“I don't like the general location but thats just my preference...the shared parking lot had a weird vibe. Overall the service was fast, polite and efficient. The queso and Carne asada was average for tex-mex style food, the chicken fajitas left much to be desired. The corn tortillas, charro beans, refried beans and rice were phenomenal.“
“Jardin Corona has long been a favorite for our family, and for good reason. Their cuisine is a delightful experience for anyone who appreciates authentic Mexican flavors. The fajitas are undoubtedly the best we've ever had – sizzling, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And let's talk about the margaritas! They are the perfect blend of zest and sweetness, making them an absolute must-try. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. If you're in search of top-notch Mexican cuisine, look no further than Jardin Corona. They consistently impress us with their delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommended! ???“
“I wish I'd leaned of this place sooner. Excellent food and service. I tried the Pabellón empanada. It's going to be difficult to try something else because this, based on the official dish of Venezuela, is totally my style. The music is too loud in that narrow space but they put so much work into making it as visually engaging as possible.“
“LOVE IT! Food is amazing...the rice is more of a pilaf though so don't be disappointed when you get it. Service is excellent. I have never left this place disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: It has a dirt parking lot and a ramp to get inside.“
“There are quite a few gluten-free options, but somehow they are not marked on the menu. They have gluten-free buns and you can substitute grilled chicken or fish for breaded. You can substitute corn tortillas in several dishes. None of this is noted on the menu. Ask the chef. Amazing food it really is worth it“
“Took my kids this afternoon. We ordered one chicken quesadilla and one asada quesadilla. Ruby and her daughter are sweet and friendly, food was amazing (as you can see from picture my son was devouring it), and the new atmosphere at Nameless Saloon was peaceful with music playing in the background.“
“The best crispy tacos pastor and sour cream enchiladas I have EVER had! Margaritas were spot on as well. A few flies and a bee trying to get outside caused minimal disturbance; bathroom was very clean. Next time we'll sit outside, since today was absolutely beautiful. Even though we're from the Houston area, we can't wait to try out some other dishes here!“
“I have eaten here several times, and not been disappointed. The milanesa, street tacos, el alambres, and breakfast have been fantastic. I have ordered the veggie enchiladas twice before, and they were excellent as well. However, the last time I visited, the veggie enchiladas were basically a couple of flat soggy tortillas drowned in a spicy green sauce. There was basically nothing inside the enchiladas. I didn't raise a fuss because we were dining with friends. But live and learn.... The veggie enchiladas are off the list!!! Still, the refried black beans and rice almost made up for the disappointing entree. Overall, a great place for some really good Mexican food! If not for the recent veggie enchilada disaster, I would give it 5 stars. Recommend giving the rest of the menu a try!“
“Very happy to have found this place. The menu seems to have been updated from the one shown here on Google maps but still had great optionsService was great, very friendly and attentive, made us feel like we were at home. The limonada, wow. It's amazing, tastes freshly made, perfectly balanced sweetness to the tartness. And it's a massive glassWe ordered the weekly special which was 3 gorditas with carnitas inside, the gorditas were perfect, they were not too thick and not dry, they could have used a little more meat inside but it was the special. We also got the Chile relleno, it was really well done the Chile was coated in egg and was fried well so it was crispy and fluffy (not like the usual pancake batter type relleno you see around Texas)Finally the Barbacoa tacos were very good, the meat was juicy but not greasy and very tastyReally pleased with the meal and the price“
“Had such a delicious lunch here with a group of girlfriends yesterday. Our server Nicholas was very attentive and polite and the food and drinks were all fantastic. I ordered the Cochinita Pibil and it did not disappoint as well as a mezcal cocktail that was so good I had to order a second. I highly recommend this place and even though I live down south I hope to make it here again!“
“Everyone was friendly, and the food was superb! We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and expected to wait. We were seated immediately and ordered drinks and an appetizer. Later dinner and dessert. It was a fair price for the quality of food and service and very family friendly atmosphere.“
“Thank you Lexie and staff! Excellent service and experience! So glad I checked this place out! I love everything about this place. I was surprised and pleased that the traditional items on the menu were everything I expected and more! All elevated to the next level with tmoitstanding plating and presentation, explosive flavor, and high quality ingredients! Excited to continue coming here for hopefully years to come and bring others with me to the experience! ?“
“Flavorful and good, gets kinda busy around 11.50-1 ,so try an get there early for lunch or late lunch. Great location with convenience store next door. I usually get the lamb tacos. Never a bad meal with other options and there's a BBQ truck next door as well.Parking: Try and park alittle out of the way since there's no dedicated parking spots. Still worth the drive.“
“My wife and I have been here a handful of times recently for both breakfast and lunch and have really fallen in love with the tacos and tortas. My wife is Mexican and she views it as one of the more authentic Mexican food places in the area. The owners have been very friendly and service has been solid. The portions are large and the food is priced reasonably. We will continue to come here.“
“This is a great spot. The food was great and the staff very friendly and on top of things.I had the beef enchiladas with mole sauce and loved the mole. My wife liked her chicken tortilla soup a lot as well. It's nice to eat outside under the trees. They brought chips out front with two types of salsa which were delicious.“
