“I will tell you we drive out of our way EVERY day to go to this Starbucks in particular. Why? Because of Vivi! Not only are our drinks made to perfection every time but the customer service is above and beyond! She always greats us with a huge welcome smile, knows our names and knows our orders. It’s like we are showing up to a tiny little town coffee shop. She is such an asset to your team and as long as she is there we will keep coming!! Thank you Vivi for all that you do!“

“Wanted to leave a review on the amazing service this past week, the holidays are a stressful and busy time yet these baristas always have a smile on their faces. I like to say I come pretty regularly and everytime I have an amazing experience but especially this week. Even with how busy it has been I have felt noticed through the crowd of people and received my items in a timely matter. I came on thanksgiving (yes I know we shouldn’t have but our family was craving our usual) and I just want to point out the boy with the colourful hair and the short girl with the braces. They are so sweet and even through the flood of orders they still managed to keep conversation with me and make that connection, I most certainly enjoy this Starbucks more than most and do not mind that it lacks a drive through as I get to see the baristas that brighten my day!“

“LOVE this Starbucks! I just moved to the area and I went this morning and everyone was very friendly and got the drinks out really fast. And my matcha was rich and delicious. This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to. My new matcha go to! :)“

“Unlike other locations . This location was very fair with people who were waiting in line . Waited for this bearista cup . And everything was nice and orderly . The workers here followed the rules didn’t buy them for themselves to beat the customers . They were very understanding and kind as well even putting a limit of one per customer . To the corporate guy that was at this location this morning, you should probably wait until there isn’t a line to the exit door at 830am on a Saturday to pull your employees to the side to spend 20 minutes instructing them that the cold brew machine has to be cleaned once a week. People are waiting, and you obviously don’t have the sense to watch your customers.“

“I typically use their drive through for service. They've gotten my order wrong a couple times, but mostly right. One time i asked for non dairy, and i ended up blowing up the restroom at work (Thanks Starbucks). Been inside once but for pickup. The lady looked confused when i asked for my order, but she got herself together and found my stuff. Seemed clean inside. Never used restrooms. Typical Starbucks vibes.“

“We were there last Wednesday in the early afternoon, and the girl who made my drink was so AMAZING!!!-- 2 decaf shots w/ one pump of white mocha over ice w/ whole milk. This is my hubby's account, but my name is Kat.I forgot my barista's name b/c I'm not great at names, but she was a young African-American girl, in her teens, and she made my day!!! Thank you for hiring such a sweet girl. She did your store proud. :)“

“Very nice Starbucks.

I stopped on my way home from Christmas and was surprised by the friendly service.

Getting in the store is a little tricky due to the construction. But I'm sure that will pass.

I wanted a dark coffee. But for some reason the machine wasn't working. The person helping me was very accommodating and promised to make me anything I wanted for the same price. The tough thing is I wanted a black dark roast coffee.

I ended up with a cafe Americano - which doesn't taste like a dark roast coffee.

It was a nice stop. And I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.“

“Usually they're on point. Took my order forgot to ask how I wanted it...10 mins later im still there she notices me then ask me after they had made it. However they have a habit of just setting things on the counter with the online orders amd dont call names...or at least some don't speak loud you'd never know your order was ready smh had to wait for them to represent make it which all in all made my day a late start. Get it together baby...I believe in yall.“

“They didn't have berries for my drink that comes with berries but they charged same price and made no accommodations for the inconvenience. So I ended up with a clear drink that is usually red it had same flavor but it felt weird and didn't seem as refreshing.“

“The employees are super friendly and always make me smile. Their compliments really brighten up my day. I was unable to pay via Google pay one visit and they gave me my drink anyways and asked me just to come back and pay next time, of course I did but I'm thankful they were so understanding.“
