“I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, of course there’s gonna be maybe one straw wrapper on the floor time to time, that’s customers being ignorant, and the employees are busy during the day making drinks and keeping their areas clean whatnot, but I love this location! Staff is always friendly, has been for years, this store has never been dirty enough for me to say something negative about it! And plus the coffee is always good!“

“This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy and fun night out with friends or family. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality, and every thing we tried was delicious. But what really made our experience exceptional was the service—they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome. “OMG!!! I LOVED IT!!! That one cute new girl with the cool blue hair and awesome anime pins makes the BEST DRINKS!!!! She was so nice to me and funny. I just love her energy and the delicious drinks!!!! 10/10 would come back. (That one guy that looks like he wants to off himself messed my drink up three times but she took over and fixed it thanks Queen.“

“I live in Italy so I have the highest quality and most variety of coffee. Other than ciggeretes and pasta their staple in their diet is coffee. But I miss starbucks. There isnt one here in Sicily and I have to go Germany or another country to find some. I love their mixed drinks and urban feel. The only thing is the names are ridiculous. They are random italian names that do not make sense. Also the Frappe doesnt exist here in Italy.“

“I came to this location and had the best coffee I think I’ve ever had! This very kind young lady I think her name was Amenah made it for me. She was so sweet! She helped me hand craft the perfect drink for me! The food was amazing, costumer service was great and the location was very clean. All staff was very kind and seemed to work well with each other! Will definitely be back!“

“I wish I could remember her name but she is an older lady and reminds me of my grandma! Yes the drive thru is long everyday but she is so sweet and patient with a huge smile! I see the bad reviews and I understand expectations but the customer service isn’t rude!!!! Management needs to recognize the drive thru issue but also praise that nice lady!“