“This is mine and my husband’s favorite taco place! Best breakfast tacos. Their Barbacoa is so amazing! Their salsa is just right. Also, if you haven’t tried their wedding cookies.. you should because they are delicious as well! The manager/owner and all of the workers are so welcoming and considerate. Always with a smile on their faces and very attentive and super hard workers. I just love this place!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Great place to bring your whole familia!“
“Absolutely loved my experience here. Food was off da chain...bomb digitty dot com... I didn't know I was even hungry until I realized I had finished the Birria Taco and was STILL eating the Fries... yall, I only meant to feed my teenagers lol. I had eaten earlier in the day. What can I say... they got me!!!. I highly recommend this place. Plus music play list is fitting.“
“Fantastic food, home made corn tortillas hot food and reasonably priced.Menu was a bit difficult to locate onlineI have provided recent menu for your reading pleasure. EnjoyParking: Parking was located by the vacuums at the car wash. No front parking avaliable“
“Let’s talk tacos. You have plenty of options in Cedar Park, Leander and really Austin too. But Torchy’s Taco would have to be my “Go To”. You can’t go wrong with menu options and hey, they have a pretty good margarita too. It’s also nice they change up the menu from time to time too. I tried the Mr. Orange and it was really good. Long story short, you should go!“
“Well it’s Sunday morning and we’re dancing into the establishment. The music is vibrant & fun. We are headed to work and knew exactly what we wanted for breakfast. I got the wrangler. Sis got the grande steak burrito and my niece got the ranch hand. Lilli our host is welcoming and very funny. Definitely enjoy spending time here. Se you for lunch. ?“
“Hard to get 5 stars on Mexican...there are so many, but this is our GO-TO! Consistently good! Always busy, but worth the wait. Love that it is LOCAL! Whole menu is good. I just wish there was a stand-out item that only they were known for. That's the 5th star! ;)“
“I picked up breakfast tacos to go. They are FANTASTIC! I will certainly pick up there again because the tacos are very good. One warning, the girl that works the counter was annoyed that I was there. It was a little funny to me. She was literally irritated that someone came in at 8:00 am to buy tacos and took her away from here cell phone call with her friend. That said, the cooks in the back (that you can see) smiled and said good morning. I will pick up there again. In my humble opinion, they have the best breakfast tacos in the area.“
“Still the best food in Lago. My husband has tried everything and there’s not one dish he doesn’t like. I’m a huge fan of all day breakfast tacos and man, that green sauce kick though. The staff is also so sweet every time we come by. We’re thankful they chose Lago.“
“These breakfast tacos are delicious! Their corn tortillas were the best I've ever had. So why am I giving them only 4 stars? It's because of their Covid-19 measures. The woman serving me wasn't wearing a mask nor was there any protective plexiglass. I get that maybe they couldn't afford the plexiglass, but not wearing a mask? That's a major no-no. So I ordered, stepped waaay back and when it was time to get my tacos I didn't wait for my change. The tacos were so good, I was okay leaving over 100% tip.“
“My coworkers and I go here quite a bit. We have had several happy hour events, and group lunches. Always great food and service. The prices are unbeatable. I appreciate that they have stayed reasonably priced while everywhere else doubled. Keep it up y’all! See you again soon for sure.“
“Oh, wow! Amazing location. Cash only, however, when I only had a $10 bill on me she took it, even though the tacos were $12.50! Definitely coming back, and will bring twice the amount of money to tip extra. Great Tacos, literally the best I've had in Texas.“
“I ordered through Doordash, and the food was AMAZING. I got the stew meat and the chicken soup, along with a big container of salsa AND a dessert, and I was not disappointed with any of it. I'm not from this area but have been traveling here frequently for work and have tried several different mexican restaurants- none hit the spot til I tried this one!! Can't wait to go in person soon.“
“Love Cabo Bob’s, just some of the best burritos in the city. Such great vegetarian options for a great price!Vegetarian options: They offer a lot for vegetarians in terms of options and the employees are really friendly in terms of avoiding cross contamination for many dietary restrictions“
“This was our first time and went to support Glenn for spirit night and we will be back!!! The food is authentic and absolutely delicious! The chicken fajita meat is all white breast, so tender and my kids are super picky and came back for seconds!! We’ll be back!“
“Nestled in the rolling hills of Lakeway, La Gordi Buena promises a taste of authentic Mexican flavors, and it certainly delivers. As a fervent food enthusiast, I ventured into this cozy eatery with high hopes, and I was not disappointed.Upon recommendation, I indulged in their menudo, a traditional Mexican soup renowned for its rich flavors and comforting warmth. La Gordi Buena's rendition exceeded all expectations. The broth was robust, infused with a symphony of spices that danced on my palate with each spoonful. Tender chunks of beef tripe added a delightful chewiness, perfectly complemented by the earthy undertones of hominy.“
“Our first time eating here, and will definitely return! The restaurant was clean with lovely decorations, the food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the margarita flight, fajitas, and enchiladas suizas which were all very good! Highly recommend!“
“Just went for the first time last week. Had friends that went quite a while ago that didn't recommend it, but decided to give it a try. Am Glad I did. They may have had a rocky start, but was pleasantly surprised by good and solid Tex Mex. The chips and salsa were quite nice, thin and light freshly fired tortilla chips, and a very flavorful salsa. Tried the basics with the Tres Amigo Plate, Crispy Taco, I Cheese and 1 Beef Enchilada, rice and beans. All delicious and what you would expect in a good TexMex establishment. Waitstaff very friendly, and could not be more attentive, and the owner(?) stopped by to see that we were happy. One of the naysayers was with us, and he commented that it was really good, and much better than his original encounter months ago. I know I'll be back.“
