As a Christian, I am reminded that scripture calls us to remember that we are all sinners saved by grace, arriving before God in need of His mercy. Christ commands us to love our neighbor, and that heart for restoration is felt the moment you sit down. ​The food portions are generous and excellent, but the real highlight is the staff. Our server, Adrian, treated us with genuine kindness and top-tier attentiveness. The culinary team also deserves immense credit, and my prayer is that they are encouraged by how much their hard work blessed our table. ​Thank you to the leadership for establishing a non-profit model that provides a pathway for recovery and transformation. It is a beautiful thing to see lives being rebuilt, and we are grateful for the warmth and hospitality we experienced.“

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Between the four of us, we sampled quite a bit of the menu: the salt and pepper shrimp, smashed cucumbers, two orders of the super garlicky noodles, the creamy coconut tom yum noodles, the monthly specials, and all three desserts. Every single piece of Sushi was super fresh and just melts in your mouth, it is honestly going to be hard to go anywhere else after having been to Shiro. The dining space is simple, but quite lovely, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Service was excellent and perfectly balanced in attentiveness. With hours of 7 AM to 4 PM, this is a breakfast and lunch place, with a varied and adventurous menu that caters to meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and diners in need of gluten-free alternatives. On my first visit, I had the excellent spicy fried chicken sandwich, with sides of home fries and a wonderful arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, quinoa, and a balsamic vinaigrette perfectly blended between sweet and acidic. I look forward to returning again and sampling the extensive breakfast menu. Plenty of beverages are available, and there is a stately espresso machine that speaks to a restaurant that means business when it comes to coffee. This area of Potranco has been in dire need of a sit-down coffee house alternative to Starbucks, and ELISE CUISINE is it. I’ll admit that I was initially a bit cowed by the menu prices, but the portions are very generous; I left with half my meal unfinished, so I was really getting two meals for the price of one, and in truth, virtually all the dine-in, non-fast food alternatives in the area are similarly priced, with nowhere near the ambience and elegance. I plan to be a regular at ELISE CUISINE from here on out.“

“On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. The fried oysters and crispy salmon were amazing. All the staff were very attentive, but I must give high praise to our server Catherine, who made our special evening even more special. You can’t go wrong with the strawberry milk tea, or even make something like a peach milt tea which isn’t even on the menu but they will help you make your dream boba! Everything has tasted so good. You can work here, have small group meetings, just chill, sit outside and enjoy a nice cool drink on a hot day like Texas here has, or even bring your partner. Woori tea house has given me so many memories and the owners are just amazing and the friendliest.“

“This was our first time at Clementine, but it won't be our last! What an amazing experience! Once seated, our server Jason explained the menu and nuances of Clementine. We opted for the 6-course "Feed Me" experience and came away filled, but not bursting. Each course was an adventure in culinary craft with just the right mix of savory & sweet, spicy & not-so spicy, and crunch! Who'd have thought crunchy kale and crunchy halibut were a thing, and a thing done to perfection! The service was also amazing. We couldn't take 2 sips from our water glasses without having one of the servers fill our glasses. Servers rotated bringing our courses, and in the course of the night, pun intended, we got to meet all of them. Service was, again, amazing. Important note: don't just drop in; you'll need a reservation. We were the first ones to arrive, but by the time we left, most of the tables were occupied. If you enjoy different, yet familiar dining, Clementine is for you.“
