“2nd - The service was faster today. My french fries are hot. they still have no salt on them. the order appears to be accurate on the receipt. thankfully I did not have to repeat my order more than once. Burger is spot on. huge improvement! +3 If I could just get hot fries with salt I would be happy.
1st - I'm not exactly sure what was going on while the gentleman was taking my order. There were what looked like only employee cars in the parking lot and nobody in the Drive-Thru. but I still had to repeat my order multiple times. I corrected it twice at the window and it was still wrong. I don't see why my order could not be confirmed before I paid. The french fries have no salt on them but they are relatively fresh. definitely not impressed with this visit and since I don't feel like waiting for my food to be remade and I don't feel like repeating my order three or four additional times I'm just going to eat what I have and continue on my trip.

The staff was pleasant even though my order was inaccurate +1 unfortunately that same staff eats food behind the counter where the customers can see it -1“

“Shout out to the young man that served me this past Sunday. I didn’t get a chance to get his name, but he was a teen African-American maybe around 17-18 years old. When I tell you, his customer service was amazing! That young man handled people coming in that store at the front and also ran that drive-through… With ease! “I should not have to verify that my order is correct. I should have confidence in the staff that once I leave everything is in order.That has not been the case lately. I do not have time to go behind anyone and verify that they are providing me what I asked for.If you cannot give me what I ask for, tell me. Communicate that to me. “This location is great! Very fast service, and the staff are always very friendly! I probably stop by here 2-4 times per week for coffee and a quick bite in the morning. They don’t get attitudes when you order lunch for breakfast, and typically get it out just as fast. There is usually no line or a very small line, which is the main take away here! Fast service, good quality food, and friendly staff.“

“I have been here 5 times and they have the burgers and fries hands down in this area. Honestly probably the best burger and fries I have ever had. And I have lived all over Dallas, including Addison, downtown,uptown, and they are seriously at the top!!
On top of that their customer service is awesome! Everyone that has served me has been friendly and just down to earth, and this is coming from a Chick-fil-A employee so I know lol. Anyways I'm so thankful to find a great place in this area where only fast food is mostly available.

“2nd visit in Texas and when I ordered here my first time it was door dash and this time wanted to see it myself in person. Outside is fairly lit with light in front but the back need something even if it's a few flashlights. Besides that my food was great and packaged neatly and tight. I mean not one piece of lettuce or my tator tots was at the bottom of the bag when I got home. We need some of these restaurants in Ohio“

“BURGERS were really delicious, I got the junior burger which in my opinion is the size of a regular burger♡ Tator tots were on point. The cheese fries and rocket fries were good to me. Bathroom was out of service. There is free parking here but its limited, I did see lots of people picking up there orders proly the best idea seating is limited as well.“

“I grew up with this spot and the quality/service is top notch. I paid close to $15 for a bacon burger, fries, and a drink. Again the quality of their food is incredible and the service is kind and warm. I do suggest bringing your appetite because the burger itself is pretty filling. Also consider taking out money since they are Cash/Zelle ONLY! Support local business and swing by!!“

Having grown up just outside of Philly, I’ve been in Texas since I was 12 years old, I’ve been on the quest to find the best Philly Cheesesteak in Texas, and I think Cheesesteak House is quite possibly the best! I will definitely be back again, and hope to bring some of my family that still lives in the Philadelphia, PA area!“

“I generally have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. The ice cream is good, and while the prices are a little unreasonable, that’s pretty standard for all Dairy Queen locations, not just this one. One bummer is that the hours posted seem to be incorrect.

I tried swinging by around 11:47 on a Saturday. Yes I know that’s close to closing time… But I was craving ice cream. Lol and that’s why stores have posted hours…

They were totally closed. As in no one even left in the parking lot. So, aside from having an accurate hours posted online, I recommend this place. :-)“
