“I ordered a cherry limeade and paid for extra cherry flavor and extra cherry since everytime I order at this location I get almost pure sprite and no cherry. Well, needless to say, I still received no cherry at all and barely any cherry flavor... of course I didn't realize the no cherry part until I finished my drink at home. I also ordered cheese sticks and received no marinara for it. I live 5 minutes down the road so it is more convenient to order from this location, but by time I got home the cheese sticks were cold, rubbery, and dry. I threw them in the trash. I will go to the one on northpark from now on. This has happened too many times. When I complain to the young employees they roll their eyes at me as if I've cause them an inconvenience. It is bad for business to continue to charge someone for things and then not produce the correct product. No matter what the price is. A purchase is a purchase and not holding employees accountable will continue to create this type of environment.“

“They get my order wrong a lot. But they are apologetic and always fix it no questions asked. They are all very friendly, at least all the ones I’ve dealt with. Curbside service is faster than most locations I’ve been to. If this location can improve on getting orders correct… may just change to a 5 star.“

“Love the subs, Far superior to Subway and you’ll notice a difference in taste and actual weight of the sandwich! Ordered via the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery, usually within 30 minutes. As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

“I stopped by this location after getting off of work . I was greeted to positive energy from the two young ladies(who's names i did not get) who welcomed me Into this location. One of them enthusiastically made my pizza and heard every detail . The other of course rang my late nite pizza up and made sure I felt like a friend . Thank you to the person in the back as well . “We came to Mod as a family after a few months of not coming back. The past two experiences we stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for a solid 5 minutes and the employee did not seem too interested in helping us, but tonight we had Cori greet us right away. He was so kind and helpful. He took his time spreading the ingredients out so each bite was perfect. He didn’t mind our kids and he took his time.
