As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

“If you haven’t been to the subway at 19211 Westlake Houston, then you are missing out. Normally I get the same subway sandwich each time I go to any subway. Ian, the young man who made my sandwich suggested I try something new. He suggested the BMT, which happens to be a salami and ham-based sandwich. I officially have a new sandwich and a new subway. I also discovered that this subway has breakfast subs, which not every subway does. This excited me even more so. After having eaten my subway sandwich, I am grateful to this young man for introducing a new sandwich to me. “Our first time at Potbelly’s and it was a terrific experience!! The sandwiches (a Wreck) were absolutely fantastic! Plenty of meat and toppings on a beautifully toasted hoagie roll.
