“Tried this place out today. The food (whole chicken) was grilled perfectly. It was very delicious. However there were roaches in the dining area. There were also random people , not customers coming in and out of the dining area. I would recommend getting your food to go.“

“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“Great food and location, customer service has been great too. No problems there.
My only recommendation is that staff needs to FILL UP the cups of coffee when serving to the customers. I always buy 2 cups of coffee in the morning but while the whole experience is fabulous and staff is always smiling and attentive...the cups of coffee are only about half or little over that. We pay for a cup of coffee, not for HALF cup of air!

“So, it was a cheat day. Mr C's Fried Chicken & Waffles was singing the Sirens song in my ear. Ive never been let down here before. That cornbread is amazing!!! (4 pieces) . Fried chicken skins - this the only place Ive seen them and you meant to tell me I get a plateful of my favorite part of the chicken??!! It was on point 9/10. Fried catfish, amazingly done. A voice inside said "oh they have red velvet cake, you should try that". I asked the waitress, on a 10 scale, she says 9. I take a slice home. Oh lawd. Ive always taken up for Red Velvet cake when the haters call it bs and made up chocolate, but it didnt have any love for me. Im a fat man, I will eat anything, even bad cake - but...I couldnt eat this. It was drier than the Sahara. I left it on the counter, and saw a trail of ants later."Hmm, maybe at least theyll eat it". Upon closer inspection, they were carrying ant water-pails to it to try to moisturize it. I threw it in my disposal and my disposal filed an OSHA violation against me. Would I recommend Mr Cs Fried Chicken & Waffles? ONly on days that end in -y. Would I recommend the red velvet cake? Im going to need a few therapy sessions first. 😃Please bring back the buttermilk pie.“

Miss Dana has helped us before and was there again tonight and I just wanted to say she is absolutely lovely every time we see her!! Her kindness and attitude is so welcoming and loving and we chatted about ourselves and it was so nice. After a super long day it was so refreshing to talk with her! “Food was hot and ready in minutes. By the time we got our drinks and sat down the food was coming. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Food is delicious and priced right. First time here definitely coming back! The wings were massive and drenched with sauce just the way it should be.“

We are so incredibly thankful for his kindness and making sure the hotel front desk got us our food. We left early this morning and were unable to thank him in person so I’m hoping he may see this. “Tabitha at the Kitty Hawk location always serves with a friendly smile and I appreciate her customer service attitude especially when the line is wrapped around by the Sushi Bar! One thing I would like to ask the management staff for the Flaming Bird is to bring back the chicken, chicken fajita and beef fajita bowl as the Tuesday special. Now it’s only limited to the carnitas bowl.“

“So I'll start off saying I love the food here. Its always flavored great I love to get the build a bowls. Now my negative review and why I dont give 5 stars is they do not regulate having anything available during peak times. Lunch time and dinner everything is out and the grill is full cooking but nothing is ready for 30min to an hour. I would say they need to regulate cooking and having food constantly ready for customer needs. Other than that customer service is great and I will still be a customer just hope feedback helps change some things.“

“Food was great as usual, service is always on point at chick fil a, good thing with this location is management all the way down to the lowest level, listen and pay attention to you order to enable the best experience, I went in not realizing breakfast had ended almost an hour prior so I attempted to order the chicken minis which were no longer being served, they politely told me I missed it already so I ordered something else, while waiting for my food, then manager came out and asked if i was the one who inquired about minis, I said yes..he said it's my lucky day and offered me the last of what was left from breakfast, this is what I actually came to the restaurant to get so that attention to detail and choosing to go above and beyond really made my day.“

“I know I already did a review on this place but just have to. This food is phenomenal and the seasoning is on point. The biscuit is so soft and buttery, the chicken spiced to perfection and crispy and of course the potato wedges are phenomenal! I'ma say it all the time, This place need some stand alone restaurants. And I don't know if they got signature sauces but they should. Can't wait to see what this restaurant has in store in the future“

The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast. Overall, a great place for a quick and satisfying meal.
