efficient and friendly.“
