“I ordered a cherry limeade and paid for extra cherry flavor and extra cherry since everytime I order at this location I get almost pure sprite and no cherry. Well, needless to say, I still received no cherry at all and barely any cherry flavor... of course I didn't realize the no cherry part until I finished my drink at home. I also ordered cheese sticks and received no marinara for it. I live 5 minutes down the road so it is more convenient to order from this location, but by time I got home the cheese sticks were cold, rubbery, and dry. I threw them in the trash. I will go to the one on northpark from now on. This has happened too many times. When I complain to the young employees they roll their eyes at me as if I've cause them an inconvenience. It is bad for business to continue to charge someone for things and then not produce the correct product. No matter what the price is. A purchase is a purchase and not holding employees accountable will continue to create this type of environment.“

As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

“Kudos to Kris, and Evette! I ordered pizza last night after a long day of teaching tomorrow's scholars. Unfortunately there was a small mishap when we received our order. One of the pizzas that was supposed to be thin crust, was hand tossed. My husband who is diabetic wasn't able to eat it because of the carb count.

I called today to make them aware of the issue and see if they wanted me to bring it back. Yvette, the Manager was so kind. No only was she apologetic, but gave me a credit for that pizza! #Kindness.

I couldn't leave the conversation without complementing the chef Ms. Kris! Last night's Pepperoni, and breadsticks were 🤌🏾#Chef'sKiss AH-MAZING! The bread was crispy/flakey, yet soft in the middle. The breadsticks were seasoned, hot, & fresh! We have pizza once a week, and I have NEVER had it taste like this before! Kris, keep it up! Love my Pizza Hut!“

“We eat regularly at the Kingwood location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added coloring sheets for the kids and our girls really like that. The restaurant has a always clean and tidy.“

“I got a vito picklewich. It was juicy but the pickle was bland so I was disappointed in the pickle flavor. The meats were really good. And the pickle potato chips were delicious.

“I don't often eat out, but when I do it's always at this Subway thanks to the pleasant experience. They have a new employee ( I believe her name was Riley, if I'm wrong then please forgive me, I'm always horrible with names ) that is always so sweet and greets me with a friendly voice, and what I assume is a smile underneath the mask. ( I love that this Subway in particular has every employee wearing a mask, I've seen multiple food places where employees don't wear masks and that is so dangerous! ) I can tell she's really shy and gets a little nervous though, but that's okay. I remember when I was working and got nervous too. The other older lady is also very nice and pleasant to talk to, even with her heavy accent and my difficulty to understand her at times.The food is always prepared with patience, and even when it's really busy everyone does their best to get to the customers as quickly as possible. I will definitely return to this place more often!“
